Sunglass Hut in Hudson County

Michelle was amazing at Hudson Yards and Jonathan at the Soho location was just second to none. He went above and beyond to insure I was serviced properly and his customer service exceeded my expectation. A true God send he was! Thank you Jonathan!!! I’ll be back to purchase my wife’s new birthday pair!

I called to reserve some glasses you guys did not have in stock at your Harold square location. The person I spoke with was a nice girl who told me that they can hold the glasses for 1 hour. When I got to the location the employee was cleaning the store. I told her my name and that I came to pick up the glasses I reserved. The employee was very helpful and also told me about the current promotion Sunglass hut was having. When I tried on the glasses I felt that they were too loose and the employee told me that we can adjust the glasses if they are too loose or too tight. After a few attempts of getting the right fit, I bought the glasses and the employee told me about warranties on the glasses and also cleaned them for me. I was very satisfied with my purchase and the customer service in the store. I would highly recommend sunglass hut to friends and family.

Lots of misinformation fed to you in order to make you purchase an item. Things like delivery time and return policy. Their systems are also very slow so it takes 20 mins to make a purchase after you’ve decided what you wan to buy.

Terrible customer service at this location , I walked in at 8:58 to ask for the price of an Oakley frames , the doors were open and the associate stop me and ask to leave because she was closing the doors she had to leave becaus she was sick with. Bronquitis and no one could come and work for her and she had closed already the registers 🥱 , and she literally could not even let me see the price , I guess Luxottica do not care for customer services anymore or it’s employees

Great customer care, lady was nice, respectful, patient and very friendly. She cleared all doubts and concerns, she went on and beyond to help. Will definitely go again on my next trip

The ladies at this place were so helpful and nice! They recommended good sunglasses within the categories we were looking for, and didnt mind us trying out a ton of them. They cleaned each one, which felt really safe for covid, and we ended up getting something we really liked! This is the first sunglasses store we actually liked shopping in-- other brands/shops were pretty unwilling to help you out and pretty awkward.

Rosy (Rosannyis AMAZING!!! She helped me pick two new pairs of sunglasses while I was in town visiting. After I got home I discovered a small manufacturer defect on one, two days after I bought them but 1200 miles away. The local sunglass hut refused to help, even though they are corporate and should have easily been able to. A quick call to Rosy and not only did she let me vent, she also called the store down here and facilitated getting my exchange handled locally. She is a ROCKSTAR. Theres a joking tradition in my family, I buy a new pair of sunglasses with my mom every time I visit. From now on well be seeing Rosy for them! Thank you so very much.

Ladies at this place were super helpful and suggested sunglasses that suit me! Also they sanitized everything after customers tried it.Clean and safe place. Would recommend!
