Horrible customer service. I stood there for 15 minutes while two employees never said a word to me or took my order, they just kept ignoring me and going about their business as if I wasnt there. I left and went to a different Subway. I will never go back to this location

I waited about 45mins. The subway sandwiches didnt taste like subway at all. Lettuce and cucumbers were brown. Spinach was wilted. None of it tasted fresh at all. Good thing I had coupons. This tmTRASH is going in the trash. I hope I hope I dont get sick or even food poisoning. Oh. I could chew the pickles the skin was hard. They need new management or SHUTDOWN !
The servers were nice enough, But their service sucked. We were there for 40 minutes Before we were finished with everything because there was only one server and the other didnt come from the back until we were nearly done. And they argued right in front of us customers and even swore.
I sent my boyfriend to subway to get me a sandwich today (4/4/22 around 430-5). While eating it, I was telling him how well it was made and that every bite was “a good bite.” He then told me it was a young kid with glasses that made it and how super nice and polite he was. I just want to say that subway needs to give him a raise and protect him at all costs.
Absolutely awful staff. Notated my order through the app as complete only to start on it on arrival. The lady working on my order, Lisa, used the wrong type of chicken for a sub, then argued with me when I showed her my order and refused to re-make the sandwich. Ive worked retail most of my life so it takes a lot for me to come on a forum and complain but this was well deserved. The level of incompetence I saw this evening needs to be documented.
After giving my order of 4 hoagies to the employee, all of a sudden half way through making the hoagies he says "I give up" and walks away not completing the order. The other employee had to jump in to complete the order. For the young man who stepped up and completed my order, thank you very much. For the guy who walked away from making my order, I have nothing good to say, so Ill say nothing.
Closed before the listed time on the door as I walked up they saw me trying to get in and shut the lights off 20 minutes before close.
Ordered online for pickup and they forgot one of the items in my order, I wouldn’t recommend this subway to anyone
I came in to get a couple sandwiches. Today on January 3 2:20. An employee with blond hair with a green ponytail holder got snippy and rude attitude towards me and the other employee working with her. There is no name tag, so I gave a date and time and description. Made my experience horrible. No one should have an attitude like that towards any customer who did nothing. And towards another learning employee. Something needs to be done.

The employee the was making my sub kept putting her gloved hand down her pants to pull her pants up, she gave me a rude reply when I asked her to change her gloves out. needles to say I will not be stopping by this subway anymore it is disgusting. All meat and veggies where uncovered, dirty knives and scoops scattered across the cutting bored. this store is very very dirty, the owner should be ashamed of him self for maintain such low quality of staff and food safety
Good subs, but they definitely cut back on how much meat is put on each sub. Price no longer equal to what youre getting. But for a quick alternative to a burger its okay.
Terrible service today 11-20-21 the Black lady in there today is rude and not Kind at all the 16 yrold has more care about her job then the other lady. She needs to be fired and the Manager Renee needs to get rid of her. I wont eat there anymore the food isnt mad with Love at all its BS!! Lower Burrell Sub way from now on! You guys are not good at all and the food is different from before! Never again !! Thats why yal got a 3.0 it should be a 1.0
the manager or whoever was in charge was very rude to her worker and my husband and I as well. The worker seemed new, very rude would not recommend
Every time I get food there, something is wrong. Either I get the wrong cookie, wrong bread, sometimes undercooked bread. Will never order here again
Building was locked during open hours, employees saw is at the door knocking and did nothing. Very disappointed, horrible customer service.

The young lady who name said with Ab something was working with Robert. On (may,13ty 2021at 2:14p.m the lady was very disrespectful and very rude. I was trying to ask a question about the hoagies. I ask her she doesnt have to be rude . And told me to shut up an round her eyes. I am sorry but i have never in my life been treated that way.... they need to hire better employees. I would always get food here. NOW I understand why ppl say to go to the other subway. Very very unhappy!!!!!! Very disappointing

Tonight, Madison helped us and has to be the most efficient and fast worker that Subway has internationally. She was very kind, very professional, and changed my stigma towards this Subway. I have had several bad experiences here before but this by far balanced that out. I hope they read these so she gets the recognition she deserves!

The one on Tarentum Bridge road is hit or miss... Certain kids that work have no clue what they are doing and are very rude!! My favorite was the seafood salad..which the did away with.
Went there to buy dinner for my family. Staff gave me attitude the whole time because they were busy. I took my order home and it turns out they never put chicken on my wifes chicken wrap. When I called they told me to BRING THE WRAP BACK, AND THEY WOULD ADD THE CHICKEN TO IT. Is that even legal?Anyways. I paid through paypal, and opened a claim asking them to refund the price of only the wrap, and provided a picture of the chicken-less chicken wrap. Subway contested me and paypal did not refund me my money.So because of that experience, I am never giving another dime of my money to any subway restaurant.

Was glad to see it was open past 8:00pm!! But the customer service was horrible! There was 2 workers and 1 person was doin all the work while the other person stood there and watched! U could clearly tell she didnt want to b there and it showed by the way she acted and talked. My food was great the one girl who did all the work did an excellent job ill continue to come back bcuz i like the food but the workers whew...
This subway place is one of the most disrespectful subway have ever visited in my life. The ladies here are very rude and loud. They dont care about care about what there customer needs are and the one lady that serves me was telling the other staff "he has an accent and l dont want to deal with with" when l asked for something.I will never stop here again.
First Subway I was told there was no military or veteran discount, there are discounts for ems and law enforcement, dont get me wrong they deserve it, I just feel this is something personal towards military or veterans. I will never go back to this Subway and you are military or veteran I would stay away.
Sign says closes at 10 pm but the rude little girl said her daddy doesnt allow her to work that late and so she was closing at 8 as she slams the door in my face
was my last resort to visit this location but it was on my way home and I did not feel like cooking at 8:30 at night. The door was locked with the lights on. Says there open till 10 pm. Guess the lazy employees didn’t feel like working any longer tonight. Was a last resort and know it turned into my last visit to this location.
The sandwiches are pretty good here. The service is also good. Shout out to the young guy who upsold me me on cookies for my kids. Although giving my kids cookies for dinner on a school night was not a joy, Great job upselling .
Subway was amazing as usual. I visited with a toddler and a newborn. The lady was very nice and helpful. She was working alone though. Subway could possibly use more staffing.The bread was a bit hard.
Subway what can you say its a hoagie on bread and flatbread good either be toasted or non toasted I got plenty of condiments

Saturday night at 7:00pm. There was I long line but, the kids working there did a great job handling the rush.

The dirtiest subway I know & their staff arent any better. stopped here yesterday while Will and Jermey were working and was shocked to see a colony of ants all over their counters, boards, and food. I asked them how they could let there just be ants crawling every where and theyre response was "we were so busy all day we dont notice that type of stuff". You dont notice ants crawling on the food and all over the area you make the subs? DISGUSTING! Should report you guys to the code enforcement for that thats ridiculous. You need better staff and actually take the time to train them properly.
This place is always out of ingredients or bread it is terrible and never a manager on duty I feel like they owe me and my family several free subs for the inconvenience we go out for dinner only to have it ruined and made into a terrible experience thank you subway your standards are horrid
Worst Subway ever !!! Went 3 times in one week about 1 hr to close and they wouldn’t make me a meatball Sub . They say there out , but all you have to do is heat some up . I would recommend not wasting your time , go to another one .
Friendly staff. Same basic Subway food. The food quality has gone down over the last 10 years as the prices have gone up. But still a good place to get a sub how you want it.
