Subway in Sussex County

As one of the last reviewers said here, they didn’t accept my coupon either. This time they claimed the system rejected the coupon. The coupon said it was good into August and I have frequented this store several times in the past year and the coupons have always been accepted there. My guess is that they no longer accept the coupons, and instead of just saying that, they make up an excuse.I also have noticed the spinach wilting.I certainly won’t go back. JUST BE HONEST IF YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR POLICY! By not being honest, you will lose customers.

My subs look ok, but didnt tell me until I was paying their system was down and couldnt take coupons. Looking at other reviews I wonder if this was even true. I would have ordered less if I knew that when I ordered.Also, the Spinach was wilted and I saw some brown in the Lettuce.

Website says open till 8. Got there at 7:30. Sign says open. Store lit up. No one will answer door or phone. Of this is how they care about business they can keep their food till it rots. No note on door with an excuse for bad business either. Lost my business. Ill travel farther before I stop there again

I got a Italian BMT , ate in .was very good.

The staff are so nice. The bread was fresh. The sandwich was great.

Cant use the rewards from app. Cant use coupons. They open when they feel like it and close when they feel like it. I have wasted my time one to many times and am reporting to the BBB!

Loved subs

My last visit about an hour ago, I was ordering 3 subs. After watching the confused young lady stumble and struggle to make my wife and sons sandwiches. The line was growing, I couldnt take trying to have my lunch made and just paid for the first two. Once at home I find out my wifes black forest ham was not made with the right meat. The subway slider I got for my 4 year old son got fed to our dog. Son refused to eat it after he smelled it.

Love the sandwiches.....so tasty.... the employees could put a smile on their face and be more attentive to the customer....

Got subway from the bridgeville de location . absolutely disgusting bread was falling apart , meat tasted funny.Thats the last time i waste my moneyAt that location .

I tried 3 nites in arow trieding to go in and get a sub only one person in there doing everything and hes taking his time to make a sub need help BAD, THIS IS NOT GOOD SERVICE.

The management is the worst slave driving people I ever worked for especially the old lady they have managing the back dont ever work there she screams at you and threatened you and throw things at You
