Food was good and service was fine
Stood there 15 minutes.Couple returned with wrong order.Two people acting like human bots behind the counter...didnt even look up.One employee waiting for bathroom.One finally said shed be back in a minute to take my order.Waited.Saw her talking to cashier about her eye,ignoring me.Waited. Mind you, Im the only one in line.Never got waited on.This store has been lousy for years and has terrible reviews.Wonder how it stays open.
Jackie was very rude when I had a question about something on the menu that was not clear. She treated me like I was stupid and said “read the menu.” I do not appreciate her attitude. She has very poor customer service. She is very sarcastic and I have heard her speak sarcastic and demeaning to other employees as well.
Went through the drive-thru and waited for about 6 mins before hopping out an going inside. Come to found out the car in front had ordered a plethora of sandwiches so the two workers manning the store were clearly stressed out. Overheard the male worker express they were close to running out of bread and had already ran out of steak. Mind you it was 6:30pm. I waited inside another 10 mins until I could pay for my sandwiches that had been ordered in the drive-thru. They were out of the cookies I ordered and didnt have anymore in the back made up so that was another bummer. Went to use my subway app to pay and the gift card loaded for $25 was invalid so I had to pay cash. Not sure if that is a management problem such as not training the staff on how to work these online gift cards or what the issue was. In sum this was a clearly disappointing visit. Subway is definitely a dying breed compared to their other sandwich competitors.
Worker, I believe her name was Sena, very disrespectful, raising her voice at an obviously stressed and distraught younger worker, getting in her face, saying nasty things, even making her cry. Probably will not be returning until she is not employed there anymore.

How can you mess up an order when it comes thru the app....we ordered the subway melts and neither sandwich was warm or toasted. I didnt ask for sauce and the sandwich was drowning in it; a complete mess. I didnt know I wanted to wear it.
Previous few managers didnt seem to have high expectations for staff or quality. New management (I think her name is Jackieseems to have a great crew. Place is cleaner and more efficient than ever. No waiting 30 minutes for a crushed sandwich served by cranky people telling inappropriate jokes. Very impressed with the way this location is run.
Got our complex order right without lots of follow up questions. Good job.
Waited at the drive through speaker for 3 minutes and nobody took my order. I drove up to the window, and still nobody. Finally I walked inside to order. Three people working, but nobody could run the drive thru??? Then I get my food back, and the bun was hard as rock.

Four people “working” behind the counter with a line of 6. Only one person began making a sandwich after a solid 5+ minutes of waiting - then stopped halfway through to start talking with another one of the people not making anything. After waiting there for 10 minutes and seeing 1/2 of a sandwich completed - we left. I can appreciate staffing shortages right now. But the issue was not a lack of staff, rather lack of staff working.
Due to them preparing the drive thru orders before the dining room orders, we waited in line for 45 mins to finally order food. Never returning to this location.
Ordered two sandwiches asked for them to be toasted asked for extra bacon as you can see on the receipt an on top of it one of the employees asked me for drugs😡
I ordered a steak with cheese and bacon with sweet onion sauce microwavefor 30 sec........... They gave me the order ahead of mine. Wholly different order now they wont answer the phone. I waited 20 minutes. The workers were ok. I just want my sandwich. Im on a greyhound bus. And cant eat what I paid for. 16.00!!!!!
Ordered online to save time as we would be rolling through Goodland on the way back home. Got there and the lobby was closed in the middle of the day!! We called to have them run our order out and they wouldnt answer the phone. So, we were forced to wait in line in the drive through. 6 cars in front of us and took 30 mins. To say this was frustrating is an understatement. To add insult to injury, we drove off and noticed our order was all jacked up. We got someone elses sandwiches and none of our chips! Poorly managed location, obviously. It is no wonder the franchise as a whole is struggling.
Food is always good but the service can be slow when there are 3 employees just standing in the back and only one doing the work.
The service was extremely slow. There were 3 workers there and there is only one guy making sandwiches. From my observation the other 2 ladies weren’t doing anything. One of them was just stocking the fridge when there was a long line of customers. A customer in front of me left because flies were on her sandwiches because no one was putting the vegetables or sauces on them after they were toasted.
For a somewhat busy lunch shift, the guys working did a great job. My son said, "best subway sandwich". Top marks for this visit
Slowest service I’ve ever seen in my life! Currently watching five people stand around and take 15 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. Update: still waiting!
This subway is so slow. We waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. The dining room was closed. There were 3 employees working but only 1 making sandwiches at a very slow pace and the other 2 didn’t seem to be doing much at all. In fact, at one point one of them was cleaning the dining room which wasn’t even open. Doesn’t make any sense.
I had 2 people in line in front of me and waited for 25 minutes for one sandwich. The 2 people in front of me got one sandwich a piece. Everyone was working at a snail pace.
I usually love Subway, but not this one. It took them 30 minutes to make our subs, the subs were super bland and did not taste good. The service was terrible, they only had one person during the lunch rush. I would recommend NOT going to the subway.
Driving from Kansas back to Denver. Did the drive thru do-it-yourself order. Got on the interstate and our orders were nothing like we ordered. Recommend you go in store, that way you can watch them make your sandwich.
Places an online order to be ready at 6:50 it is now 7:30 and our order is still not ready. To bad I already paid online. They even called me about my order at 6:40.
Came in at the time there were suppose to open got kick out rudely because they werent ready. Came back another day and the door was closed an hour after they had opened, called and Ana picked up the girl that kick me out the first time and said she wasnt opening the lobby because she was the only one there but has no sign on the door whatsoever . Take a note we are truck drivers and cant used the drive thru
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have a deal for buy 2 foot longs get 1 free. We ordered 2 foot longs on the kiosk they have in the drive-thru but we were not prompted to order the third on the kiosk. I realized this, parked and asked for my third footling minutes after we paid for our order, however the manager said we didn’t qualify for the promo bc it needs to be rang up all together. I’m not sure why she wouldn’t have better customer service and void the previous order, re-ring the 2nd order with the free sub? But it is what it is. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Quick drive through and the gentleman taking our payment was friendly. Unfortunately the manager was not wearing a mask, everyone else was. We decided to eat here because of subway’s promise to follow covid 19 protocol. The manager did not seem to care.
First of all I asked for my sub to be toasted, didn’t get that. Didn’t look like there was double steak meat either. My hubby asked for no tomato, he got tomato. After last week and finding a hair in my sandwich, I was hesitant about ordering from you guys again, but thought I’d give another chance. Nope, I’m done.
This business is not very friendly at all, after ordering food told they couldnt accept our hundred, totally fine but waited until we returned to tell us they couldnt use our coupon and it would be $6 more for our food with a very bad attitude. Never will return
Food was made very sloppy. Got home and it was half opened with all sauce coming out the side and none in my actual sandwich.
The food is great. The staff is great as well. The lady named Tracy that waited on me was amazing. Ask for her when you go in.
These employees really need to learn how to get things going before they run out. Every time I go in they dont have all the bread choices they offer.you put the next batch of bread in the oven when u start coming close to not having anymore not when the last of that kind is gone 20min.s ago.
I love the drive threw... You have a touch screen menu thats easy to use and there is no confusion like at normal drive threws where the employee sounds like they are talking in a box lol it was faster to and you have the option to pay right there at the ordering station and my sandwich was amazing as well altho one side was cut difernt than the other and was very thick i know it just happens sometime
Nicest Subway Ive ever been to. Employees are friendly, and they provide me with the right amount toppings. Also the bathroom is very clean.
Every table in the restaurant was dirty and we had to ask them to wipe a.table off so we could sit at one to eat our meal.Our sandwiches were good.
Last night we eat at your store and had the best service from that crew then I have ever had at any fast food store in Goodland...I hope this message reaches those 3 workers from last nights shift. Thank them from Paul Weber and family.
Decided to eat at this Subway at about 9:00 PM. Employee attitude was terrible from the start. Sat down to eat and less than 5 min when we sat down the manager shut off the lights and completely ignored that we were inside still. If it was closing down soon nobody informed us of the closing. Definitely wont ever be back.
This is some where I would not usually frequent but my grandaughter loves it.The service is always been excellent and the staff efficent and attentive.I would recommend this for a fast food stop I think its a bit overpriced but as I said its where my granddaughter likes to go
Usually I have a great experience from this Subway. But this time we were treated VERY poorly and were called stupid by Robert. He needs to learn manners. He does not even deserve a job with his attitude.
If you enjoy food poisoning get the rotisserie chicken. Not only did several of my friends get food poisoning from the chicken, we watched the employee spill the juices from the chicken into the lettuce. I dont have a high standard for subway, but our experience was not acceptable.
Robert starting talking about how he couldnt deal with any more "stupidity" and talked about how he was mad he wasnt getting to see his child this weekend (we never asked about his personal life), then complained about how other workers called in. He was completely rude, & had absolutely no manners. Not impressed at all!
Ordered via the app, the order is wrong, and they will not answer the phone. This is not the first time this has happened. The Goodland store should be shut down.About a year ago we tried to buy subs but my wife got threatened for refusing to buy the sub after she watched an employee drop the bread on the floor.
I have ate lunch there many times,over the last 6 years.I have noticed the place needs a little cleaning.The food itself is the same as any other Subway.They do have a little dining area.Maybe you should add on.You have room their for it.The staff looks and appears clean.I think maybe they get so busy during lunch there is no time or help to get the floors clean.Many times the line is out side to get in.The place is crowded!Overall will continue to eat their!Best time to eat after local traffic 1:00pmMST.They have moved to a New Location, New Building and Better Staff! Yahoo!
Local, regular customer. I enjoy this place very much! The head ladies - Evie and Tammy, are really nice! The place could use some more cleaning, like after someone eats at a table just wipe it down, but otherwise its not too bad. Theyve built a stand alone Building for this Subway just recently and Im excited to go once it opens!Pro: Quick(unless youre going there for lunch.. 10-20 people at a time is insane), good food, the people in charge are nice.Con: Ive only had one problem really, one of the workers tried to nearly double charge me for a sandwich and sides and claimed "The prices went up" but after looking at the receipt I caught it. She began cussing under her breath as she adjusted it.All in all, this is a decent place. I cant wait for the Stand Alone! And again, Make sure you check your receipts if something seems off!-R
This Subway was very dirty and cheeses has meat crumbs on it, they never keep their food section clean. I asked for the owners number , but the Manger refused to give me the phone number. I wanted to talk to the owner about the quality of food they are serving. Food inspector should come and visit this subway. Employee of this subway are raciest. The employee had a bad attitude.
