Very Nice People With Great Service & Always Great Fresh Food! // Tried the OutLaw Sub and absolutely loved it!

Michelle was super impatient and rude. There seemed to be a young lady training and Michelle just kept snapping at her. I was talking to her about my order and Michelle raised her voice over me as if I didnt know what I ordered. Just not a good experience. If you hate your job so much go work somewhere else.

Honestly the best subway experience Ive had and Ive been sampling since 2007 at least. Great crew, great view and good food

The restaurant itself is clean and updated, however I was there today and the guy who felt like the manager was a complete tool to the young girl working and to myself. Also, when is wearing a cigarette behind your ear while making peoples food okay?

This is a beautiful building inside overlooking the Yough River. The sub was better made than other Subways.

Bacon egg and cheese absolutely sucked, and No topping choices. Ugh

Good food, never had a problem, line can get a little out of hand but they manage well.

Great subs, as always. Kudos to the man, sorry I didnt get his name, working by himself. Great service in trying conditions. Better service than back in North Carolina. If you want a sub, I recommend this business.

The last 5 months of going here wasn’t so great. I’ve had ants in my fountain drink three times in a row. I’m not one to complain so I just take it for what it is and hoping they fix it. After the third time, I haven’t went back. I just went back again today as a last resort. 12/21/21 and I had Michelle complete my order. She was such a superstar. She actually talked to me and was very professional and nice. They haven’t had a good employee like that for months. I’m only giving a 3 star because she changed my thought around. Hopefully, they start cleaning more aside from my experiences.

It makes me so sad to see one employee in the entire building working so hard to make food for a line out the door. I wish I could leave two separate reviews for this place. 5 stars for the employee (I think his name is Danny?struggling to keep up but still doing a fantastic job, and 0 stars for the people that run and manage this place. There should always, ALWAYS be a manager in the store at all times. And can i just say, this happened on a Saturday. Who in their right mind would leave one person to do the job of 3 on a weekend?? Absolutely abhorrent. Your employees deserve better, subway!! Do better!

Great subway right next to a river with lots of parking in the back. Service is great, restrooms are clean, veggies are fresh, and location is large

We enjoy going here I always use my coupons they even use expired ones there they uselly all the same every wk that in the Sunday paper and I like u can order online and go pick it up however they never seem to keep people there. And u can tell the good workers because they keep the place clean. Theres times it dont look like the floors been swept or moped for days stuff laying around when not busy like some workers are lazy but hay u get that everywhere but the good workers always leave cause the dont want to put up with the BS from the lazy ones

Stopped in today (9/12/2020around 9:00pm. I didnt catch his name, but the associate that helped me was incredible in his service, make him a manager! I am glad to see a great franchise in town.

We ordered six sandwiches on the app and they messed every sandwich up. On my bacon egg and cheese sandwich they put eggs on bread

Orders 3 subs EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS WRONG. I called and the girl HUNG UP ON ME TWICE. Literally the worst service ever.

I mean it’s a subway and the food is decent, but every time I come here there is a long line and only ever one employee working the counter.Edit: Gave 5 stars. Ever since Paul started working there boom way better.

Wish theyd get gluten free buns like other Subways

My daughter in law ordered 2 sandwich trays, for a funeral. The sandwiches were okay. The mustard packets, that were sent, were all dried up. Maybe they should check things before they put them in the orders. Or check dates. We had to go out and get mustard.

Paul Williams was an amazing worker and dealt with a lot of people very thoroughly and effectively, if you go here, you’re lucky to have Paul.

The West Newton Pa Subway is beautiful over looking the Yough River near the bridge in West Newton.

I give this Subway 5 stars. Not because of the food or even the store itself. There is a wonderful young woman that works there. I did not get her name, but she is a short blonde haired girl. She is the best employee that place has ever had and ive been going there for years. She is so incredibly sweet and well mannered. Unfortunately the management seems to not know how to do their job. Each time I am there she is the only person working the line. The store is very clean and there is a great view. Would recommend!

Place is nice and clean and has a awesome view of the river. But its still subway food nothing different than any other subway food wise

Kids and I like watching the river from the wall of windows in the seating area. Spacious, fast service, and great food.

The food is great along with the service but the fountain was not dispensing the drinks properly, tried to get rasberry tea but water came out, tried to get water and it came it blue. Also the pomegranate limeade, lemonade, unsweetened tea and the other specially drinks were all moldy

I have eaten at Subway many times in the past but today my niece and I ate there this afternoon and we had the nicest employee that waited on us. Her name was Nancy and she was a fantastic.

I bought 4 subs and the only complaint I have is that the wheat bread was not that fresh. Would highly recommend this sandwich shop.

This is the newest SUBWAY in the area around West Newton, PA. The building has great views of the river and bridge in town. If you happen to be out for a bike ride on the trail, it is just across the bridge from the trail head in town.I have always had great service here. You may have to wait some days when they get busy but, the view out the dinning room window is worth it. I would hope some day they can add an outside seating area.

The West Newton restaurant is the best. Staff is always nice and the sandwiches are really good. Always clean with great views. If youre biking the trail, definitely go there
