Great food, great service. Employees are very polite and friendly. Take my Dad there every week and the employees know him by name and always greet him when we go in.

I didnt even use this place for my mail but because you need me to give post to it Im pretty sure its a good place to eat and I work there before long ago. Pretty sure it was youngsters who are running it right now and they probably do a fine job producing sustenance for their customers. Thanks for asking about Subway sandwiches.

The young man who helped me today was amazing! He was understanding and good with conversation. I have been going through a rough time and just the little kind gestures helped me in a way you could not imagine. Food is delicious as well and he made it perfectly paying attention to detail and clarifying things before doing them. I just thought I’d make this review to give him the recognition he deserves! I didn’t get his name but he has glasses and long brown hair. Grateful I came here today!

This Subway I love the staff everytime I visit I always prolong on if I want a sandwich or not and they are always very polite and super friendly keep up the good work and the good food 👌

Not every Subway Ive been to has the same level of quality, but this one is GREAT! The ingredients are always fresh and they are generous with toppingsThe bread and cookies have always been freshly baked each time Ive ordered as well☺

Fast service, reliable and extremely friendly staff.

Seems every time we go there our order is wrong. One time I went through the drive through and got a different sandwich than I ordered. Another time my husband went inside, ordered an Italian BMT and got a BLT instead. And today he went in with my sandwich order in a text, showed the text to the worker so they could read it and make the sandwich accordingly. I wanted lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, mayo and mustard. Instead I got bell peppers, avocado, and no dressings. The only toppings that were correct were onions and black olives. Cant the workers read? We only have the problems with this location.

There are signs clearly posted about wearing a facemask. Walked in to find their manager (the tall blonde ladyand several customers without face coverings. The manager rang me out and bagged my sandwich with no gloves on and she did not wash her hands. She came directly out of the office to the cash register, right past the sanitizer and the sink. They dont care about you or your familys safety. Especially while handling food.

First time at that subway, she was all alone and did everything perfectly, great sandwich and service

Literally just ordered 2 steak and cheese 12" and theyre was almost no meat at all! Like they used a 6" portion and made 2 12" subs, will not go back! Try and show a little pride huh?

I had ordered food for my family and when we got home I found a long hair that have been baked into my food I took it back in and they handle the situation great but I still believe that they should have hair nets or hats on

Dobry and Lexi did a great job. It was super busy and they were nice and fast. I will come back because of the way I was treated.

Ok food, a little expensive. This location has started asking for tips too.

My husband and I stopped in at 0810. The workers were leaning against the counter and when asked if they were open one guy said “nope” and continued leaning against the counter. This location opens at 8.

Great food and options. I like the idea that the same sandwich can be made many different ways with various bread options, meats, vegetables and sauces.

They were really nice and helpful. BUT lost two stars from me because the guy wrapping the sandwiches actually smashes them with his hand before he was it in paper! A LOT. :( My sandwich was very flat and smashed. My tomatoes werent even in tact anymore. If there is a guy wrapping your hands with watch him! I wish I would have made then redo my sandwich. He needs to be trained, he has no clue!! If it wasnt for this guy is give 5 stars.

This Subway is the best! Everyone who works here is very helpful and friendly, the food is Always fresh! The sandwich makers go out of their way to make sure that each sandwich looks Great before wrapping them up, they never even get upset when I asked them to label each sandwich with names... Fantastic service! Thank you for feeding my family at least 4 times a month!!

Subway has definitely been stepping up there game lately and I lean towards there wraps very good flavor combinations prices are still slightly on the high side but pretty good overall.

Helpful, nice and efficient. Even tho some workers are teenagers they still respect the customer and dont waste time. Good priced food for a delicous sandwich and many other things they have to offer.

Great service!! I went in and made an unusual order to help me with a presentation I was doing for work and although it seemed silly they were more than happy to help me out! I don’t think they truly understood how much I appreciated their help :)

I was very pleased with my service today I received from Katie. She was cheery and helpful and was very generous with the toppings. There are limited restaurants I can go that are close by my work and Im glad I can count on this location to give me good service so I will be returning.

I pass by two other Subway shops just to come to this Roy location! People are friendly and take pride in their job! Hard to find great customer service today! Highly recommended location!

6-16-18Great subway. Depends on what workers are working. Some of them are super slow. Some of them are fantastic and super speedy and know what they’re doing. But good food and good service is the normal. I would recommend you come here for food.

Great place, these people load on the toppings. Friendly. Great place to go get lunch.

Come here often. Never very busy and you are in and out.
