Superwash used to be the best self serve car wash around!! Unfortunately with the introduction of this new owner, it has become the worst self serve car wash around.They no longer take credit or debit cards to buy the wash books. I mean, who does that? When approached about it we we were told it cost them too much for processing. Youre a small business, come up with a plan and add a few bucks on to each book!Constant equipment issues-whether its nozzles being broken and not washing your car in an entire strip, or a chemical being out and not completing your wash that you paid for. When hes asked about a rewash, he wants to complain and blame everyone else for breaking his stuff, rather than doing whats right for the customer.He definitely needs anger management, and some leadership and business training, or well have more boarded up car washes in town.

First the good: Its frequently staffed and the staff is usually friendly and helpful.The bad: There is something about this car wash where their equipment seems to frequently break. Seeing stalls closed more than once a month for repairs is concerning. The actual credit card machine is...sub-par both in its lack of intuitive use and frequent ability to charge for the maximum rate.

Subpar wash quality and rude Karen manager. Seriously this is automated car wash not need to come to me and tell about your parts that broke out. Dont need to blaim your customers. 1/10. Dont recommend.

Clean and working equipment. Loved this place. If u do it right, doesnt take much effort and the car comes out cleaner than any automatic wash i have used. Highly recommended. P.s. credit cards are accepted.

Can use a credit card or cash. The equipment is always working and in good shape. The "do it yourself" bays are priced very well and always gets my car as clean as I want it. Recommended to anyone wanting to wash their car
