Subway in Effingham County

Probably the best subway Ive been to, and weve been traveling a long time! Excellent customer service, clean store.

I love this Subway.

The lady that took my order was rude. She burnt my sandwich and still gave it to me and didnt see it until I got home. I went through the drive through. She didnt get my sons sandwich right at all and I almost want to say she did that on purpose. Im beyond disappointed in subway. This subway will not have my business anymore! Thats completely ridiculous 🤬🤬😤

every time i go to this subway, something on my order is wrong. this last time i ordered a steak and cheese and a cold cut, and NEITHER had cheese after the workers asked us what cheese we wanted.. it’s LITERALLY in the name of the sandwich type too. upsetting because it used to be a subway i never had issues with.

Clean, courteous, food was fresh and delicious.

Tuna on wheat with black olives pickles, banana peppers, green peppers a lil light mayo toasted with provolone cheese YUM!! Best sub ever!!!! ( if u like tuna subs that is)

This was a good Subway. They were clean and fast. I had a meatball sub as always. It was good.

Very fast, was busy when I went in and good my food rather quickly. However the ingredients and bread did not seem to be as fresh as other subways I have been to.

My family was on a road trip and pulled into Subway in Effingham…Subway is always a good substitute for fried foods and burgers! Employees were super friendly and had nice attention to detail. They didn’t seem to be shoving me through the line in order to get to the next customer. Even went as far as removing the stems from the banana peppers when placing them on my sandwich. Overall great road trip experience when it could be stressful feeding the family on the road…they also have a drive through. Thanks!!

The employees were very unfriendly and when we walked in around 6:30p.m. they were pulling the tea and putting chairs on the table...prepping for closing time, the hours state they close at 9 p.m. Food was normal Subway food but the employees were not impressive.

Right off the highway, right when I was getting hungry. Easy off and back on.

Been going here since I was a teenager across the street at the middle school and I still love the food.

Saturday morning is the time we go. Good food and good prices.

Theyre not skimpy on cheese or toppings. It was very busy at lunchtime, but worth the wait.

Best Subway in town, and we have like 3 or 4. The "tuna" is my favorite, with olives and spinach and vinegar. Ive heard people say the tuna isnt tuna, or even fish. Thats seems ridiculous, you can see the flakes of fish so its definitely fish. Could technically be a fish other than tuna. The chunk light tuna you buy in the stores is technically not tuna, but a related fish, so thats probably what the whole thing is about. Good enough for me. Oh, make sure you get it toasted, it good.

The drive thru takes WAY too long. 20 min for a cold sub and drink is a bit too long, especially when your lunch is only 30min. Only 1 person was in front of me.

Wow when you need a good sub this is the subway I go to. and Im not talking about just a good sub in general Im talking about a delicious Subway sub made from the best Subway building in the tri-state. Great job you guys youre super clean and very fast

The Subway App goofed up and they were unwilling to compromise on the sandwich I ordered on there. Staff was slow to acknowledge customers walking in. I will take my business elsewhere

I love their wraps, sandwiches, and salads! They also have really good customer service!

i went there just a little bit ago, i ordered everything was okay. we got to the window and the girl was very rude and forgot my chips on my order. she rushed and told us to have a good day not even giving us a chance to respond. usually i have a good experience with this place but tonight was not good.

That last 2 times we have been in there our orders are never right even though they read it back the right way

This is possibly the best Subway location east of the Mississippi. Friendly staff, full-sized sandwich buns and generous contents. Quick service no matter how busy they are. We stop here every trip we make from Tennessee to Illinois, and others who make that trip a have said the I-57 Exit 159 Subway is popular with them, too. Writing this while eating a sub from my hometown Subway - it just does NOT compare!

Bad customer sevice, was very rude and pushy. I watched the chick making my sandwich put the least amount of ingredients on this sandwich that she could. 4 black olives and like 4 slivers of onion! The steak was literally rubber. Then i was trying to pay and the lady at the reguster literally walked away without telling me the total. She didnt return until my card had already been accepted.

I really like the food and the employees are always nice the only thing I can think of is sometimes they are understaffed

WOW! This restaurant was really busy with drive up and inside. Thought we would be delayed on our trip but got sandwich ordered and made right away. Staff was top notch and friendly.

Fast and clean with a drive thru! The building is on the older side, but you can tell the owners really care and keep it maintained. When eating in, as soon as a table finished eating the sandwich artists clean it right up.

My kids and I all ended up with food poisoning. I tried to call the store. No one answered. My family has been up all night sick after eating there for dinner last night.I hope someone from the store sees this message. They need to know that the deli turkey is no good and needs to be thrown away immediately. My kids and I each had a turkey sandwich.
