New management making a difference! Super clean all the time (including restrooms!, my subs are always tasting fresh and the staff is always so very nice while creating it !! This Subway definitely positively turned itself around! They have my vouch 200%!-Randy

When I walked in the staff was so friendly and kind and the ingredients were pristine and the service was great. Only 3 stars cause Ive been here a bunch of times previously and generally the staff is dismissive and seems annoyed youre there.

DO NOT GO HERE! The old guy behind the counter (who seemed to be the owner or managerreached over the credit card machine and clicked the 20% Tip button. This is fraud and he is being reported.Also many of the ingredients were out, and some of them were NASTY.

Run away! Worst Subway experience of my life!Got a chicken protein bowl. For the price being more than a sub, youd think theyd make up for no bread by being happy to give you a fair share of veggies. Most Subways do. This one was out of just about everything or just had scraps left. I guess refilling the prep work was too much to ask. Got about 10 leaves of spinach on it, 7 tiny tomato ends(out of middle pieces), got the dregs of the green peppers from the bottom of the container, waited an extra 2 minutes for him to find a handful of banana peppers in the back, had the last half squirt of the sauce I wanted, and found the fountain drink running only water.I know this sounds like a hidden camera show(I had that thoughtbut it is no exaggeration.Then, to top it off, "they had no change" so I was forced to use a card, only to have the elderly bald guy behind the counter intrude on the screen AND PRESS THE BUTTON FOR GIVING HIMSELF AN 18% TIP! When I called him out on it, he gives a half hearted "oh sorry" rather than giving me those 2 dollars back! If I owned this place, this guy would be fired. Hes giving Subway a very bad name.

Ordered 2 subs. After picking them up and taking them home I was quite mad at the sight of them. The bread was so burnt on both of them that you couldnt even eat them. We had to scoop out the middle and put them on regular pieces of bread to eat.

Placed a mobile order today and when I went to pick it up they locked their doors and wont answer their phones, yet they arent closed till 8pm. They basically stole my money.

My lord this place has gone down hill. Ask for hot food? They give it to you cold. Chicken breast? How about chopped up chicken pieces. It’s so frustrating and sad. After years of coming here I’ll never come back. I’ll go to the subway up at Walmart. At least they understand “HEAT THE CHICKEN”.

Good even though they wont make cheerios bread for my sub

I whent to prank call them and a guy awarred and i aksed if he wanted to play cod and he was super polite and sayed thanks for asking he deserves a raise

This is a cozy little place down in California and theyre always nice when you go in and they always have the bread nice and fresh.

Absolutely horrible service. Refused to put dressing on the side, hoagie was supposed to be hot, was ice cold, never heated. Out of eggs and other items and was supposed to refund items that were placed online through the app and charged the full price. Tried calling the shop and went to fax machine.

I normally love the food. I ordered online. Huge mistake. Ordered 2 subs. I got the wrong,sub with the wrong toppings and not toasted. The other sub was not toasted either but it was ok otherwise . Neither were wrapped properly, the ends were hanging out. The person working had a mask on but it was not covering his mouth or nose I would have walked out without the food but I paid online so dissatisfied I

Beautifully crafted, lightly toasted per my request. One of the best visits.

Was a little understaffed this morning but she handled it accordingly and our food was made right..the only down fall is not enough chairs all those bench seating tables leave no room for bigger folks to eat in

The girls needed more help today in a busy college town but they did great!!!!

Prices are constantly going up while the amount of meats & cheese on every sandwich is getting less and less, and the size of the bread is shrinking also, not only in length but width and height too.

Smashed the bread severely and was VERY slow I would not recommend! Pretty bad customer service and they didnt really listen when we asked her not to smash the bread...😒

The manager needs to keep those workers on a leash. The one young gents closed 10 minutes early like a little b*tch. I wanted my sub. Worst experience of my life.

This place is usually a hot mess around lunch and dinner hours. Ive been here on numerous occasions where there was only one person working with a line almost out the door - at noon. On the bright side - the staff is friendly (even with one person workingand Im pleased with how my sandwiches usually turn out. Just dont go here during lunch and dinner hours if youre in a hurry.

The meat is not neat. Free deluxe steak and cheese, strait up jippin the sub. A solid inch of no meat. Does that sound deluxe 2 u? Also the steak is sub optimal, not steak and cheese material. ok service but nothing to sneeze at. Also there is black stuff floating in their ice. what it is? who knows?
