Subway in Allegheny County

I was in on June 9th, 2022 and was waited on by a lovely woman named Carissa. I was unsure on what to order and she gave great recommendations on what sandwich to order. She suggested the chicken and bacon ranch, which was amazing. I never buy chips or a drink either but she was able to sell me on those too. If she’s not manager yet she needs to be. Stellar service!

I am giving 1 star because I have to. I went there Thursday June 9, 2022. It was around 8:30 pm. They are suppose to close at 9:30. The 2 young ladies working there decided to close at 9 pm.My fiance and I were ordering many sandwiches. The 2 young ladies were so involved with their lives and what had to be done for Sunday. They were having a conversation between themselves and didnt want to take time out to listen to what we were ordering. I said excuse me, I dont mean to take you away from your conversation but I am not done with my order. The one young lady got upset and started to give me attitude. So I gave attitude back to her but I was polite about it. So she went to the register to start ringing us up. She kept asking the other young lady what kind of sandwiches did we order. She kept saying I am not giving any sandwiches away for free. I am going to open all of them to see what they are. I told her she didnt need to do that. We could tell her what the sandwiches were. She again said I am not giving away any free sandwiches. She proceeded to ring us up. She charged us for 9 sandwiches and 8 meatballs in a bowl. We ordered 7 sandwiches and 8 meetballs in a bowl. When I looked at the receipt I questioned her and tried to explain that she over charged us. I slammed my hands on the counter and said you were so worried about giving away a sandwich, that you over charged us. I told my fiance to handle this, I am going outside. The young lady at the register told me to get out of her F***** store. I turned around and asked her what did you say to me. Then I turned around and walked out.When I got home to feed my family I noticed there was only 6 meatballs in the bowl. They are so worried about over charging they cant get things right.They need to worry about doing their job when customers are in the establishment and worry about personal life on their time. Both young ladies should be let go and bring in people who want to work and are worth getting a paycheck. These 2 young ladies need professional ethics classes.

They have trouble giving what you pay for and order and refuse to fix their mistakes. Be cautious with this subway location. You’ll get ripped off.

Staff are always friendly, services always good. We are here a few times per month.

Just had a B.M.T on Italian bread. The bread was dry. When you went to eat it the top of the hoagie crumble in you hands. Everything was Skimpy. Will never go back there. Get Go from now on.

This location has had its up n downs but last several times i have gotten subs here has been consistent and good! Definetly love in these times the to go app! will be back again and again!

Touch less delivery was good. But they gave me chocolate chip cookies instead of oatmeal raisin cookies. The should have said something I would have taken anything else but chocolate chip

This is the best Subway in my area (I have four locations close to me). Best food, always fresh, and without a doubt the friendliest service.

Went in today for a sandwich one of the girls decided she didnt want to serve us and ran into the back of the store. We had to wait till the woman at register was done with helping her customer.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The one girl I didn’t get her name had the worst attitude and was completely ignorant. Please learn how to make a sandwich and what comes on it or find another job!

I went in to get lunch. People there didnt care about there job. Made my sandwitch ot was covered in mayo... The place was somewhat clean. Bathrooms wasnt the best but they were clean enough for me. Only reasoning for stopping here was because i was working in the area.

I have to give praise to the best Subway workers I have ever met...the most pleasant and kind people....here at Kennywood mall right now...thank you for the amazing service..u guys went above and beyond and helped to make my day amazing! Quinton and Sade ..thank u..u guys r amazing!!

This is a smaller Subway but its clean and the staff is always friendly and fast. Ive never had an issue at this restaurant. Theres plenty of parking.

Mostly good service....was not happy with how the Italian bread looked this time. I dont visit weekly, more like every other or so but I am so disappointed that no matter what time of day I go they never have the raspberry cookies and. A lot of the time they are out of chocolate chip. We like to buy the dozen. I cant tell you the last time I got cookies from subway. They always say either they have to make them or its going to be another 20 mins. This factor sometimes makes us get food elsewhere.

I guess I got to subway about 12:45 pm. There was one customer at the counter, finishing up. The young lady ask if she could help me , gave her my order moved to checkout, an other young lady ask if I wanted anything special on it and did I want that toasted , I said yes and they proceeded to finish my sub , went to checkout and a third young lady ask if I needed anything else. I was out of there I swear in 10 minutes. Terrific Service! Thank you so very much. Nice ladies working there.

The people working were unimaginably slow. And one of the workers had awful makeup. Just awful. After seeing the Picasso-esque job she had done to her face, I couldnt eat the sandwich I had waited for 15 minutes to receive.
