Always a good sandwich. The people that worked there are so nice. Its the best place to stop for a quick lunch. I had the black forest ham today and it was very good!

I was infront of the subway at 08:54pm and they are closed doors. I was knocking the door they did not open they were inside.

MoreFriendly staff, our sandwiches were good, everything looked clean, easy to get to location. The only off thing is the building and property, it was originally something else and could use a sprucing up.

Suppose to be a tuna sub & where’s the tuna? Did an online order for pick up. More mayo and veggies on it than tuna. Like come on, why would you send something out like this!?!?

This subway I go here a lot never any issues. Only couple times I had stale bread other than that the experience is pretty short and sweet. This rating is because of the hygiene of some employees. One being a manger, most of the time if she’s making subs and either cashing people out, or at the veggie station I notice she never washes or changes her gloves in between ringing people out. I told her nicely once she cashed someone out, I knew she wasn’t going to change her gloves and I was right. She said sure, and changed them. Mind you she should’ve washed her hands too. Working with food you have to be on top of that. Cross contamination is no joke and we’re still in a pandemic. Her being a manger should follow the health guidelines just as much as her employees. I would assume since she’s a manger she would be Servsafe certified. If she’s not she should be. She rings people out in her gloves, or just leaves 1 glove on then replaces the 1 or not at all. Just be aware if you’re in wether it’s her or someone else anytime you touch anything besides the food so to speak change your gloves!!
MoreGreat service! I love subway and this is the first one i walked into where the people were so sweet! On top of that food was actually fresh!!! Lettuce wasnt turning brown or anything. Best subway sub i have had yet. Highly recommend stopping here!

MoreWORST SUBWAY EVER, KEEP DRIVING TO THE NEXT ONEI usually dont write reviews but my experience at this location made me feel like I needed to.I use to work for subway for 3 years and two of those I was a closing manager at 7 different locations. Never have I ever seen a more disorganized subway. Granted most of my complaints are just the employees but they are the ones to train them. One of the employees name tag said manager to.there were 5 customers and they kept switching between all of their sandwiches. One customer had to yell at him several times to get the order right. They bumped my sandwich to the 2nd customer before me and people who entered after me got their sandwiches done first. I wasnt the only one in there who noticed. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES PROPER SYSTEMS OF OPERATIONS!

MoreAsked for pickles and ended up with jalapenos, asked for 2 drinks and was told because the line is long it wouldnt happen. Meanwhile all they had to do was ring 2 fountain drinks up. Never had a bad experience before. Will def go again because subway is delicious but was certainly bummed
MoreHavent been to Subway in years, (I prefer Chipotlebut this one was clean and the menu has several options and new cookie choices haha! Just not a fan of all the processed meat and portioned cardboard containers.
MoreI have visited this location many times. Today the employee making my subs was very nice. The manager was not. He came out and started berating her for giving me a foot long on two different halves of bread. If this is a Subway policy it is a very bad one. And to berate her in front of customers is poor management.
MoreMy sister stopped on Friday Sept 13th. She had tongue surgery in June for cancer and lost her tongue. She can talk and sometimes she is hard to understand but if you listen you can usually get it. When she went in to order they couldnt understand her. She even talked very slowly I just would like to know why your staff didnt offer her a piece of paper so she could write her order. She was very upset when she left and was even crying. I hope you dont treat any of your customers that have a disability like you treated her.

I go here quite a bit and when I go in on the weekends the quality and care are much much lower, today one young fellow was quite nice and helping me understand the menu better while preparing, he was then distracted and the other fellow came over and threw tomato cores on the sandwich and acted like he was on speed wrapping sandwich looking elsewhere the barbeque chicken was a tasteless gummy textured mess. I think this trip did it for me Ive become afraid that some food servers here seem to be dismissive and careless.

MoreSo, Subway comes out with this new "ultimate cheesy garlic bread". It allows you to order your favorite "sub" and have all of the fixings (along with cheese of your choice)...but for an additional charge (roughly $1.59you get their Italian bread with garlic spread and shredded cheese TOASTED on the bun BEFORE your meat/veggies of choice go on the bread.WELL. APPARENTLY at THIS location they either have NO CLUE what they are doing (the idiots making sandwiches dont know how to make sandwiches in generalor are just out to RIP off customers as much as possible.They smashed and TORE my wifes bread open. They then use AS LITTLE MEAT AS POSSIBLE and made four SEPARATE areas of folded meat.When it came to my meatball (regular price $5.95 - WITH CHOICE OF CHEESE INCLUDED FOR FREE), I wanted the ultimate cheesy garlic bread ($7.59 - additional charge FOR THE GARLIC SPREAD AND MELTED CHEESES ON THE BREAD).The employee just made a few large blobs of the garlic spread - did NOT spread it out across the entire bread. He then (without melting the spread and cheeseput the meatballs and (about A GALLONsauce. The rude female employee then asked if I wanted it toasted. I said it should have been toasted BEFORE the meatballs were put on. (If I decided not to toast it, I would have been eating cold cheese and blobs of cold garlic spread!!She said it can be done either way, this is the way we do it. (There is NO WAY that garlic spread and cheese would have melted properly with the luke-warm meatballs and sauce piled on top)So, she toasts the sandwich. Then she wraps it up. My wife asked why I didnt get cheese in my sandwich, and the female said "there is cheese on there!". My wife said "no, we wanted provolone cheese". We were told that we could not have provolone cheese since we got the cheesy garlic bread. I asked why I couldnt get cheese, and she said that I would be charged for extra cheese if I insisted on the provolone!!! Now by this point, all of the sauce PILED on my sandwich was oozing out everywhere and seeping out through the wrapper (she went ahead and wrapped it up, REFUSING to put any more cheese on the sandwich!!They continued to argue with us and tell us that we HAVE to pay extra if we want provolone. We tried explaining that the sandwich is ALREADY charged $1.59 more for the special bread. They insisted that because if the bread, I AM NOT ALLOWED to have any cheese other than the cheese used to make it "ultimate cheesy".She then called either the manager (or ownerand said that we ordered the sandwich, and when we saw the price, we wanted our money back. I said "no, I just wanted the provolone (that the meatball is ALWAYS available to be added FOR FREEon my sandwich". She then told the person on the phone that I want "extra cheese" but am refusing to pay the charge for extra cheese. I said I dont want EXTRA CHEESE....I want the NORMALLY INCLUDED cheese that the employee REFUSES to put on my sandwich.The person on the phone then said just give them the money. I said I didnt want the money. I just want to eat my sandwich the way I want (this IS subway....I CAN make my sandwich the way I like it, correct?!?)THIS IS WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE MY SANDWICH. She gave me my money and said - with a smug and ignorant tone - have a good night.As we walked out of the store WITHOUT MY FOOD, the gentleman that made.my sandwich began arguing with me that he knows how to make a sandwich. He made it right.We have had issues here before, and have witnessed issues leading to police being called.DEFINITELY the last time anyone I know will EVER visit this HORRIBLE location.

I visited on 2/18/18 around 1:30. The restaurant was very busy with patrons, but the younger female working at the time stayed completely composed as more customers came in. I did not get her name, but she deserves a promotion/raise. Thr younger gentleman, who I believe had got back from a lunch break, also handled the large amount of people in a professional manner.

MoreStaff is always so friendly and the food is about what you would expect from Subway. Be ready to get frustrated when you leave if you plan to go south on 65 at busy times of the day because youll be waiting a while for an opening in traffic.
MoreDont let the run down exterior and sad outdoor seating chase you away. The staff here are friendly and do their best to make sure your order is how you want it. Being a Subway, you expect fresh ingredients and thats what Ive gotten the vast majority of the time. The cookies today were most likely yesterdays. Still edible, but the store signage would lead you to believe they would be fresher.
