Super 8 by Wyndham Chanute in Neosho County

The room was clean but it cost the same at the Holiday Inn. And the Holiday Inn has an indoor pool, bigger rooms, bigger bathrooms and everything isnt from the 90s.i would stay here again if it was was $50 less like they advertised.

The bed was really comfortable!! The front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful - great room!!!

The decor was outdated but the beds were comfortable and the air worked well. They did not have enough staff as the breakfast items were out and the one guy was doing laundry. But not a bad choice if you want no frills cheap nights stay

Sam at the front desk was nothing less than a gentleman..the breakfast was on point in my opinion great coffee.pancakes and all the condiments for them.juice .cereal.and some more stuff.big tv all the channels.comfortable bed .shower was a little week.but overall good place to sleep the night…….Chris R ft worth Texas

I stay at A LOT of hotels. Typically I stay at Super 8 or Days Inn because they have room for big trucks. They are very hit and miss. This hotel is VERY well kept. The color sceme (carpets and suchare old, but it’s the sceme of these chains. But these are well kept. The rooms are clean and the gentleman at the front desk is very accommodating.

Could not ask for a better place to be stranded!! Owner Sam, is the definition of hospitality! CLEAN, QUIET, ACCOMMODATING!!

Room was clean & comfortable. Front desk staff was polite & answered questions I had. Choices at breakfast were good. I prefer making reservations directly with location Im staying, they made it easy to accomplish that.

Deducted stars due to the fact for the price and the cleanliness of the room didn’t match. Charged roughly $100 and when I went to shower found hair in the shower and hair in the towels. Not impressed and I hope they can correct this for futures customers.

Very nice clean room. Bed is super comfy and the front deck person was very nice. Recommend staying here. Convenient to lots of things..

The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and friendly.The room was one of the cleanest I have been in. It was immaculate and very appealing overall!The bed was so relaxing and the bathroom was super clean!Definitely recommend this hotel!!!

I’ve stayed in every hotel / motel in this town and this one is by far the BEST . For the price I really appreciate the amazing customer service & such cleanliness! The breakfast is just an amazing pro to this place . Definitely will continue to return & I suggest you & your family skip other places & stop in also . 20/10 recommend

I have been doing travel agency work at a local LTC facility in Chanute. Ive stayed at most hotels/ motels near bu and this is my favorite. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very nice. Clean and no bugs compared to other places near by. Will be staying there for every assignment!

We have stayed with Sam, the owner for many years. We are early risers and he always has the coffee ready. The rooms are clean and neat with great TV Wi Fi and all the expected amenities.Look no further than this lovely motel.Dave & Deanna Von

Just stayed for about a week for a Business trip and it was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Tv was broken and when I told the worker he replied with “ it still works don’t it”? Towels had holes in them, wash rags was dirty, rooms was outdated and the guy working behind the counter with the dog was extremely rude. Anytime I needed to get more towels he was rude. The dog wouldn’t stop barking and the lobby stinks. When I went to get the breakfast the only thing there was 6 hard boiled eggs. This hotel is a joke. Terrible stay and will NEVER go back.

I was very frustrated at check out to find the room charges were excessive. I had asked for an email confirmation when I made the reservation by phone several months earlier. When i didnt receive the email I asked again by phone. When the requested email didnt arrive, I decided to check the reservation by phone a few days prior to the check in date. That confirmed my reservation. At check out I confirmed that the hotel had my correct email address. My complaint about the excessive charge was dismissed. I will look for other arrangements in the future.
