The best Subway around. Idk why, but this one is always better than the others. Consistent good quality and efficient service.

Google says they close at 9:30 I got there at 9:06 and they said they are close, they should also change the schedule hours on the door it that’s the case and on google as well please

At 2:45 on Saturday we walked in didnt get any greeting even tho she was right behind the counter. First word outta her mouth were. What can I get ya? Not even hello. I work customer service and choose to do my job right. If you dont like your job change it.Plus the tables were a mess the ice machine was out and no napkins. The location was not busy at all either.Food was fine tho.

Ordered online. App says it will be ready at 810 pm. Get here just to find that its closed. Update your hours or die wherever did this as its not the first time

I ordered on the app. I ordered a Footlong BLT with mayo, light lettuce and extra bacon. And a MexiCali footlong with banana peppers and light lettuce. After driving 15 minutes back home. I find out that I received a sandwich with bacon, tomato, banana peppers, onions and chipotle sauce. And a MexiCali with zero lettuce and zero avocado. I called the store back to be told by the employee who answered that the only way I could get a refund would be to call the next morning and speak with a manager as both employees currently working were on their first day. What manager leaves two first day employees in a store alone with minimal training?! This is embarrassing. I have ordered on the app many times and at many different locations and have never been so disappointed. Guess I’ll have to wait and see what happens. Hopefully the manager is there tomorrow. Worst Subway experience ever.

7-30-2022 at 7:40 pm. I walk into Subway and I see two employees sitting at the table. One of the employees had headphones on screaming profanity really loud, Im guessing he was playing video games. They both look at me and then he continues with his phone yelling. I understand being on break or whatever but seriously you are there to work not to hang out. This is what happens when you only hire kids. Will not be coming back. If this is the way youre going to represent your locally owned business its definitely not a good look.

I asked to add bacon to my sandwich, and the two girls (who were very niceDID NOT HEAT the bacon.Maybe they were new. But that is basic food safety stuff. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.

Avoid this location like the plague. Placed an online order at about 730 and set my pick up time for 840. Paid online and everything. So imagine my surprise when I went to pick up my order and they were closed. Reached out to the website customer service thing the owner reaches out the next day. Says he would void the order to get my money back. After a day or 2 no reversal on my CC. Reached out again the owner says he was unable to void it and would send a check the next morning. 2 days later received a nice un crisp 20 dollar bill and a note apologizing.So everything is good now you ask, umm no since my order total was 35 dollars.So I dont get the fact that if they had to close early void the sale then and there to avoid all this. And to only pay a little more than half back to me and ignoring me when I email him back to let him know he owes me more money. Im not asking for anything extra just my money back.

Subway has been a good source for fresh made subs and protein bowls you can also call them meat loaded salads, my favorite.

Its a great place to get a really good sandwich. And get service

they always put way too much mayo and mustard. it makes me want to gag. everytime i’ve gotten a sandwich from here there’s either been something missing or the ingredients just tastes awful. i would go to the one up the road it’s a lot better

Guy was extremely rude at this location.And heavy handed with the mustard and mayonnaise, I shouldnt have paid for the sandwiche. If you want subway your best off taking your business to another location...

Only one person working the restaurant was very nasty she did not have time to clean the tables or anything

If I could give this location a 0 star I would. This is the second time in the last few months I have been to this location. Service is horrible. The boy they had working there had no idea what he was doing took around 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches..This is the second time. The girl had an attitude the whole time. Threw down the cheese on the sandwiche didnt ask if I would like it toasted then the next one she did. Very rude not friendly at all.. seemed like we were intruding on her time. This location has gone down hill quickly...

Very friendly help in here and good sandwich makers very kind people good customer service. Enjoy always have a nice lunch here or dinner sandwich.

If you want a sandwich with really nothing on it come to this subway on Riverdale road by floor and decor. I got 2 sandwiches each only got 4 pieces of meat for a foot long and they put little as possible of vegetables on it. Not cool for the price.

I just sat at the drive through for 35 minutes and they knew we were there because they told us they need one sec when we first pulled up and didnt say anything else to us i advise you to go some where else if you want to eat because they wont serve you unless you go inside

Very poor customer service! Employee Calub and the other person with blue hair. Who even knows if that person even worked there. No name tag! Food was not cooked. Employees were even rude to an elderly man. Telling him if its not on the board they cant help you. Not something to tell a customer. Seems like the employees dont want a job. They have no respect. Its extremely sad employees treated customers like this. 😡

Caleb was very disrespectful when we order food. When we arrived he was sitting at a table and got up dramatically, and was winey about making food. The person behind us was an elderly man asking about the 17.99 deal you guys had on tv and he was very rude and told him that if it not up there I can’t help you. In a very disrespectful voice. Cause we walked in while he was sitting down. This was around 6pm

My recent visit was ok. The workers there were slow and hardly put veggies on my sandwiches. They hardly put any sauce on either.

Food has been good each the have eaten from there.

Its hit or miss anywhere anymore, at least at subway, its still your way no matter what you get! This location has the nicest employees, though! Subway teenagers are excellent! They are so much appreciated.

Here right now and the sign says temporary hours 9am to 9pm. Well theres nobody here and its 9:30. The doors are locked and three other people tried to go in. Not the way to run a business.

I have been there numerous times. These last two times I have paid for and yet to get the deluxe meet that I have asked for on there online order. 2 times. Not happy.

We went to get Subway for our boating trip, Samantha was working in the store by herself because her coworkers didnt show up for their shift. She was made us 9 footlongs im the midst or baking bread and kept apologizing for how long it was taking. Samantha is the reason well continue to visit this Subway from now on, even if its a little bit of a drive. She was amazing 👏

Foods always great. they have customers inside eating with the employees and when we pulled up they did a nose goes right in front of us. Than after taking our order told us we had to wait outside for them to bring us out food. They were acting like they had no idea what they were doing. As soon as we got into our car they wrapped our sandwiches and one brought it to us and they all sat back down and hopped on their phones totally unprofessional. My wife and I got to this specific store at least 2-3 times a week and I cannot believe the service we received.

It was not good it was cold they had the air on but way to much salt on my food this is after I told him there was to much salt the tables were not clean I would not go back

So I ordered some food last night hoping to get what I ordered, I ordered 3 sandwiches but when I inspected the sandwich’s the were all horrible they literally did the exact opposites on every sandwich, they couldn’t even give me the right cookies I ordered. It’s frustrating when I pay for food and expect to get what I pay for and get the opposite. Every time I have ordered from this subway there is something that has gone wrong, I had a bad experience that I left a review because this store decided to close 3 hours early on Halloween and not say anything or post it nothing, and I ordered and paid for food I didn’t get, because they were closed! And every order I place is wrong or screwed up, I placed an order a week ago and guess what went wrong? They were out of freaking steak! So they made me go to another subway luckily it wasn’t to far but really? Than last night I ordered and for what ever reason it’s hard to follow the ordered receipt I guess it doesn’t show what I order right?, but I’m so done with subway every experience I have had this past month has been bad, thought I’d give it another shot that’s the last time i will though, also the manager has reached out to me to give me a gift card or something to make up for that bad experience, but just like every thing else that has happened, i still haven’t seen it in the mail.

My favorite place to get a sandwich. I love the fact I can get all the veggies on my sandwich and if I get a foot long sub, it covers my next next three meals.

Sadly Im learning that the youth of today do not know how to make change. The service was good, but giving them cash as well as exact change was a mistake

It was an excellent place to go, smells like sandwiches and love. An employee with the name Cooper helped me out and was very polite. GET THIS MAN A RAISE!!!!!

I stood in line with my 6 year old girl for 25 minutes when i finally got my sandwich i paid and went to go get my drink when getting my drink the top of the ice maker fell right on my face they came over and grabed it and continued what they where doing unapologetic at all ! I am mad it

Ridiculous experience. No one knew what they were doing. Asked for their new steak and provolone sandwich on herb and cheese bread, 12 in toasted. She starts a 6 inch with hardly any meat on it. I correct the mistake. The guy didnt know what bread I was talking about. Then asks me the toppings I wanted even though I told him which sandwich I wanted. So I go through and list everything and by the time I got to garlic aioli he made me repeat it 3 times. Didnt know what it was so he went and asked another girl. She didnt know so she called someone. They finally locate the sauce after my standing there for 15 minutes. By the time I got my sandwich it was cold. And also they had 4 bags of chips left, and no cookies. Id leave 0 stars if I could

Thinner meat not a big fan not sure what changed but it used to be a good deal.

Last month I received a very good sandwich and good service, a few days ago I received the worst sandwich Ive ever had. The reason for that was the new help that they hire. She tought that to skimp on the ingredients was her job, I asked for extra chese and she even skimped on that and the meat , even when I told her I would pay extra.

Tonight I was very well pleased to be treated so kindly by the server Anthony (Tonyhe was short staffed and hustled to get orders out quickly by himself. He was the only employee there but he was so kind and made our orders exactly how we wanted them No mistakes and what made this all so impressive to me? It is the night before Mothers day every business is so busy and he really did an excellent job. If I were this company I would definitely give him a raise or a bonus for covering his shift so well especially alone with such a positive attitude. We will be returning again thanks to him. Thank you Tony!!!!

Many Subways do not carry Seafood sensation sandwiches but this one did and I was very pleased on how they made it.

This location of subway on Riverdale Rd has always been a great experience to go to. The cold bar is fresh and the employees are good.

That are usually pretty good. But everyone the 2 kis that are there now, something goes wrong! 2/8/19 about 8:35ish - thats a red head kid there with longer hair and low ans behold theres a red hair in the sandwich!!

Customer service horrible. "Out" of meatball marinara, "out" of sweet onion chicken, "out" of receipt tape.... flat out of business with service this poor. Employee said they were put of everything because it was almost closing time. It was 8:00, they close at 10. Couple of employees just not doing their jobs... last time for this customer.

Friends older brother works there so whenever we go there we get a huge discount and its awesome cuz its also my favourite restaurant

They had what I wanted, but forgot to put the cookie I paid for in my bag. So very sad. Oh well.

This is by far the best subway I have been to.The staff is so nice. I was in earlier today and there was a problem with the ice machine and an older gal was very rude to the manager and another employee and both of them handled it really well, they actually went and got ice as soon as they had a chance. And despite how busy they were, my sandwich was still as tasty as I was hoping it would be ! All 3 of the employees working today were fantastic. I will definitely be coming back !

The staff was very unfriendly and very rude. While I was in the store I noticed at least 6 other health code violations. Needless to say I will never return to the riverdale location again. Very unprofessional.

I got a half an hour on my lunch, I go in there I start to order and she says hang on I just got someone through the drive-thru so she quits my order and takes that order. After eight and a half minutes she finally comes back to me, now I have 21 and a half minutes left. She starts to take my order again and then says hold on I got someone in the drive thru, and walks away again. Meanwhile some other employee comes out after sitting on his butt in the back room. He completely ignores me and goes back in the back while trying not to make eye contact with me. I tell her forget it Im done waiting, and I leave. Now I have 10 minutes on my lunch. They were rude and acted like it was my fault that I didnt have time to wait for them. It is supposed to be fast food right? All the Subways have gone so far downhill from what they used to be, that I rarely ever eat there anymore. I miss the days when they cared about their product. I think Im done with subways.

Prime meats, and those tomatoes, SUPREME! What a delectable array of condiments to choose. I love when I get home and my hair smells like the mouthwatering subway bread.What I would give for a meatball sub! I think I’ll go to subway now!!
