There were no surprise extra fees or small print additions on our bill at closing. Plus, he gave us a 90 day free warranty on the vehicle, and had a locksmith repair an extra key at no charge to us. Compared to the larger dealerships we visited, Suffolk Auto Inc. had a larger selection of used vehicles to chose from and better prices.The hardest part of the whole process was deciding which vehicle to buy. Steve is the best guy to go to when you are in a bind, I was in a unfortunate situation and my options were very limited but there was a light at the end of the tunnel as Steve worked his magic and was able to get me into the car of my choice and it was even given the once over and everything was perfect. No complaints here that’s for sure, would totally recommend him to anyone at anytime that needs a good reliable vehicle for a great price.

Came here and found my dream car. Acura RDX Awd. I was recommended by a family friend here. The process was easy and Steve was very honest. Only reason Im giving 3 starts instead of 5 is because when I was in the process of getting the car insurance sorted out, my dad yk being a dad wanted to make sure everything was ok car, car insurance etc. Steve had given my dad an attitude obviously it was the language barrier but still at that moment all I felt in my opinion that he cared about the money and not us the customers buying this car from him. I felt that was unprofessional on his end. But its been a year since then car is running well.

After a long day of looking for a car I ended up at suffolk autos. I was tired, frustrated and disappointed thinking I was gonna leave another place with no car. A place I passed everyday...never stopped. I wish I would of came here months ago. So I was turned away for.cars all day cause of my credit and I had very little money to put down and an old 2003 truck. I thank GOD for Steve. This man was patient he knew what little I had to work with and my credit was terrible. He still didnt turn me away. He took the time and walked me and my husband every step of the way. And even with my credit being bad he didnt give up on us and I left there the same day with exactly what I wanted. 2016 suv with low miles. My best experience. I was in the market for a car and I was looking for the best deal possible, something that would fit my budget and wouldnt break my bank paying for the insurance since I have points on my license. Steve was willing to work with my family and myself. I showed up on a Sunday and he let me test drive nearly every car in the lot before making my decision. He even stayed an after past closing on Sunday just to make sure that I got to drive each vehicle that I was somewhat interested in. Steve does not pressure you into making a sale and he is very relatable with everything that goes on in daily life. I finally had my eyes set on a 2018 Ford Escape SE and Steve gave me a VERY reasonable price. In fact I tell people how much I got the car for and show them what great condition it is in and they dont even believe me!! Once I decided on the Escape, Steve took care of everything that needed to be taken care of as far as the insurance and the payments, etc. UNMATCHED SERVICE at Suffolk Autos Inc.
