Sunglass Hut in Sussex County

Stephen, at the Sunglass Hut in the Rehoboth Outlets was the best! Great suggestions which ultimately led me to finally buy a new pair of sunglasses.

The store manager was excellent! Very professional, extremely knowledgeable and super nice and helpful. It is refreshing to know that there is still great customer service out there! Thank you!!

Friendly and efficient. They’re informative but not pushy; a perfect balance in customer service/sales. I will definitely be back in here for my next pair of shades.And Frank is a great manager!

Staff helped me complete a purchase of Mauis Ive been spying for over a year. Although - my Ray Bans I purchased there 5 years ago are ultra cool, similar but, not as relax. Sometimes, you got to have it.

I called this particular sunglass hut and the store representative was extremely helpful. She answered my questions I had about a particular pair of sunglasses I was searching for and she held them on the side for me when I arrived.The store is very clean and they practice COVID-19 guidelines extremely well. No more than 4- people to a store. My in person experience was delightful. EVERYONE in there was over the top helpful and considerate. Frank the manager assisted me with my problem and took care of me so well, better than any other sunglass hut Id been in before. Thanks to my toddler daughter ruining my favorite pair of sunglasses, Frank was able to pull something together to work out a remarkable deal. He truly went out of his way for me!!!! Thank you Frank and the Sunglass Hut team. You truly are the epitome of excellent customer service and I will always come back to your store for future purchases!!!!

첫 입구부터 기분이 좋지 않았다.직원들은 우리의 방문을 환영하지 않았다. 손님은 한명 뿐이였다. 선글라스를 골라도 어떠한 질문도 반응도 보이지 않았다. 불친절한 태도에 그냥 나와버렸다.다시는, 절대 가고싶지 않은 곳!
