Love the furniture at Suave- very stylish and good quality. Excellent Customer service too- so good we went back a few times to purchase a few pieces for our new home.

The customer service Is friendly as long as you don’t question or disagree with what they said to you that was in the deal as apposed to what you get delivered once they get your money . Unprofessional service from Raef and his young associate ( bosses son we will never recommend this store to any friends or family . We received very poor service once the deal was done.

I went into Suave Dandenong on Friday the 29th of July with the idea of purchasing a lounge suite. The gentleman who served me was polite and welcoming. After some consideration, I purchased the Toscana 5 seater lounge.I asked Raef how much the ottoman is and he said “the ottoman and 3 cushions on the couch are included”. I asked him if it was really included and he said yes. During this time, the owners son was talking about how he was going to buy KFC and proceeded to brag to me about the fact he just got his license back after loosing it because he was speeding, driving over curbs and driving on the wrong side of the road. Absolutely appalling to speak to a customer about things like that and Raef spent 5 minutes apologising for his coworkers behaviour who “gets away with anything and everything because he’s the owners son”.I called my husband and got the thumbs up to purchase the couch and my mother in-law asked him again, is the ottoman definitely included, to which Raef said it sure was “it’s part of your deal at the moment”. There were 3 people who heard him say that. Myself, my mother in-law and my husband who was on FaceTime with me. In total, we were told 3 times the ottoman was included.Raef new I was buying this couch with the “ottoman included” with my inheritance from my father who had passed away only a few weeks prior, as my father new how much I wanted I wanted a new lounge suite. The couch arrived the following Saturday on the 6th of August and no ottoman. I asked the delivery driver and his helper where it was and they said “there is no ottoman on the forms and it wasn’t in the truck this morning after they loaded it last night”. I asked them is it getting delivered separately and they said no, to which they didn’t seem surprised and advised it isn’t the first time this has happened. I called the store and Raef answered and at the time I didn’t know it was him. I asked why the ottoman wasn’t included and he said it never was. I asked to speak to Raef and he replied with “this is me” and I asked him why he told me it was included and he said “I never said that”, to which I replied with “you told me it was included, that’s what sold me on this couch”. He again said “I never said the ottoman was included”. I asked him how much it is to purchase the ottoman and he said “$599”.My mother in-law called the store and asked to speak to the manager and was put through to Brendan. My mother in-law explained the situation and Brendan spoke in the rudest tone “I know Raef never said that, I have known him and the owner for years. He never would have said that” and my mother in law told him he did say that and Brendan said “he never said that, good day” and hung up.There were 3 people in the store, myself, my mother in-law (and my husband who was on the phone - FaceTime). The owners son was off getting junk food. All Raef had to do was tell me the ottoman is sold separately and it is $599. I am hurt by the fact I was sold an item of furniture under false pretences and Raef new the circumstances behind me purchasing this couch. Don’t deceive and lie to your customers to get them to purchase something, it’s wrong, inappropriate and disrespectful. Raef knows he told us the ottoman was included, but he will never admit it. A simple apology for “lying” when I called and asked where the ottoman was, is all Raef needed to do.Raef - you are a liar and should be ashamed of yourself.Brendan - your management skills are appalling and you are incredibly rude and disrespectful.Alex - learn customer service skills. Your attitude is appalling.The only reason I am giving this store 2 stars is because I was told the couch and ottoman would be delivered by our desired date and the couch was.I would never recommend Sauve to anyone.

I was actually surprised to see a few different styles of furniture on our first attendance to Suave, some other stores have more of the same style of furniture but just slightly different. Service was very good with Brendan took us to show the different colour of the same lounge suite we were looking at. Upon going to quite a few other furniture stores,. Suave was one of our top 2 stores with the suites that we liked. We had gone back to store with mum and my Mrs to confirm which lounge suite we were going to buy. Mums decision was final as she liked the darker colour of this site better. After discussing the ETA of the delivery prior to placing a deposit we had to wait approx 5-6 weeks. We received the phonecall pretty much on the 5 weeks which I was happy with as it was as we discussed. Very happy with the lounge suite and would happy to deal with them again.

Such an easy purchase process done with Raef. He was friendly, available for any questions and very obliging. Follow up contact was done so efficiently too. Raef was very helpful and happy with the price of our new lounge. Thank you Raef - we’ll be back for any other furniture needs. Definitely recommend going to Suave for your furniture

Raef was fantastic. I needed help with an issue I was having with storage and it was causing me a great deal of stress. He was very efficient, helpful and understanding. Raef was committed to helping and making this work. Such an amazing staff member that truely wants to help his client. I bought a couch 2 months ago paid 2.500 dollars..They delivered me the display couch in the store...which I paidFor a new one...When my couch was delivered I said to my sisterThis couch does not look right...Went to the store to see if the displayOne and the couch was gone...They told me they sold that one because the couch was not straight in the middle...Guess what my couch is not straight in the middle the chase at the end is not straight its very crooked...I got rolled for that price should have gone to plush better Quality and good price...will not be shopping at suave again...learned my lesson...shame on you staff....

Quite impressed with the whole experience from the store layout and cleanliness to the attention shown to our questions. I highly recommend a visit to Suave who was the only store that had a couch that we liked.

Been here a few times to look for what Im after. They are good if you want to be left alone. Everything is priced so you can do your own searching.When you need the help, they are more than ready to oblige. Very helpful staff, know what they are talking about.Gave me a good deal on purchasing multiple items.Only reason for not giving 5th star is......They havent been delivered yet as covid has brought lengthy delays. Will see what theyre like when they arrive.Will give another review after they arrive.Good family run business.

Found Brendan and Raef to be very knowledgeable and super helpful. They both spent a lot of hours with us and didn’t rush us and never said ‘we can’t’ at any point of time. Always had the attitude of ‘let’s see what we can do for you’.We have been to probably all the reputed furniture stores and we were very happy with our purchase from Suave - Dandenong. The furniture looks great and we have had a lot of compliments about the design and how good the furniture looks (plus the quality too).We won’t have any hesitation to recommend Suave quality and the friendly customer service!

Furniture is not manufactured in Australia, despite what the sales man tells you.The quality matches that of made in China, as it is.Youre paying big dollars for sub par quality.Dinning table I purchased has clearly one thin layer of varnish on it which isnt what youll expect for a 3k table that is supposed to get used often with high traffic.Be cautious of the date ETA of when Furniture will be delivered.They changed my invoice date within minutes from leaving the store without notifying me.Left me in a new house with the promised delivery date far later than contracted again, without notifying me.Ultimately high price for low China quality.Better getting cheaper Furniture from amart.Edit* contacted them as the below comment and still no reply.Apparently buckled buffets are standard and require multiple chocks to straighten it.Pretty good for a 3k furniture item.I dont recall antique furniture or even cheap furniture requiring multiple chocks from new.Anyways, dont take the image of that they tried to rectify my issue from their comment below.It was in my partners name Rachael Delaney, which I detailed to them, when I contacted them about 5 weeks ago to avail.

We stumbled across Suave furniture in Dandenong and thought we’d have a 2-minute look over the products on offer there before moving onto the next store. Well Soo introduced herself and offered a little bit of advice and…around $25k of furniture later we are so happy to have found the store and especially Soo!! She was never pushy, so knowledgeable and gave honest advice. Having had the furniture for several weeks now we are so happy with it. Stylish and great quality. A minor issue was dealt with quickly. Soo even called us herself on the day of delivery to make sure everything was as expected :)

I found Suave Furniture by accident when looking for a bedroom setting. Soo really knew the products, gave honest and open advice, and was a real pleasure to deal with. So nice to deal with a genuine person. She put together a great deal, so I purchased straight away. It arrived on time, in great shape. She made the whole experience so exceptional, that when I purchased a luxury holiday home recently, I went straight to Suave for most of my requirements. Just placed a very large order and I know Im in safe hands with great communication. I own multiple properties and Soo is now in my go to list for stylish, quality furniture at a reasonable price, delivered with a smile by a very authentic person. NOTE to the owner - give this lady a bonus and a pay rise, she is exceptional in what is a very jaded and disinterested retail environment where many people dont care about customers.

I had an amazing experience with Soo at Suave =)I went to four stores before arriving here and her service was by the far the most comprehensive, knowledgeable and friendly.She listened to what I needed, gave advice on different mattresses and their quality, had a laugh and was keen to help.Good prices (it was on sale but stilland I got a great deal on a really comfortable Australian made mattress.Thanks Soo, you deserve a promotion, theyd be fools to ever let you go!
