Sunglass Hut in Ventura County

We bought two pairs of sunglasses. The representatives were at first nice. We spent some time there choosing two pairs of glasses (like one hour), as I was excited about discounts and stuff, the representative said for one pair it would be 90% off (sales rangeif we bought the 2nd pair (expensive range). My first pair was kind of what I was looking for, and the second was okay. We happily proceeded even though I was not intending to buy the second pair and was okay to buy just one for the full price.Then two things. They quickly cleaned the glasses and when I asked them to clean the first pair again as they were not clean enough, they turned dissatisfied and didn’t even bother to be polite anymore. Then, when we paid, the firs pair was actually not 90% off. Since we spent so much time there we decided to still buy. But I was upset about the fact of intentional misleading. I was not even asking for that.Anyways that’s my experience. I hope the representatives learn more about customer service (especially it is not cheap to shop there, you knowand their future customers have better experiences.

The service is friendly and helpful. The selection could be better but I found what I was looking for.

Liz at the Camarillo outlet store was amazing! She was so helpful in finding the perfect pair of sunglasses for me. I can’t wait to go see her again. The selection there was better than the ones in the mall.Thank you Liz!

Frankie was extremely helpful and friendly. He showed us all the color options in the style we came in for. We left with a pair in a color we hadn’t seen prior to his recommendation.

Our sales person was very personable and helpful. She was knowledgeable and offered options for a pair of glasses I was looking for. Everyone else in the store was also kind. We are thankful for the service we received. She also helped me bend a pair of Ray Ban Aviators, that were accidentally sat on, back to their normal shape that my wife had purchased at a Sunglass Hut years ago. No questions asked.

Stunning service and product knowledge - seriously impressive that I could get the exact sunglasses I needed delivered to my home UPS with free shipping. The sales associate was an absolute rockstar!!!

Excellent service. I was able to walk right in and get what I needed with lots of help from the employees there. I came in with broken glasses and walked out very happy with a new pair and my old ones fixed. They are very honest and really helped me pick the best ones for my face shape. I have bought many pairs from Sunglass Hut and have been happy every time.

Elizabeth was very helpful and honest with my wifes purchase. Didnt have the issues others have had in the past.

Worse sunglasses hut I ever been too I wasted my time there were 3 associates working one was already with a customer but the other 2 were just standing there talking they didnt even ask me what Im looking for they greeted me when I walked in thats about it . Hopefully things will change I hate to do these kind of posts .

Marcel is obnoxious. Family of four bought glasses at a fair price, but hes adversarial, calls you "ma man" insisting its cool, asks personal questions for no purpose, while taking over commissions of other employees sales. I would have dealt with ANYONE else but my salesperson stepped out and back in, just in time for him to snag sale away from her, and ends sale with "Im sure it was your pleasure to deal with me"... Total douche. Favor yourself and deal with different salesperson (will update 2 star rating as soon as I confirm hes gone)
