Sunshine Crepes in Sussex County

If you havent been here then you havent been to Bethany Beach to eat breakfast.

Had bacon, egg, and cheese crepe. Crepe pretty good, but only tasted the bacon.

One of the best iced vanilla latte Ive had. Crepes were made with skill and care

Great local breakfast spot. The food is absolutely top notch and the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. I had the privilege of sitting and speaking with the owner while I ate my breakfast. He is 100% committed to ensuring fresh local ingredients are included in all of his menu offerings. If you havnt stopped by here yet, do yourself a favor and drop in for breakfast one morning.

Delicious crepes and smoothies! We got two savory crepes, one sweet, and a smoothie and and all was delicious!

A wonderful selection of savory and sweet crepes located 5 minutes from the beach. Come before 10 am as it gets crowded.

The açaí bowls are amazing!! Highly recommend. The line is long but it’s worth it.

The line is worth the wait! There are at least 10 employees busting it behind the counter. They are all on it. Hair nets, aprons, gloves, hats, and nobody touching their faces :Looks like they have high standards and exceptional food safety training. They are immediately wiping down tables as customers leave and restocking items on the coffee bar.

Wonderful. The whole family enjoyed a delicious brunch here. We had several of their savory crepes, waffles, and their acai bowls. Everything was delicious and the service was quick and friendly. The location is also very good, close to many shops, the beach, and other Bethany attractions. Highly recommend this place to anyone. You will find something for every member of your group of family.

My daughter and I eat breakfast here at least twice when we get to Bethany Beach. The food is great.

This place is a gem. We go 2x a week here and look forward to each visit. Those who know, go.... those who dont, need to go.....Options are unlimited, and they have Acai Bowls and other things as well I your whole family is note a fan of crepes.10 years been enjoying this place and love seeing it upgrade over time as it becomes a hot spot!

The best place on the Beach for Great French Style Crepes.Savory and sweet plus the new addition of Waffles!!! Busy, busy, busy!! Excellent operation and popular as all get out. The Food is delicious and so is the Coffee.

Jesus Christ this place is awesome, cute lil place. Great workers, very nice and friendly. I got a sweet crepe my boyfriend got a savory one, both AMAZING omg also the orange juice taste like I just ate an orange so it is fresh if anyones wondering (awesome place all around I wish I lived down in Bethany)

Wow, just wow. Went on our third date here and let’s just say this place helped close the deal. What an amazing experience, with food this good how could you not fall in love afterwards lol We enjoyed this wonderful buttery and sweet waffle along with some of the best smoothies we’ve ever had. Definitely coming back and hopefully with the same person 😜 This place is great for a morning date, friends or family!!!!

Favorite breakfast spot of ours every year we vacation in Bethany Beach. Theres always a line but moves fast. Have to try their lunch sometime 😋

I was in town for cousins week. Decided to go to sunshine Crepes on my last day. Crepe tasted like wet paper. Fruit was fresh and whip cream was good! The service was adequate. Overall I would not recommend and won’t be returning myself

Excellent customer service. A mistake was made with my order and the manager corrected it and made a personal apology with a gift card. It went a long way! Great food and staff.

Crepes were good. Line was long but moved fast. Service was what you’re expect of teenagers in a fast paced environment. Latte was a real let down, hence the four stars. Just tasted like milk.

Smoothies, juices and coffee are wonderful. Food is decent and servers are very friendly.

Whenever my family comes to Bethany beach we go here for breakfast pretty much everyday. We’ve been doing that for years. The fruit and vegetables are always fresh, Including the orange juice which I would also recommend. My favorite is raspberry with sweet cream cheese added to it

Its a cute little place tucked inside the cooler shade inside an open marketplace. The crepes are fantastic, made right in front of you and are definitely not just for breakfast. A fantastic inexpensive quick bite right in the heart of the activity. We go back every year.

Wow these were some amazing crepes. We ordered 2 Supremes, 1 egg, scallion, ham cheese, and 1 Santa fe. The supreme was by far one of the best crepes I have ever had and is in league VS Paris, France crepes.My daughter got the Nutella and strawberry and she loved it as well.Def coming back again.

We visited this business after almost 3 years and moreover after a covid pandemic. We were pleasantly surprised by the great atmosphere of this place. The owner has invested in renovation and modernization, I definitely recommend visiting! I enjoy their friendly service, delicious crepes, acai bowls and coffee. If you are in DE you definitely have to visit this place.

Cute little shop tucked into Bethany Beach. We tried a variety of crepes and the Açai bowls and they were very good! Probably super busy in season but during the off season it was very quick service

One of the best breakfast crepes Ive had, tons of sweet, fruit and savory breakfast and lunch crepes, that were delicious. I loved my egg, vegetable and cheese crepe. Also enjoyed talking with happy Jack, the morning maitre d^, alias 87 yr old father of the owner. This place is a must for breakfast if you are visiting bethany beach.

Great breakfast spot. We had the Strawberry and Chocolate, Tomato Basil Cheese and Mushroom Scallion Cheese. Could have a long line but moves quickly and you get your food relatively quickly.

The ham in my western omlete crepe was a little salty but it was otherwise very good

Back in an alcove area on the Bethany main strip a block before the beach. This little crepe place is hopping! We just beat the 10am rush on a Sunday and food was at our table fast and it was delicious. The tomato, spinach, mozzarella crepe was great and really hit the spot. I couldnt finish it all. There was someone walking around and making sure we all were enjoying our crepes and waffles. Clean, quick, tasty, filling. It hits all the marks for me.

Tucked away in an enclave of shops just off the main drag is this must stop locale. Scandinavian-accented wait person gladly takes your order and exclaims, “we all love Nutella.” when queried what to top your crepe with. I ordered banana with cinnamon sauce, my daughter Nutella banana. Crepes are prepared freshly in front of you and served beautifully. Very delicious a definite stop worth coming to.

I can only speak for the one that I had; the Staff Favorite crepe feels like it was made precisely for me: egg, cheese, sausage, cinnamon sugar, and syrup. It was generously stuffed with fillings and provided that feeling of getting a big assortment of breakfast foods and eating them all at the same time in the best possible way.There are of course, healthier options, with greens and vegetables and grilled chicken and whatnot, as well as the reliably satisfying indulgence of fruit+chocolate/caramel+whipped cream in many combinations. We got our food to go, but the interior is a pleasant bright place, and there is some seating in the covered outdoor square in the middle of the shopping center. With so many tourist cafes available, it can be tough to pick one, especially if youre travelling with a group; this is a solid choice that is likely to have something to satisfy everyones individual tastes.The only downside is that while they have brewed coffee and frappe-type options, they dont have any espresso. Fortunately, theres a place that does serviceable espresso about 5 steps away from their door (maybe thats why they dont want to compete), so you can always grab one while you wait for your food (thats what I did, and it worked out great).

Great place to eat! Hard to find parking (obviously not their fault, but something to remember). On a weekend, I don’t think you’ll find parking so what we did was one of us drove around while the other ordered the food. We went on a Sunday around 11am, and there was no wait. But couldn’t find a parking spot.The food was amazingly delicious. I had the monster, which was fantastic. And we also had some of the fruit ones. It was nice that we could customize it to add what we wanted.I found the monster to be a perfectly portioned with the ham, cheese and sausage. I really loved how when I cut into it, the crepe and everything inside didn’t just fall all apart.I also loved the fruity and sweet crepes. They had great flavors and was a great blend of fruits. Everything went well together and was overall great.The portion was a good size. I eat a lot and so I had the monster with a yogurt and some other stuff. But I think it is definitely sufficient to eat alone.Overall, we are all very satisfied. The prices were amazing, and the quality of the food was fantastic. Definitely looking forward to my next visit. If you’re in DE, you definitely have to visit this place!! It’s now on our must-visit list for every time we come down. The food was amazing! It was a little bit busier so it took a little long to get our food, but it was overall great! I rate the service a 8/10 considering it was so busy today, and taste 11/10. It was delicious and definitely worth the wait. All of the employees were very nice and polite. I got the strawberry Nutella and it was really good.

If youre ever in Bethany Beach, DE and havent before you MUST visit Sunshine Crepes. My brother and I had the most delicious breakfast of Belgian waffles that weve ever had. We went back the next day. The staff was polite, friendly, and the service was fast! Prices aren’t bad either. This is one reason we’re contemplating moving to Bethany. I can’t sing their praises enough.

We always have such a great experience here! It’s a place we must visit while coming to the shore. Sometimes the wait is long, but that just goes to show how fresh the crepes are & how good they are! We were served by the kindest employee on Labor Day & everything was delicious.Bethany Beach parking sucks, but that’s not Sunshine Crepes fault. They have plenty of seating inside & outside (although due to corona, only a few picnic tables are open currently).

Fantastic find on the beach! I love crepes. Had the Riviera and the chocolate peanut butter and banana. It was so good I came back the next day for lunch as well!Riviera came with mixed greens salad. Total for both came to $15, which I thought was great. Much better than spending just as much if not more for a hot dog and fries up the road!

Quick, friendly service even though they were busy. Food was excellently prepared and it was fun to watch because you you see the difference in talent but they all came out amazingly.We had the Egg, tomato, basil, bacon and cheese crepe and the egg sausage and cheese. Both were filling but not overwhelming. Coffee was delicious!

Wow the Monster was amazing! Any of the toppings with egg and cheese would have been great on their own: bacon, sausage or ham. Friendly staff, awesome crepes.

This place is ok,not as good as advertised. Crape wasnt cooked very good little chewy. Ive got a tomato spinach onion and added avocado. They use can marinated mushrooms that doesnt taste very good, couldnt find much avocado in it. Its a nice clean place but nothing special and I believe they can and should improve their food.

Amazing Crapes and service! Breakfast, Lunch, Early Dinner, or even dessert this place has a Crape for you. The entire family finds something to eat here. Its always been great food and good service. its not quick but then again, these are the worlds best, made for you (in front of youcrapes. Truly one of our favorite places to visit.

I loved my savory bacon egg mozzarella basil pesto crepe, my kids enjoyed their peanut butter and banana and double chocolate crepe. If you are in Bethany, you *must* stop by and get one for yourself.
