I was in need of a laundromat due to contracting bedbugs from a negligent babysitter. We had to wash EVERYTHING. This is the closest laundromat to my home but they’re cash only. They have an ATM (which I’m sure they profit off the feesand a change machine. I ended up going elsewhere as they offered a card reader on every machine in the establishment. Great benefit for saving on fees, a convenience benefit and this way there’s also a record of transactions should you need one later for a court case for example. The place was clean and had laundry drop off service but this isn’t 2001 anymore.

I brought 2 comforters, 2 blankets, and sheets and was planning on doing 2 big loads until the nice lady working suggested using the mega washers in the last row…..1 load for it all! So quick and easy The place was clean, and the people were friendly. I’ll be back!

This laundromat is always Spotless! The machines are cleaned after every use. The staff are always friendly. Most important the owners are amazing they care about their business and are very helpful. I will never go anywhere else.

Had a bunch of new bedding - wanted cleaned and pressed. Easy to work with and reasonably priced.Also pull right up - and drop off!While kids are on spring break—I started washing everything on a Friday … and then I thought why don’t I get a bunch of uniforms cleaned and/or pressed so we will be ready to go after spring break, and will look so much better! Enjoying my weekend now too! Highly recommend!

Parkhouse Laundry Co is a great laundry mat! I love the large capacity washer and dryers! The staff is very friendly. They keep it very well maintained and very clean!

Great experience at Parkhouse Laundry today! My comforters were long overdue! Now everything is so clean and fresh!! Love it! Becky was so very friendly too. When I called to find out if my laundry was ready she told me it was going to be about 15 more minutes but to come in early to hang out with her! LOL I will definitely come back!! Exceptional service!

I came here again. The owner explained to me how the new washers work. Im happy to say my clothes were washed wonderfully. This couple has done amazingwork on this place. I highly recomend using this laundromat. Very clean. Good people.

Clean machines but dont go on a Sunday. Very crowded on Sundays. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Absolutely amazing!! So clean & friendly. I had an incident with crayon that ended up leaving their brand new driers a mess. Not only were the owners kind enough to help me stain treat my clothes, they also paid for the rewash. The worker was very comforting when I started to panic. They were also really patient with my 2 year old when I started folding. Everyone was such a huge help & I’d leave more stars if I could!! 10/10 recommend! I’ll definitely be back.

They are adding more washers and dryers but took the vending machines out.

It wasnt great polyclean was much better machine were dirty and have mold where the soap goes clothes did not look clean

Courteous staff clean store always open washers and dryers most of the time except during peak hours when people are there and they also have a program where you get so many washes and you get one free

I used to bring my laundry here to be done weekly and for the most part they do great work. However my last 2 experiences at this laundromat were enough to make me take my business elsewhere. The first bad experience was I had dropped my laundry off and was told it would be done the next day which is fine however when I picked up my clothes they were all still damp and the lady behind the counter acknowledged it and didnt attempt to make the situation right. Now for today which was the last straw I went to pick up my laundry to come to find out the woman had accidentally bleached my $130 comforter. I spoke with the owner and he handed me $20 for my troubles and said to take the comforter back to Wal Mart and see if they would reimburse me. I understand accidents happen, but when a business is at fault they should own up to it and make it right. Now they lost me as a customer and I will be taking my business to Lady Bug Laundry Mat from here on out.

This place is fine, its cheap and all, but the ladies that run it are very mean if they dont get to close early, which is completely unreasonable, and if you have a family and need to start a load and then take your kids to go get food, and come back, theyll try and keep your clothes or make you pay extra. I like Ladybug better, for sure

They have plenty of queen machines its also nice and clean there. The lady that runs it is super nice!

I’ve been going to this laundromat for several months and was very impressed. However, when I asked to have my card punched last night, the employee insisted she had already punched it. When I stated she didn’t, she replied that she punched it for me to get my free wash. I had my free wash card punched for weeks but she insisted. She did this in front of other people so it was rather humiliating. It was very disappointing and I don’t think I’ll go back.

Need to clean wash machines inside soap dispensers and the rubber gaskets! Mold growing, yes they are always cleaning the machines but just tops of them need to put attention to machine itself!

Its always clean. The owners and employees are always nice. A great place to do your laundry.

Clean and friendly staff. Free wifi and close to downtown shops. During the spring and summer months the farmers market is held in the parking lot next to the building on Saturdays. Hinders parking but is a great way to waste time as your clothes are in the machines.
