Good sandwiches.

Really like this location better than the other 2 in Leavenworth. Employees are super friendly and the bread is always soft and their veggies are always fresh looking!

New sandwiches are excellent. Customer service was excellent as well.

Worked as a opener to store manager was always late ..pointed out she was manager all the time..Walked out on her..moved to 10th street store where was suppose to be training for management ..never got trained on paperwork except the last three days never mentioned to owner..was suggested go to to different store by manager trainer they needed management and heard her on phone and the person Chris was on speaker when suggested I go he never said anything..This company allows people who are constantly late and have a clique dirty stores to still stay..could it be they are in one big clique one colored person works there this store is really sad

Been wanting to go here for 4 years. Finally got to go and for three people to eat it ended up being over $50. All we got was a sandwich and a medium drink each. The radio. There was very staticky and kind of annoying to listen to. My boyfriend. Sandwich was very sloppy and they charge per meat. They did not carry the poppy seed dressing or the sweet onion dressing, but they did have the teriyaki sweet onion dressing and I was a little nervous to try it but it ended up being really good.

Im giving a single star because of the manager on duty. The young man that was working the counter was nice and doing the best he could. I spent over a half hour waiting to be served. Two customers ahead of me ordered 7 sandwiches. He told the guy that he had 7 sandwiches. The guy call for the manager to help him and she ignored him. The next customer had 2 sandwiches. I got to my order. I needed a gift card. The guy needed help ringing it up and thats when she finally came out. In the meantime 3 more customers arrived. When she was asked why she wasnt helping she gave alot of excuses. She shouldve helped her employee. Her paperwork couldve waited. Customers Come First.

5 sandwiches, a doz cookies, 7 bags of chips. Good teamwork between trainer and two newer team members. Ill be back!

Horrible service. I was served by a Roxanne, who obviously didnt want to serve me. She took her time and was noticeably uninthused to serve me to make a less than mediocre sandwiche for me as she coughed everywhere possible while making my sandwiche and ensuring that I knew that she was less than pleased to make it. Of the subways in town this was my least favorite visit and Ill likely never be back. Id recommend picking another sandwiche chain than to be forced with dealing with this unprofessionalism.

Miss being able to get roast beef but still good sandwiches.

Today is Sunday March 21 and there is a lady that works there that had a super bad attitude my wife is pregnant and when she got there and tried to order, the lady with the gray red and brown hair started throwing stuff across the room..... my boo still decided to let her make the order and as she was making she had an attitude the whole time when my boo asked for some cookies the lady then had grabbed them threw them in a cookie bag and Crumbled them up and threw them in the bag very rudely and after all that still messed up the order. Everybody had bad day but you don’t bring them to your work area and you definitely don’t take them out on Customers! If I was the manager she would have been fired not because of who she did it to but because the lack for unprofessional shows and definitely couldn’t have been her first time smh

The employees working at the 10th street store were really kind! Loved their personalities and cant wait to go back!!!

Subway, is Subway. Excellent sandwiches and cool people working there.

They do a great job marking the subs ,but if you go in please where a mask . I dont want subway Close down because you got them sick then I can not get these great subs.

This location had dead flies in their food and does not even seem to care. All they will do to "make it right" if give you more food...which had flies so why would anyone want that...manager refused to give a refund, give me her regional managers number,, or even the my number to her manager. When I asked she just hung up on me.

It was ok but not the greatest, was out of different items to be placed on the sandwiches.

I love this location. Not only do they always make a great sandwich, but they go above and beyond on treating you like every customer is important.

Great food and service , but really under staffed due to the owners being tight wads !! One person cant serve food , prep food , clean the floors / bathrooms / etc all at the same time . Funny cause I would have thought Leavenworth would have had a city ordinance for that , plus after the 4th st. Store being robbed over the winter . Later campers 😎 🌴 🤙

Worst service from the staff rude and not friendly, food looks like it’s always sitting out longer than it should be or not covered back up. Surfaces don’t look clean. Worst subway in Leavenworth. The female worker has no customer service skills, I will not being going back.

Very clean and the bathrooms were nice too.

When I walked in the lady making the sandwiches was currently making two sandwiches that were ordered online she was swatting away at flies that had landed on the sandwiches with her gloves on. She did not remake the sandwiches or change her gloves she just continued on asking me if I saw that I shook my head yes and proceeded to watch her make the sandwiches. When she was finished and it was time for me to order she was actually going to make my sandwiches with those same gloves on I asked her to change her clothes and to dig to the bottom for the ingredients I want it on my sandwiches which she did willingly but still come on now are you really going to give those sandwiches to those people? I paid for my food and last and as I was leaving I passed the people that were coming to pick up those online order sandwiches I wanted to tell them but I didnt have the heart serious once I got home and it was time for me to actually eat the sandwich I could not do it cuz I was thinking back at the giant housewives that had landed on all those fresh ingredients even though mine came from the bottom my stomach could not handle it.

My favorite Subway - the employees are all nice and they keep rarer menu items like guacamole in stock.

I dont like any of pickles and tomatoes. But I Just like a ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce and mayonnaise. The most part of it is I like cookies.

Great and friendly service and great sandwiches

Tried to get a sandwich. Then all of a sudden their card machine doesnt work. Apparently it hasnt for over 2 week and I thought theyd ask if I had cash. Nope. Stood there for 15 mins for no reason and then asked if I wanted to wait 30 mins for them to reboot the computer.Although McDonalds Ice Cream Machine doesnt work, their card machine does.

Slow service, hot sandwich was cold by the time I was able to pay for it. Avoid if only one person is working.

I come here quite a bit. Its in my neighborhood next to the video store and gas station, making it very convenient. Ive never had to wait long. The food is always good and the staff are pleasant. The cookies are delicious. :)

Walmart subway good service no creamer for the coffee bummer

Everytime I go in there the staff is very helpful and friendly. They will joke around with inter ACT with you. The customers also inter ACT with them. It just a nice place to go.

Friendly Fast Service. You can be in & out in under 10 minutes. Great for getting supper after a hard day work.

Tried to get a sandwich to take for lunch today however the employees have not arrived and it is 7:05 am. They advertise that they open at 7:00 am. Guess I wont use this location as this was my first and last visit.

Clean, fast service and good food. Only item that was less than perfect is price. I struggle to justify $12 for a fastfood sandwich when I can get homemade food for less at several locations in town. But its a fair trade-off when I am pressed for time.

I had my wallet stolen. I accidentally left my wallet in the store when I left. The only people in the store were the two employees in my family. If my wallet is returned with everything in it as is including cash I will give the person who return he turned it a reward.

They dont check their food dates as often as they should. They almost sold me three day old meatballs once
