This car wash really doesnt clean your car. It leaves bugs on the window and plenty of dirt didnt desolve. I would recommend going anywhere else- I still give 2 STARS because it is priced lower than the "real" carwashes in the area.added note: the name is misleading because there is nothing " super" about this car wash.

I’ve never had an issue with this car wash until today. My issue is not with the staff, considering they were and always are super nice to me. But today I went through for a wash (paid $14and I didn’t notice until I got home that one, my car still had some dirt left on it. Two I also noticed a lot of scratches and chips in the paint that were not there before. I know they weren’t there before considering I just bought this car not even two months ago. I know they have a sign stating they’re not responsible for damage. I just want to warn people to not go here if you truly care about your car. I wouldn’t really care if it was just a small little chip or scratch. But there was multiple and are all noticeable. I am disappointed because I have always loved this car wash but sadly they lost a frequent customer. Now I need to get a new paint job done on my brand new car. This ruined my trust for not only this car wash but all car washes in general. Hopefully this can save someone a paint job.

Good place to get car washed, but they dont towel dry very well.

My go to place. Even when there is a long line you never have to wait very long to get through the wash.

Over priced!$9.00 for a wash and they never clean the front end and the back of the vehicle is missed as well!Many other better choices in the area.

They can never seem to get the rear of the car clean. They expect too much of the car wash and focus on the areas that the car wash touches.

I chose the $18 wash with hot wax because I was told that it would help keep dead bugs from sticking as much but instead it just sealed on the dead bugs that they didnt wash off first.$18 + Plus $5.00 tip = $23 wasted

Price $9 for just onetime plain car wash is outrages. It looks like cheating because this price for carwash was not shown anywhere at the place.

The price of the Express wash was recently increased by 29%, making their least expensive wash now $9. I understand the cost for many things have increased in the last year, but this increase seems a bit excessive. It makes me wonder if this is more about increasing the sales of their monthly plans.

Nice, powerful vacuums. Tough and absorbent cloths. You can really get your car a good cleaning here 😊

Need to use dryer towels when drawing the car my car had spots all over it was not very happy for $10 a $2 tip

I enjoyed the wash and the prices were fair enough for the location. However at the end of my wash I watched the dryers swiftly wipe down the car but they did not dry the bumper and both looked at it called it good and then received a $5 tip. Do with that what you will...

I LOVE this Super Car Wash location! Great car wash, fast and friendly service, excellent speedy hand dry. I subscribe the monthly auto renewing plan and couldnt be happier. They provide HIGH POWER vacuums free of charge available ATC. Truly a great service....and who doesnt love the way a clean car makes you feel!!!

The 2 girls that work there was rude they lie I ask them to clean my car good because the last time it was not clean good the manager was very rude and told me she will not reclean my car I will not never come back again you lost my business. And the first girl that was cleaning cars told the manager I told her she better clean my car good and I did not say that .i ask them to clean it . You need better staff and once’s that are there are very rude.

Good luck trying to contact them to cancel your monthly subscription. We moved out of state and the number always rings busy, but they still charge my card every month.

Bad service , I have issue with the billing for the subscription plan I talked to customer service she was rude then I asked to talk to the manager she hang up on me . Then I called again I believe the owner answered. He was so rude and said I don’t care even if you write bad review on our Buisness

These folks are the best. Friendly, helpful, and good! Never had any problems with any product or service Ive gotten there. Make sure to make an appointment, if you can, and they will get you in and out ASAP.

Super car wash not so super anymore. Raised their prices I am guessing to steer people to their monthly subscription program. $7 for a basic wash is a little much, especially since the last couple of times the equipment isnt working properly. Brush on right side never touched my vehicle and there was little to no rinse off. Staff is friendly & I always tip them, but the quality of the wash doesnt justify the price. Sorry, I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Cant go wrong with one of the memberships - keeps my car clean year round and (mostlysalt-free in the winter.

Awesome 😁 my truck needed a bath so bad that I thought I would have to go through twice. To my surprise, it came 99% clean. Except for the front fender up north bugs. I mean the majority washed off, but some splatters must have been baked on. Now my baby is shinning bright. They also have FREE vacuum, and the suction is powerful.Thank you. This car wash always cleans all the debree off my car. If u pay for one of the more expensive washes the soap is all different colors and smells really good!!! You can also pay $30 a month (they take the payment directly off your cardand get the best wash for your car everyday if u like!!! They have vacuums to clean your car too.

I am a little disappointed they cant wipe down the inside of the door frame even for tip anymore (speed and time policy I guessbut they did me a solid when as a Vet she discounted a wash for me since I had just missed Veterans Day.

They do a good wash for the price. I have their subscription service, which basically pays for itself if you do two washes a month.

Love this location! I work a lot of construction sites so my work truck is always muddy. They make sure to get the wheel wells free of dirt and mud, all the bugs off the grill and all the hard to reach areas are clean! Make sure you tip them well!!!!

Been going here since it was a gas station in the mid 90s. Gone thru hundreds if not thousands of times. Never a problem. Buy the card. A better deal.

This is the best car wash near 48382. Ive tried the others, and paid more money for a lesser wash! I also like that you get to choose which level wash you need and/or willing to pay for. My vehicle has always went through safe, and very clean. Its super busy because its simply the best. Its worth the wait. If I dont go here, I would rather just spray myself rather than chance it somewhere else.

Cheapest place around for the unlimited monthly car wash. Free vacuums with the car wash also! They do a pretty good job unless my car is really dirty, they usually miss spots on my back bumper and side panels by the tires. Other than that, love the place, if a spot is missed I just come back through for free so they can finish it up!

I always have enjoyed going here except lately I dont think my car has gotten as clean as it could be after a wash here. I am wondering what is happening to the service. Heres to hoping that its temporary and they step it up and deliver better customer service and cleaner cars.

I got a monthly subscribtion for the 2nd best car wash they offer back in the Fall. I was looking for a good place to get a membership and was really impressed the first few times I went there, so decided this was the place. Its out of my way but somewhat near my work. I live about 45 minutes away, but thats how much I loved this place. Not sure what changed, but there is now a lack of motivation and today was the worst. Left the car wash after giving them a 40 percent tip, with a dirty car. They didnt even spray my wheel wells, dirt was still on the back of my car like it wasnt even scrubbed. I live on a dirt road and got my car washed 3 days prior, so it wasnt terribly dirty to begin with. Pretty bummed. Looking for a new car drive-thru car wash with a monthly subscription.

I am a regular at this car wash because of location. Arrived today to clean my car. Stopped to vacuum first. Nearly had it done...only 1 section to go and boom the vacuums shut off precisely at 6pm. They could clearly see I was trying to finish my car and didnt even have the courtesy to come out and let me know they were closing or ask if I wanted to run my car through really quick. The hours arent posted anywhere I can see. I pay the monthly use plan but this really bothered me and I think Ill cancel it. For the extra 2 minutes to ask me if I knew about closing or wouldve liked to wash before they closed they lost my certain business. That was a rude way to handle it.

Only thing worth goin here 4 iz da free vacuumz, da car wash employeez r a joke & sux @ der jobz, ALL of em act like stevie wonder singin n dancin while dey just spray down da car like waterin grazz none of em will pay any attention 2 problem spotz on da hood or body.just grind dem carz in & out lika factory. y have dem use da high powered hosez @ ALL dey don use em correctly, now i c y dey need robotz 2 replace lazy unproductive peepz.

Had to run my car back through because it wasnt close to being clean. It still had dirt on it behind wheels and the rear bumper was still caked. When I came back through the woman at the entrance kind of rolled her eyes and said "looks clean to me" shrugged her shoulders and acted like she was doing me a favor by letting me go back through. After 2 washes there is still dirt on the lower parts of the car. 0/10 would recommend Ill never waste my time or money there again. Customer service is garbage here dont bother. Car wash and emoyees here both work hard on cleaning your car, The driveway in and out of this place needs to be redone,it is full of potholes,not good for tires or low profile tires,However Like i said great wash and dry!

Drove through the car wash this afternoon and Curtis put the powerwasher too close the the bottom guard of my suv. 3 inches broke off on the drivers side. The replacement guard for my suv is more than $100. When I notified the car wash they said there was nothing they could do and did not believe me. Then they said to call Ryan at the main office. Ryan is going to have Matt call me tomorrow. Finally got ahold of Matt. He was able to give me a free top dog car wash and a book of free car washes for the inconvenience. I know it doesnt completely fix the problem financially but as a business owner myself thank you Matt for taking care of this incident as you did not have to do anything at all. We will be utilizing your car wash services in the future!

This car wash scratched the paint on my whole car so bad that I had to make a insurance claim to have my whole car repainted. The owner refused to pay. Of course my I paid when my insurance went up. Now I drive all the way to West Bloomfield to use a more reliable car wash.

Paid for the gold wash and car was not clean. The tire shine and rim cleaner was a joke. My tires look like they were sprayed with armor all and not wiped, very blotchy. Parts of the tire are shiny and most of the tire looks dirty. Rims were still dirty, lots of bugs still stuck to my grill and the back of my car looked the it the dust was sprayed and just left to dry. Just a terrible job all around!!! Only good thing about this place is free vacuums.

Got the 10 dollar wash and my car is still filthy. The parts that did get "clean" still have dead bugs on them and are super streaky. Free vac was nice though.

ABSOLUTLELY REPULSIVE. Ive been going to this wash for over a decade and until these hoodlums starting running the show i wouldnt wash my car anywhere else. Im not very sure what the "manager" is on or doing but she doesnt seem capable of running a car wash, which doesnt seem to be a very difficult task (so youd think). Everytime Ive gone here the employees are always sitting outside smoking this smoking that and Im sick of it! (Lord knows what theyre smokingThese people getting paid to sit around and smoke God knows what and wash a car when they decide they want to. Absolutely pathetic I would NEVER send anyone here AGAIN. What a shame. & shout out to the manager, lay off the crack pipe !
