Stephen was very helpful. Storage Xxtra is a little more than some of the other offerings in the area but I found that you get what you paid for. I looked at 4 other locations and they were either disgusting and filled with pests, subject to poor drainage and water intrusion, or 50% more in price. I actually canceled a rental at SKAR because my unit was flooding. The Villa Rica Storage Xxtra location is secluded, well observed with cameras, well paved and drainage managed appropriately, and the locking mechanisms are impervious to bolt cutters with an inset cylinder (like a dead boltinstead of a hanging lock. Stephen was very kind and recognized my active military service. For those looking to spend a little extra to make sure their valuables are well secured I found this location to be the best bang for the buck.

Absolutely the best experience Ive ever had. Great facilities, fast efficient processing, and good policies for storage/operation. This is my 20th move (ex military), and I have dealt with over a dozen storage companies at various locations, this company tops the list.

I was pressed for time and needed a storage unit asap thank God Google lead me to this place. The storage units are clean and the area seems very safe. I am very happy so far with the service. Plus they even offer a place for me to park my car, an extra charge in which I have no problem paying for a safe place to park my car while Im over the road; Thats all the peace of mind I needed.

Miss Nichole has always been so helpful. She’s polite courteous and has amazing customer service skills! She always made sure we were ok while we were on the property and would check on us before leaving if we were still there! I would recommend this storage facility to anyone, you almost feel at home! So if you need a storage unit definitely go see Nicole and she will fix you up with what ya need and fair pricing too!

Exactly what I needed at an affordable price the BEST price by far!!!!!!!!The property agent was very friendly and very informative! She gave me really helpful tips when it came to packing and storing my things.My first visit to the facility I was having trouble getting into the gate. (Absolutely nothing wrong with the gate just a customers error)Instead of explaining to me what I was doing wrong she personally led me to the gate and showed me how to properly enter my code, she also took me over to my storage unit and showed me how to lock and unlock the unit.Im so grateful I found this place. I would highly recommend it. I wish I could give it an extra star for the excellent/extra services and tips I received.

Nicole was absolutely fantastic! She is a very out going and friendly person. Taking care of the rental process was seamless. She was very professional and through. I would recommend this site to everyone. The prices are very reasonable as well. The grounds themselves were very clean as were the storage stalls.

The storage units are really clean and well managed. The pricing was the best in the area for what I needed at the time. Climate controlled units can get pricey in Villa Rica but they were fair and the sign on discount helped tremendously.As far as what would make them a more viable threat to the competition.. They should consider 24hr access to your unit.I also want to give a big shout out to Alden Henson, who was able to resolve an account issue that I previously had with the facility. I really did appreciate him reaching out to me.

Been at this facility for almost two years! Nicole has been absolutely phenomenal! Super clean and gated facility. Called several weeks before move out to ask for explanation of protocol for move out and Nicole was very detailed and super helpful in explaining how it all works! She also explained dates to be out by before new billing occurred. Throughout my entire renting of this storage I always asked for her as she was not only professional and kind but proficient in all my dealings with her! Love this storage facility! Many times I had to call for various reasons and they always met and exceeded my expectations!

Nichole was extremely helpful and kind. We made a reservation Sunday night and first thing Monday morning she was reaching out to us. Nicole was very professional and thorough while processing our rental application. She walked us through everything while socially distancing (we were in our car and she was in the office). We all wore masks and she also wore gloves. The process was that much easier because of her experience and knowledge of the rental application. I definitely would recommend Storage Xtra.

I have been using this storage for about 6 months now. I have had the best experience so far with this storage, it is kept clean and the employees are amazing. The employee Nicole is hilarious and nice. This place is also cost efficient and affordable and iyou are in need of a storage this place is where you should go.

This facility is easy located south of I-20 with ease of access to and from. Lite up well. Secured access easy to enter. Plenty of room for large rental trucks. Staff has been friendly every time I stop in. Cannot go wrong with this place to store your stuff.

Storage spaces were affordable but probably because you bring roaches to your brand new home. Called and told them we saw roaches in our things and they didnt even offer any money back or apologies. Just said they would look into it.
