Subway in Weber County

Ordered a footlong veggie.two inches on both ends had nothing. No toppings, dressings...The tomatoes were the last thing put on the sandwich, that messed with the texture of the sandwich. The ingredients were fresh.

Very exceptional customer experience. I’m not quite sure the name of the lady who helped me out, but she was fantastic! She had curly hair, and recommended the garlic sandwich. She was friendly nice, and a great help!

The employees are nice and make good sandwiches.

Kris the manager here rocks we experienced a problem she took care of it no hesitation and did it very kind and professional. I eat here all the time the place is always really clean the employees always have gloves and aprons and the food is great.

Hands down the best Subway in Weber-Davis is on Kiesel & 24th, Thursday around 4pm. Was served by Sage and Joe. Place was very clean, Joe sounded off my order as I gave it to him. Made the best sandwich Ive had in a long time. Stuffed it without over-filling it, making it a mess to eat. Don’t go to this location. A homeless couple asked my husband to pay for their meals when he walked in. I went inside a minute after. The employee was super rude to me. She yelled at me because she couldn’t hear what I said. She also forgot to put the cookie I ordered for my son in the bag. Terrible experience. Call me heartless and stingy or whatever but I am not there to pay for homeless people. I work my butt off for my family and I can barely afford to pay rent.

Subway was my 1st job when I was 16. I was the best dang "Sandwich Artist" in San Diego, California. So unlike most people, Im okay eating there...I do hope that they keep it as clean as we did.

Subway is one of my favs the employees are always kind, courteous and patient with me because theres a large selection of meats, cheese, veggies and toppings some times I just cant decide what I want. The place has always been clean when I have gone there. I would be glad to recommend Subway to anyone looking for a good sandwich for a good price.

I was running Doordash and they had me wait a half hour while they changed garbage cans and went to the bathroom before they even started making my order. The worst is that it was only two sandwiches. Do not go here unñess youre planning to wait a long time.

Bad service, the guy who was wearing glasses was kind of cocky and didnt even speak loudly. He was sort of mumbling the word. So my brother and I couldnt even hear him well.

Very quick service all the while taking care of a large call in order. The wraps are very good!

Easy to find. Lots of parking. Nice, clean store. And excellent sandwich artists!!

Costumer service was poor. The lady making sandwiches was like angry we ordered 6 footlongs and kind of frustrated cause she didnt hear us talking with masks. FOOD WAS EXCELENT.

The employees were so rude I almost walked out without my food. Never had a good experience at this location. They’re either rude or don’t know how to make a sandwich. Not going back there anymore

I frequent this establishment often and Im very good friends with the whole staff and I want to give them a 10/10. One time I was in one young lady was there by herself and an alarm from the register was going off probably the online orders and the oven alarm was going off with a few people in the lobby, and she really seemed to keep her head on her shoulders.

Melissa was working on her own on a busy Saturday. With high volume orders coming in, she gracefully handled the pressure and showed the best attitude I’ve ever seen. I know I certainly appreciated her kindness and would love to have her working as an employee in my store.

The service was fast for my toasted beef and cheese sub. The sandwich was good too.

Horrible service the two young girls making our sandwiches were extremely rude and acted as if we were the biggest inconvenience in the world and were giving my wife the most raunchy looks in the world I have to say that this was the absolute worst eating out experience we have ever had but I will give them one star because are sandwiches were good however when asked if they could heat up our cookies they did not heat them up at all and when my wife ask for salt on her sandwich the girl put it all in one spot and did not stop when she was asked making her sandwich inedible in that spot

The staff are so nice and the sandwiches are good. Im never disappointed. :)

The staff here was amazing. My daughter dropped her sandwich and was so sad and embarassed. They remade it for her and made it seem like no big deal, and didnt even charge us for the second one. Highly recommend

My boyfriend and I have been coming to this and many other subways over the course of the last year. We have had deplorable experiences and descent we experiences however the customer service that be Yoshi and Stephanie demonstrated while being swamped with people and short handed literally restored my faith in humanity. I hope management sees what rare gems they have in these two ladies. Thank you

I went in and ordered a Italian BMT I waited for 15 mins and the lady that made my sandwich threw everything on it, very sloppy. The staff was not energetic at all, the lady that made my sandwich acted like she didnt even wanna be the.

Subway is Subway, so no surprises there. Really good service here, even though employee turnaround and swapping happens a good bit so that is impressive.

The worker didn’t put my sandwich together with very much care. She slapped it together and when i went to go get a drink, all the drinks were out of carbonation. The store was slacking in a lot of areas.

Nice friendly staff. Store is clean, and the bathrooms arent gross!! The daytime crew is energetic and funny. Some pretty ones there, but the manager. Now she is cute!

Subway sent me a coupon for a 6 inch sub because I found plastic in my food at another location so I bring my coupon here and I asked the guy BEFORE even ordering if it would be accepted and he said yes but then I go to check out and said "oh well it was given by a different location, we cant accept this here" of course I am not going to eat at the same location that had plastic in a sandwich before! So I ended up paying full price at a place that I already has a bad reputation with me. DEAR SUBWAY, I can definitely say due to your HORRIBLE service and lack of fixing the mistake you made in the first place I will not be returning mine or my families business to you ever again at ANY location. Will definitely be making my opinions heard around town aswell.

The kids there, bless their hearts made every attempt to get our order right, tried to make the ultimate spicy italian. They put 4 scoops of garlic spread on my footlong. By the time it was all done it was a greasy puddle of garlic oil. I couldnt even taste the other ingredients. Poor training was the problem. I dont blame them I blame the manager. I hope it gets better, the location is close to my home. I really enjoy Subway.

Neither one of the employees seem like they wanted to be there and were going really slow. The tables were dirty and it didnt look like they had swept at all. The lady that cashed me and my friend out didnt smile the whole time she was helping us. I felt unwelcomed and probably will not be going back.

It was raining and 36 degrees outside and a lady walked in with a service animal and a manager there walked up to her and asked for certification that it was a service animal. Service animals are protected under the ADA and you are not allowed to ask for certification. She said she had forgot it and that she didnt want to carry it in the rain. You can ask if it is a service animal but not for certification. He was then going to make her walk home in the rain. The animal was not being out of control. There was no one else in the lobby except her and I. I was very disappointed in how he handled the situation and treated the lady.

Sub was alright. Store was clean. But the chocolate chip cookies were horrible. They taste freezer burnt, stale or both. Had a sweet tooth and was very disappointed.

Went in with my family and ordered 2 foot long sandwiches and 1 kids meal. The kids meal is the key to this rating. The meal includes a drink, mini sandwich and apple slices. I was charged for each individual item in the kids meal. 3.24 sandwich, 1.19 juice box and 1.29 apple slices. When asked the worker she told us that is what it is and we have to pay for each item in the "meal".

If I could I would give 0 stars On Friday September 14th 2018 at 2:45 my cousin and I went in and got 2 sandwiches and it took us 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches there was 3 employees there and only one was helping. When I went to go pay and while my cousin was waiting for her sandwich to be finished and the lady was already starting to make another before finishing hers. The other employees were watching while they saw all the people. My cousin asked her nicely if she could finish hers because we had to get to work. Then she (the employeehad the nerve to have attitude with her. Thanks to those employees we were late. Its common sense to finish something before starting something new. Ive never had bad experiences with this store before until now needless to say I will not be returning.

The food is delicious, the ladies were very friendly and helpful, and even asked how many jalapeños we wanted as to not burn our mouths off. By far the best Subway experience weve had.

Love the spicy Italian! Try tossing it for double time with peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Then add more veggies after. I love it with jalapenos. :Service was fast and friendly.

Always a fair deal. Pretty consistent overall. Good select. You definitely can find some thing you like here. The fun is taking the time to figure it out.

Subway is awesome! Just not this one. I have been to dozens of Subways across America. To this one I will never ever return.

It was ok I only ever get two types of subs meatball or tuna and guess what they were out of ingredients for that day. I eat a turkey sandwich but was really craving a meatball sub

The ingredients definitely didnt seem freshly prepared, the staff didnt seem to know what they were doing, and it didnt seem very clean.

Let me preface this by saying I worked for Subway for four years, so I have high expectations, but the bread was overcooked and dry, the guy who made my sandwich made it incorrectly and talked the entire time about how great he was at his job but only when he feels like it. I was in line for more than ten minutes and I had a single sandwich with only two people in front of myself. The guy helping me also sat and ragged on his other co-workers and talked about how so and so was late. I then had to wait for said so and so to clock in before I was rung up. All in all I was severely unsatisfied and even though its the closest location to where I go to school, I likely wont be returning as this is only one incident in a number of times I have been a patron of this store.

Before, they were horrible with the old management, always one person inside overwhelmed with consumers. Now they have new management, quick, kind, and multiple employees working together!

I love this place. The staff here are great I go here for lunch at noon. Often times they have a loooong line but they are fast. I always make it out the door in time to eat and have a few minutes left on my lunch after I eat. Dont be worried about the line it keeps moving quickly

Great place for a cheap sub sandwich. I like that you can totally customize the veggies and that they make it in front of you. NOT the best sub place for sure, I mean its like the McDonalds of subs. But its pretty good

I am really disappointed in this store as of late. They are always short staffed and have one maybe two people working the lunch shift on the weekends. Last week when i went in I stood in line for 30 mins. They were out of breads, dressings and chip shelves were bare. They had a huge mess in the backroom and the sofa was flat. Someone hire some staff and fix these issues.

Been there 5 times for lunch and every time it takes 20-30 minutes to get through a line of 5 people. There is always 1 person working the counter and their speed is questionable. Will not return to this location.

I love the raspberry cookies, and there are rarely ever any when I come in. In fact theres rarely not many cookies made. I love the raspberry cheesecake cookies and there are never any made. I live close and would love to come in and get some. At times I ask for a sandwich and they never seem to have any of that meat, bread, cheese, etc. to make that sandwich either. Id come in a lot more often if they actually had stuff in stock.

We went in and got2 subs. Bread was hard, ingredients were not available, i think there needs to be more management structure at this Subway. I threw my sandwich away. This was on 2-21-16 at about 7 pm.

Gotta love Subway when youre in a rush! This location is very fast but NOT friendly. Expect the minimum when it comes to customer service and generosity.
