Clean site, friendly manager.

Been there over a year.New management. Bring camper trailer in to load and unload one day.. next day had a notice of eviction taped to unit with their lock. Given 1 day with not being able to make contact due to weekend & continue to not answer my calls. Given 1 day to vacate & the eviction states my things will go to auction. Im consulting a lawyer.Very poor management, old & new. Would not recommend!

These are the most dishonest people Ive ever met I paid good money for a long time for them to store my things and to keep them safe well they as the owners broke into my unit because they thought I knew somebody and that was breaking into units there and that I had stolen property in my unit in which I did not. They broke in my unit and they stole my property even stole from my kids I have receipts for everything in my unit that they took and proof that I purchased and theyre refusing to give my employees back when they have no legal grounds to stand on that can show me they have the right to enter my unit and take my property not even a police report or anything but I have filed the police report on them for theft. Worst place ever and so rude.

I have stored stuff here, I have two sheds. The on-site staff is excellent! and its obvious theyre very popular because I have been asking for a shed a larger one that is for many months and they just dont have them period so this is one place I can recommend for storage period and they are very reasonable on their price.

The on site managers are absolutely the most dishonest, manipulating, people I’ve ever met.They seem like a wholesome old couple, but they are not.I would leave my stuff in the driveway before I used them again. It would be safer.They accepted payment for what they said would protect our stuff from being auctioned, and then sold the stuff 2 DAYS later.

Its great and easy access from 6am to 10pm. Great place for storage. Totally recommend it.

Customers here for 17 years.Never missed a payment. Left the storage bay spotless.Moved out July 28, after conversation with management, they agreed to refund our August rent (which was auto-paid before we knew we were moving out).September. No refund. Call them. They declare they won’t refund it after having agreed to do so when we moved out.What up dudes? 17 years and over $16k in rent in that time and you stick us for $80???Beware, they’ll get you if they can too!!!

Bitter old man (Rexrunning the office he was very rude , wouldnt give me information about my unit and tried to charge me extra. Wish I could give them 0 .

Our unit flooded. It happens. But when I was talking to my neighbor about it he told me he had the same experience five years ago. They know some of the units are prone to flood. My wife called them and they were beyond rude. I am sure she will review also. She wasnt even calling to say we expected them to pay. Just that a heads up would be nice so we could have sandbagged it. All he would say is that it isn"t their fault and there was nothing they could do. She tried to explain explain again that she didnt say it was there fault. But a little common courtesy would goes a long way. It was not the first issue we had with them. They tried saying we hadnt paid one month and locked us out. Will never even consider using them again.

Pros: good management, very friendly and helpful. Lowest rates alsoCons: one of my units let the dirt and leaves in like crazy. Once neighborhood dogs visited me; they could get in through a gap in the fence; I figure a person could too. Finally they aren’t fair in that they pro rate in but not out; you pay for each day when you move in but when you move out they charge you for the whole month even though they can turn around and make money off the next person right away; very unfair.

This storage facility is just awful Id rate them a 0 if I could!!! They gave me and my husband the run around and wouldnt give us back our deposit. They also said we didnt give our written notice to vacay which we did but they are claiming they dont have it at all! They also claimed we didnt give a valid moving address which we did!! Everything is on camera too!! My husband called to get everything sorted out but the lady said ill have to look into it..well a week became 2 weeks and still no word from her! Just very incompetent and no calman sense about whats going on plus when my huband called they hung up on him! Very bad place to store your stuff DO NOT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE!

Located North of Airport, first left off of 31st St and Pennsylvania Ave. Security fence and auto gate. Closes at 10p.m sharp. If youre not out by 10 youre locked in and will be charged a fee to be let out

Overpriced, gates close at 10pm. Hard to get in and out of here, small crooked driveway with a gate. Unit is decent but expensive and access is limited. $40.00 to be let out if you are in after 10p. Suggest to find a better place with access for your hours not someone elses.

The real problem is the owner. There is no upper management, so if you have an issue you have to hunt down the owners and they make you jump through hoops to even get acknowledged. I was also told by an employee that "The owners husband is a lawyer and hell handle me alright" Aside from the managers being completely incompetent and confused by their job responsibilities they are unprofessional. I have been told to “shut up” multiple times and that telling me basic information about my contract with your company is “none of my business and not their job”. They have refused to answer questions about the automatic withdrawals simply because they don’t know. Their exact words when I asked why Beehive storage was taking money out of my account when they are called Storage City were “I have no idea, and that’s all I can tell you.” At one point they even asked eachother who Beehive Storage was. As a company that has my personal bank information they need to be able to supply that information. After spending about an hour of research I finally got in touch with someone who could explain to me that the location that processes the credit cards is called Beehive Storage. They turned my simple concern into a huge ordeal where I was scared my bank information was in the wrong hands.My debit card was updated and that was an issue for Storage City and they were having trouble charging my card. I received a letter stating that I had a late payment, as soon as I got the letter I called and made a payment and paid the late fee. The next month it happened again. I asked what the issue was and was told yet again “I have no idea and I have no idea how to help you” So I made the payment and didn’t know what else to do. The third payment was declined and I was sent a certified letter with a past due bill for last month and this month with a late fee and I was being charged for the certified letter. It also stated I was going to be locked out of my unit and it would be put up for auction. The day I got the letter I drove down there to personally resolve this. I told them the situation and they immediately started trying to put blame on me and make me feel like I was someone who didn’t pay my bills and this is what I deserved. We finally figured out the card had just needed to be updated. I asked them why they didn’t just change it when I called two months in a row to pay or mention that this wasn’t a mistake and that my card was expired. Or why didn’t they call me to let me know there was such a big issue. I was told my phone number was wrong in your system, I then requested to see my original paperwork and my phone number was in fact correct. To me this is a lack of common sense, disorganization and lack of effort to solve a simple issue and be a respectable business who values their customers. This is simple office keeping and I can’t imagine they have never ran into this issue with any other tenant. Even after all this I wanted to stay with the business. I verified my new card information and verified my already existing correct phone number and requested we just move on from this. A few days later I got a letter in the mail stating I had to be out in three weeks! With no reason behind it, I’m up to date on all my bills and resolved the issue.This is a poorly ran location and as an owner I would be mortified to hear that it was being ran the way it is. This is beyond little mistakes, I have been over charged, insulted, demeaned, and mislead and now I’m being evicted for no wrong doing on my part.

Poor Customer service. I was paying by automatic payment. Bank sent auto payment for the month after I left. Storage City refuses to give my money back for that month, but gave my deposit back...... I have called multiple times, and like other posts, they say it is the owners and the person working at the units cant do anything about it.

I have had a storage unit with them for quite some time now a few years and I would seriously recommend them to anyone!!! Their prices are great their units are huge and they are generally really great people!!! The best place to rent a unit!!

Made a reservation online. Got to the office to get my unit and was told they did not have that size of unit available. When I asked what the point of the online reservation was she said I dont know its not my problem, its the owners fault. This place is PATHETIC!!!! DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION ONLINE AND THINK YOU HAVE A UNIT RESERVED!!!

My wife took a chance and rented off your new website. When we arrived from out of state we were overwhelmed in a very good way. Check in was smooth and efficient and the unit was ready for us. Managers were very helpful . Highly recommended .

I was suprised at how big this place was! I thought I would have to get more than one unit to put all my household stuff in but their units are humogus. Managers were very helpful. Security cameras everywhere. I checked around and they did have the lowest prices too. I like it!
