DONT FALL FOR THE TIP SCAMThe store has it set up to when you swipe your card it asks you if you want to leave a tip and it gives you 15% 18% or 20% options. Before I decided to leave a tip I asked the workers if they actually get the tips from the people who use their card and tip thru the card. They looked at me confused and said they dont think so. I said if you got the tips management would be clear and tell you when you get hired this is the hourly pay this is how cash tips work this is how debit card tips work. I dont know answer means management was obviously not making them aware that they get those tips from the cards. So that would be a no. So u guess subway pockets it while they hire these young kids trying to make their money and then take the tip that was meant for the sandwich makers and pocket it right to the store. THATS A SCAM CUSTOMERS TIP BASED ON WHO MADE RGE SANDWICH FOR THEM. THOSE DEBIT CARD TIPS ARE NOT FOR THE OWNER OF THE STORE OR THE CORPERATE.

Brenda is a rude lady. Can’t believe people work in customer service and are rude to customers. I will not be returning. I thought fat women were the best at making food. I guess she’s only good for eating it.

For one Grubhub was awful. For two whoever made my sandwiches missed parts of them. And finally the grubhub lady didnt even get my drink she just gave me my empty cup in my bag. I will never be using grubhub at this subway again or even going here.

We ordered an guacamole wrap, they kept making the sandwich without guacamole and I asked why there was none, he said they were out and after charged us for avocado. We asked his name and we got completely ignored by all workers. We asked their name and for manager and got no reply.

Everything is fresh and delicious. Never received an incorrect order or one I wasnt pleased with. But I dont care for the wraps. Cookies ate amazingly good.

Popped in to grab some dinner and Marie, the young lady who helped me was so nice and patient (I couldnt make up my mind). She didnt rush me or make me feel like I was wasting her time. Yes I know this is only subway and not some fancy restaurant but customer service is very important to me and because she did a great job I will definitely come back. Also it was really CLEAN and neatly organized and the veggies and other toppings were really fresh.
