It was the lunch hour and they were slammed with walk in and online orders but they were well staffed and had me in and out in no time.

Used to be a good place to eat, my family of 7 people got food there Saturday night. Within a few hours we all started getting very sick. As a matter of fact we are still sick. My husband went the next day to complain, the girl asked if he could describe the girls working there. Seriously??? What the heck?? Dont they know who is working there and when?

Well everything was going great got greeted when I walked in , but my server when she started making my sandwich her clean gloves touched her ear and hair she put her hair behind her ear. Other than that she was nice but maybe this should work on not touching her their body parts when they have clean gloves and serving food 🥑.

Not impressed with the Cali fresh line up! Expensive and not really impressive!

I went today 3/18/21 during the lunch rush and the employees were amazing. I’ve been to other subways and felt rushed, and ignored. I was very impressed of how every single employee works efficiently and handled the busy hour. My food looked and tasted amazing. Good job!!

I order pick up , sandwiches were good but berly half if meat on them ,really disappointed

It says that they close at 9 PM like majority of the locations do. It was 8:52 & as I existed my vehicle parked directly in front of the entrance, the 2 employees are locking the door. I asked kindly if I could get 2 soups. I understand they want to go home but they said through the door that they had already put the soups away. I get if I wanted a Sub which takes longer + need to take everything out again just to make it. But how long would it have taken to get it out. If it was a few minutes after or even 9 on the dot thats understandable. But it wasnt. So now Im on the way to the other side of town which is 7 miles away to get the soup. If it was for me Id grab something else but its for my elder dad that its for. Very bad customer service in my opinion..

Ill give them a hight score y the prices were cheaper. $11.00 a combo meal!

There Online Order "Express Lane" is a joke! Would have been faster to just order in person. The lady made me wait while she cashed other customers out when she could have literally reached over and gave me my sandwich ASAP!. Kind of defeated the purposes of ordering ahead.

There was a long line but the subway team did a great job getting the sandwiches out in a timely manner. Food is always fresh and delicious.

It is now 10 :23 PM and your not open when the website says 11:00 POOR MANAGEMENT!!

The quality if the food is excellent and the establishment is clean. The cons of this place is that the staff is slow on making sandwiches and there is no bathrooms.

I have never been treated so bad in any food establishment, your employees at the Modesto crows landing location show no sense of formal training and customer service. i have been eating subway for over 20 years and have never received such poor service. i came in on 05/13/18 around 8:15 pm and tried to use a coupon on a footlong sandwich and the cashier told me she would have to charge me more than normal price due to her not knowing how to use the machine she then mocked me for trying to use the coupon on such a cheap meal and rudely suggested i spend more money to get my coupon to work. i should not have to spend more money just so your employees can use a machine properly. after the employee getting flustered unable to use my coupon she began skipping my order and helping the next customer, her lack of customer service and care was unbelievable. once i asked for managements number my food was removed from the counter and i was told to call corporate, i have never received such poor inexusable behavior i want a call from management and this issue to be dealt with. i have been a customer for over 20 years and still can not believe the low quality of service i received from this employee.

Every time we go there the staff are just awesome! We went to get their new wraps last night (delish btwand Daniel served us. Very sweet young man with a great personality and makes one mean wrap!

Awesome Subway store! The staff is very friendly and provide great customer service. The store is always clean and they deliver quality products. Out of all the Subway stores Ive been too, this one is my favorite.

There was a specific girl that served the sandwiches marvelously but she hasn’t been around for a few days and my sandwich as been empty and unsatisfactory ever since. It’s like the employees are afraid the touch the veggies. Gotta find a different shop now :(
