Subway in Seward County

The bread was nice and fresh all the vegetables with nice and crisp the nice lady that I dealt with was very cordial was made to my specifications great job

All time favorite Subway clean and very friendly staff.

I went inside the store to order my food and the black old lady told me "Keep your hand off the glass". She is kind of discriminate. Dude, if you dont want the customer to touch your display glass, put a sign. Its so rude to tell the customer that. Then, she asks me what I wants in my bread. I was using my phone to text to my co-worker. I saw she starts putting onion and vegi in my bread. Man, she goes overboard this time. I yelled at her. Listen to me before you put anything. I didnt tell you to put onion and other green vegi yet. She then brushes it a side. I never go back to this Subway store again. Never be rude to the customer. She is not deserved to work in the store unless she owns it. Dumb worker! By the way, Im out of town driving by this store and from East Coast!

Miss Cynthia is one hell of a employee! I just absolutely love seeing her and she’s very welcoming! She needs a raise that’s for sure! She’s GREAT! Make you to go see miss Cynthia! She’s also very great at her job! Love her

So Saturday on the the 20th of November I went into subway with my boyfriend and the employee that was working was really friendly and also very helpful! I didn’t get her name but she was AMAZING! I highly recommend her and that she needs a raise. She would make a great manager!

Not sure of her name but the woman working here this afternoon (Cynthia?was just a fantastic and friendly person. Subway should promote this individual and use her in an official training capacity so that new employees know what the standard is supposed to be for working in the front of their restaurants.

Im giving the Sammich Artist the 5***** rating. I wish I could remember her name. She can slang them subs. It was busy! She was by herself and was absolutely killing it. Love to watch poetry in motion!

Not so friendly atmosphere, and workers selling drugs on the clock. Worst experience at a subway that I ever had. Will not be going back!!!

Christine was extremely helpful and all while being friendly and managing all customer orders at once on her own. She needs a raise subway!

Clean and good food

The lady working here was very polite to us.

We have been going here religiously every Thursday for dinner. Last 3 weeks weve gotten plain slop and really short sandwiches with old ingredients. First time we let it go. Second time we left a complin through the app and got a measly email. This week third week of slop all 4 of my kids got 2 inch sandwiches instead of the kids meal 4 inch. My daughters sandwich was wrong. As was mine. Soggy smashed and old stale ingredients.

Our hostess christine stocks was so pleasant. Our visit was fast and effortless. Store was spotless amd everything in order. Will definitely return.

Subway is bad as it is but this subway is in the top. Its dirty. The employees were dirty and sloppy. I guess really par for the course when it comes to subway. Go elsewhere if there is elsewhere in Kansas.

There is a new manager at this store. I go there every two weeks. Its a good store. Cozy because its so little. Dont let the size fool you its very busy because its on the highway and close to a school. They work very hard to make the sandwiches as fast as possible. Its a good place. Try it and be pleasantly surprised.

The girl was kind of rude when i told her i was not done ordering. To top it off my bacon avocado sub was missing the avocado. I didnt realize it til i got home. I didnt even want to bother going back

I did not even want to rate this restaurant with 1 star. I arrived with an order for 12 sandwiches for a company meeting last Friday the 11th of October at around 12:10. There was one customer in front of me and one came in behind. Since I had a larger order I asked the customer behind me if he would like to go first. When it came time for me to order I told the lady that I needed 12 foot longs. Her mouth dropped open and she stared at me. Then began complaining, not explaining, complaining that large orders are usually ordered ahead of time. I explained that we had placed an order at another establishment however their grill was broken and I was on "plan b". Another customer came in behind me and she said, "Im gonna help him first". I explained I had already let another customer go ahead, that I was next in line and really needed to have my order filled as I was already late. Thats when she got really upset. She began complaining to her coworker and slinging bread onto the counter after asking they type of bread I wanted. I told her to just make them all the same, Italian turkey and ham. She turned around a few times to use the toaster for the previous customer and proceeded to flip me off as she pushed the buttons. The customer ahead of me at this point said she is always like this. Very rude, impatient and rough with the customers. As she was trying to make me feel bad about my order rather than trying to help a customer in need she continued to complain. I finally had had enough of being complained to and flipped off. I stated that I was sorry that it was so difficult for her to do her job and cancelled the order not knowing where I would go next to feed the attendees at the company meeting. She yelled at me for watching her cut bread and then canceling my order. Had she been even slightly pleasant I would have completed the order. This store needs help. I told her that I would contact her manager and sort it out. She informed me that she was the manager so I let her know that I would be glad to contact her corporate office instead. That is what I am doing today. Maybe they can counsel her on some good customer service practices. The store was also filthy.

Drive to the North one and you will get much fresher bread, faster service, and a cleaner place to sit.

We went in the other day and there were only two customers ahead of us and before we could say anything the women working told us it was going to be awhile. If they are that slow at making a sandwich they either need more help or speed it up. They are supposed to be sandwich artist not the slow old lunch lady.
