The service was horrible. I get to the counter and tell the lady what I wanted and shes like,"I cant help you." Im like excuse me and left.
Its sad how you guys put down these essential workers who were making your food while you sat on unemployment, they look tired & miserable because they are UNDERPAID & work 6 days. These are people too, have to support their families , your saying customer service is bad? when they are told & trained that way. Imagine how the employees must be treated & feel... Terrible souls in this world !
Worst subway I have been to, I went on my lunch break.. I ordered a personal flat beard artisan pizza, WORST MISTAKE! They gave it to my UPSIDE DOWN so I got grease ALL OVER THE INSIDE OF MY CAR! (ordered curbsidegot back to work thinking ok, just grease i can dab it off with a napkin, NOPE! I couldnt even eat it, it was too greasy.. stuck to the paper and the toppings all came off.. dont go here, horrible experience!
Asked if there was going to be tax added and the girl told me no, but when I paid for it, was charged tax. Should tell people the truth or tell them ahead of time what they are going to do!
The girl that made our sandwiches was rude,horrible customer service she looked miserable to many piercings on her face she had hickeys all over herNeck are companys that desperate for people to work they just hire anyone with a pulse she is the reason I wont go back.

If you’re coming here 99% of the time you’ve gotta know the entire order you want even if it’s the most basic stuff on the menu, it could literally say what’s included with it on the back menu and they still don’t know how to make it unless you baby them.
Lady that was helping us was very rude and made our sandwiches very messy, the Indian woman.
This place is always clean and the people are friendly, fast and efficient.
The employees were nowhere near welcoming from the moment I walked in the store and walked out store. One of the representatives handled my food poorly by dropping a bag and then proceeding to hand the same bag to me. She didnt bother to wash her hands and repeat a new bag for me.

I ordered 5 sandwiches this morning all 5 of them were basically veggies, you could not taste the meat or see the cold cut meat in the sandwiches . We are very disappointed with this purchase. Also when I called the girl said the meat is pre packaged I said what meat? I will use the subway closer to me next time. I will also let grubhub know not to get food from them . I wanted to give O stars .💯👎.

0 stars! Horrible service, The lady preparing the subs was not wearing gloves , She was touching the food and with her bear hands and not concern at all for the pandemic Im referring to covid 19. This guy was so disrespectful he also mentioned that he was the owener, he charged me more, he was very rude, and the sub was prepared poorly, added salt and vinegar that I did not ask for! He insulted me besides everything. I suggest dont go, there are much better places were to eat abx dont have this awful experience! Thanks ✌

The location was clean and food taste great but the service was horrible. Only two staff which is normal but usually you are greeted with a "Welcome" or "Hello" of some sorts, I didnt get either. Instead I received the worst service ever, almost as if I was bothering the staff -Ariana to be exact. She was rude from the gate- no smile and rushed about what my choices were. Tossed the ingredients onto the bread before rudely asking if I wanted my sandwich toasted. I told her my cheese type and she didnt add, had to ask twice. And instead of asking would you like anything else she started ringing up my total. I asked for cookies and again the attitude as if she was being bothered. I thought it was just me but my boyfriend said the same thing. I understand having a bad day but when providing customer service it should be done in a friendly manner and a smile and by the Golden rule - what type of service does she expect when she is out. Give the service you expect or the type you provide. I will not be returning to this location.

I would give this half a star if possible. Went in cheerful to receive a healthy sandwich today. There was no line, 3 workers wiping things up and finishing up helping a guest. 2 of the Brunette, Darker complexion Girls seemed to be agitated or gloomy, and the older Caucasian woman seemed to be very aware, alert, and cautious. You could tell something was up. The Dining area was somewhat messy, but not too bad since lunch time had just passed (12:50pm).I was not greeted, which I understand can happen.. But once approached at the area to choose your bread, the girl helping me didnt have a name tag, didnt smile, no greeting, she didnt even ask me what kind of bread I wanted. She just gave me a look like I took her parking spot or something, and waited giving me a scowl. Ive got thick skin, so I just went along with it. I asked kindly and promptly for a footlong Italian herb and cheese, Turkey and Ham sandwich. She had this body language that pushed her coworkers around, not caring about anyone obviously. She asked "Cheese?", not Would you like cheese? or Do you want cheese?. I said yes, American please. and lightly toasted..She then waits for her coworker to finish wiping down the counter, grabs the tray, tosses my sandwich onto it, and slams it into the toaster. She then repeatedly slams the door closed, hits a button, opens it, slams it again, hits a button.. repeats this process like 4 times, no joke.Once my sandwich finishes toasting, she goes back to the make unit, and just stands there looking at me entirely unenthusiastic.. Like Im supposed to just KNOW she expects me to start telling her what I want on it. This chick literally said NOTHING and looked at me again like I stepped on her cat. Hand on hip and everything. I ask for normal veggies and I name them all, casually, promptly and professionally. I did ask for light onion, which she puts a whole fist full, and swarms my sandwich with onion. I say Oops, oh no, can you please remove some of that onion?, she then pulls ALL of the onion off and looks at me with raised eyebrows as if to say Is that good enough?.. I then ask her to please put just a couple strands of onion on. She lets out a huge sigh, and I finish telling her Salt pepper, oil and vinegar please. She wraps my sandwich sloppy and with a good inch of the end sticking out of the paper. She rings me up with extremely minimal words. I pay, and she rips my receipt free from the machine, hands it to me, and I turn to grab my soda, etc. I look at the receipt to see if her name was there, or something I can give feedback with.. and she actually ripped my receipt in half, giving me some random piece of receipt tape with nothing printed on it and barely any of my actual receipt.Im a pretty professional, nice person, who understands people have bad days. But after reading other reviews left here about this location, I can clearly deduce that the 5 star ratings are from parents and family, probably friends of the establishment or coworkers.. While the 1-2 star reviews are real people who had a run in with this Moody Lady. I was on my lunch, and didnt have time to say anything to anyone.. But you can be sure that Im never coming here again, and that goes for anyone I know.Plenty of people need jobs and would love to work at Subway. I get it that its entry level, minimum wage, and probably pretty crappy... But if you cant even do a starter job well, you need an attitude adjustment.

We used to get super customer service and delicious subs. Now we get attitude and awful subs. If things dont change at this location very soon, well take our business elsewhere.
Damn indian lady suks she gives u attitude and does a bad job preparing a sub bad customer service they shud fire her its da same crap we get everytime she serves us
