Subway in Allegheny County

I bought a meatball hoagie toasted on an online order and it was completely burned. Husband couldnt even eat it. I left my number to have a manager call me back and it has been over a week and nobody has reached out to me. I dont know how u can make the hoagie and not see how burned it was. I had to go back and replace it and have my hoagie at home getting cold. They need to pay attention. 😤

I pulled in at 745pm on a Sunday evening. The "open" sign was on, but the door was locked. I came home sub-less and checked to see what time they closed. Website said 8pm on Sundays. Guess he wanted to get out early. Thx.

Ordered delivery through Uber Eats. My order of a footlong Baja Steak and BMT pro arrived in no time. BUT…. What kind of idiots do they have working there? How did this leave the store in THIS condition????? Really was it on purpose? Also they screwed up my BMT by NOT following the toppings directions. NEVER AGAIN. Unreal.

Bought 2 subs. Noticed when they were nearly finished being made that the counter clerk wasnt wearing a covid mask. I let her know I was cancelling my order, because she was breathing covid all over my food, then I left. DO NOT EAT THERE, unless you want to catch Covid and die.

Overall, this location isnt that bad. The food is always good. The biggest problem with this location is the service speed. The staff has three speeds: Slow, Slower, Stop. If you are in a hurry, go somewhere else.

Friendly employee, fresh bread

This subway is ok… all though the place has gone downhill. The store front is quite outdated and small. Every visit is a new experience mostly due to revolving door environment. For the most part I still able to get what I want at a fairly reasonable speed. With that being said you would be better off to visit during slow time.

Bread is always stale. I asked the manager (some Karen looking chick with brown hair). She said thats just how the bread is.Why is the bread not like that at literally any other Subway in the country?

Overall a good location, but its either short staffed or the employees that are already there arent too experienced. It usually took about 4-7 minutes just to make one sandwich.

Someone "took" our order off the shelf, but the employee was quick with an apology and a replacement order. Cant ask for more than that.

Every time I order online it’s never ready wasting half my break at work. I just ordered today I didn’t want cheese and there was cheese on it. The sandwich was falling apart could barely even hold it. There’s always only one employee and it takes forever. The employees are always nice though.

Very unprofessional employees! I ordered a buffalo chicken sub which was supposed to be the “special” for the day at $6.99. When I looked at my receipt I noticed that she charged me $8.99 for a chicken strips sub. I asked her for a refund since the GIANT sign on the front of the building said that the buffalo chicken sub was on special for $6.99 and she told me, and I quote, “I don’t have a button on my register for a buffalo chicken so that’s why I charged you for a chicken strip sub”! Then proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t refund me because her manager wasn’t there. Then I asked for the manager’s name to contact him/her and she said she can’t give me that information. What a joke! First of all, it’s a complete lie that there is no button for a buffalo chicken sub. 2nd of all, even if there wasn’t a button for a buffalo chicken sub, then you pick a sub that is the same price! Then to not be able to refund me? Horrible customer service. Won’t be back...

Bread was stale.. ordered the BMT on Italian herbs and cheese.

Horrible service could not eat the food and the girl messed the whole order up contacted corporate over the experience and still waiting to hear back never go to this one very unfriendly staff

First off giving one star is generous. Ordered for via Doordash 2 sandwiches both wrong. One had provolone not the hot pepper that was requested due to allergy and turkey on cold cut no other meats. Had another one delivered after calling doordash and the store and explaing my severe allergy and that the sandwich only had turkey on it the guy was very rude and hung up on me when I was just explaining I had ordered a replacement and to please not put provolone on it due to allergy. I received 2nd sandwich well guess what it was messed up too! No meat at all on a cold cut and PROVOLONE! If I wouldve eaten it things wouldve been bad. Id be in hospital.

Just picked up three subs and they are terrible. Too much dressing and mayonnaise. The subs literally fell apart from soggy bread

The gentleman that did our subways was EXCELLENT! He worked on three different people at the same time. As people walked in, he would grab another bun and start their order and waste no time! He was on the ball and hustling!!! He was definitely an outstanding employee!!! He deserves tips from everyone!!!

The guy working there had the grossest nails and was not using any gloves to handle food. 🤮🤮 I litterally cancelled my order it was so gross long. Dirt under finger nails handling food. I took pictures I’m not sure how to post them tho.
