MoreI always buy my sunglasses here. I had a gift to purchase so I came in. They had a sale so I picked out myself a pair too. Both of which they only had left the sample in store that people touch and try on. I asked if they could be discounted because of the condition of the glasses smudges/scratches from being used. They said no. So I asked to order them online. They seemed kinda careless and tried to make me buy the wrong ones online. I would have been so upset to go through all that just to recieve $500+ of incorrect merch. I finally just left empty handed. No one knew what they were doing and no one cared about the quality of their costumer service. Months pass and I decide to see if they have those glasses. I made a joke to my friend lets see if they redeem themselves today because the last experience was so awful and I was about to never come back. As soon as we step inside we get kicked out for not having masks even though we are vaccinated with cards. No hello, no hey can you please wear a mask. Just no mask, get out !! I was like well thats a sign I just shouldnt put anymore of my money into Sunglasse Hut. I shop there every year but NEVER again. Sad they are losing customers because their cusomter service is not a priority anymore. Never was like that before. They used to be inviting and highly professionally and handle the expensive merch like most high end retailers do. I dont know what happened. Got really ghetto at this store. Dont bother shopping here.
MoreGabby was very helpful. i went just to order lenses for my versace frames and ended up order new oakleys as well as the correct lenses. she also unscrewed the noseguard and cleaned everything so she gets employee of the month for being so helpful. thank you gabby
MoreIv bought multiple sunglasses here and never had an issue until I had to order a replacement lense. I was told by a Sunglasses hut team member that it would take 3 to 5 buisness days to arrive. Waited 5 days and called on the 5th buisness day to check the status and I my call was answered by an associate named Gabby. Gabby was unprofessional, did not know what she was talking about and was rude. I asked her the status. She asked if I am email confirming the delivery. I said no I didnt even get a confirmation email stating the order was placed. She said I had to wait for the email. I told her how am I going to get an email confirming delivery if I did get one confirming the the order was placed? BEfore checking she said that replacement lenses take at least 14 days to arrive that I need to wait the 14 days she said due to covid it going to take even longer than that. I told her that herteam member said about 3 to 5 days and she said well thats not the case it only for frames. I qsked her to look up the order. She placed me on hold for 3 minutes said that the order was in and put me on hold again with no warning. I waited again and then she answered, she said the lenses where going to be in tomorrow. I was confused. When I first asked her she said it would be more than 14 days. She then says " I asked you if you where smart shopper and you said no thats why" I told her "first off younever asked me that question." She then proceded to argue that she did ask that question which was not relevant anymore anyways. Gabby (if thats even her real nameneeds retrain, she needs to understand that she cant just give out false information that she makes up because she doesnt know how to do her job.She needs to confirm customer information, look up the details then give an informed answer. Who over trained her needs a retrain too because she a joke of an employee.The phone call took place April 1st, 202 around 5:30 PM.
