We have been going there since we bought the car in 2015 for service for the car. I called to make a appt for the oil change an that my wife was saying there is a popping noise underneath. I told them to call us if they found anything. We never got a phone call nor did they go out an explain to our son at what was going on with it. They took it apon themselves an fixed what they think it was. It’s Very unprofessional to do that without talking to the owners first.

I Couldn’t be happier with this dealership. I have been to other Toyota dealerships and this one is one of the best in my experience. Sneaky service department.1. Charged an all four tire balance for $69.99 when I did not ask for the service. Car is currently sitting at 18k miles. Was told it came with the 15k mile maintenance, which it did not (I verified exactly what did come with the 15k mile maintenance on Toyota’s own website). Was also told because I had Toyota care, it gives you a $10 discount off balance and alignment making the balance. $59.99.2. Charged $109.99 for an alignment, which on the receipt says specifically for “trucks”, and again another $10 discount because Toyota care. Which I have never heard of after taking 3 different Toyota’s here to their service department. Making it $99.99 which is the normal price for an alignment as exactly stated on the receipt.3. Got a tire replaced for a tire price of $345. Initial call was that the tire could be repaired, and not too long later I get a call saying it could not be and needs to be replaced. Of course no evidence or anything of side wall actually being damaged (Not making accusations, but after this I do feel I may or could have been lied to). Same tire is also $290 on tire rack.Overall, I am highly disappointed. After bringing 3 different cars to this location. (2019 Highlander, 2019 Avalon, and 2021 Camry). We will no longer be bringing any of our vehicles here.

Never had a better new car buying experience. Joey(salesmanwas amazing. He knew everything about my car, and offered to continue to help me get familiar with it in the future as well (my first hybrid). Price was fair. Their word was good. Gave me fair value for my trade in. The actual paperwork was quickly and expertly done. Will buy at this dealership again.

This is the fifth or sixth new vehicle purchase from a dealer in my lifetime. Id been in the market for a vehicle upgrade for a long time, but was holding off because of the availability problem and other market constraints. Things fell into place where these folks had exactly the vehicle that I wanted, so I gave them a shot.By far the easiest new car purchase and trade in process Ive ever experienced. I dealt with Joey through the Costco program, and everything was straight up. The price was fair, the timeline for delivery was spot-on, and he took the time to walk me through all the features of the vehicle during delivery. Their first offer for my trade in was comfortably within the range of estimates I found online, so I didnt even have to go through that headache. Everything was just straight up and above board, and didnt really take too long to transact from first contact to vehicle delivery.These folks will be my first stop when Im in the market for another new vehicle.

After reading other reviews about this place I feel I was a victim also. Went for oil change and tire rotation and was told my tires were no good and needed to be replaced. Granted my car only has 28000 miles and don’t need that . They told me the tire was not repairable and needed to be replace. $400. Also did a front end alignment and tire balance that didn’t need to be done . Went to a tire shop and they fixed the tire with no issues I called the manager of the service department and he acted like I was the issue. I guess I will not be back to this location and will let everyone know about y’all business

I brought my 2017 Rav to the service department for a routine maintenance service.The service advisor greeted me and I felt my car would be in good hands. An hour and half later, the service advisor presented the multipoint inspection results to me. He informed me that I had a nail in the sidewall of my tire. He showed me a “battery test” printout that indicated the battery needed to be replaced and he recommended a fuel induction service. I explained that I had not received any dashboard notifications or experienced any issues with the tires, battery, or with the overall performance of my car.I agreed on the battery replacement as the car is 5 years old with original battery. After an aggressive sales pitch from the service advisor, I also agreed with the fuel induction service.I was then presented with a quote for 4 new tires ($1,035.02), although the multi inspection clearly did not suggest a 4 tire replacement. I asked that just the one tire with the nail be replaced. The service advisor then suggested a 2 tire replacement, but only provided the one quote for 4 tires.I refused the 4 tire replacement and left with a nail in my tire. I’m wondering if the service advisor would let his mother/wife/sister leave with nail in a tire.I totally understand “upselling” as a valid business strategy, but If you are going to upsell, at least make sure your own inspections support the sell. I am now questioning if the battery really needed replacing as the date on the printout was not the date I was there. To add insult to injury, the service advisor told me, as I’m walking out the door, that tires would go on sale in April. I guess the nail is good for a month. No one appeared to care that I left an auto “service” department with a nail in my tire.I’m suggesting that building trust will bring in more business than inappropriate upselling.

Was given a tire quote that was implied was free during routine service and ended up being charged 9.99 for it on my invoice, the exact statement was “your tires look good but we’re running a buy 3 get 1 tire free special in April so I’m gonna go ahead and get that quote for you” some of the associates have tried other forms of deception in the past but I’ve let it go but this is it for me. I’ve been a customer since 2010 and will take my vehicle elsewhere after that stunt. Hope my 10 dollars was worth the thousands I’ve spent with you.

Went for oil change few minutes later they came said COULD not do it because my oil pan was to beat up and it would cost 700 plus to change it. Went to five minute oil change they changed oil I asked how my pan looked they said it was fine. I guess Toyota figured I’m a girl so she will just take our word and give us 700 dollars. Very Rude Toyota

This was honestly the best experience I have had when searching to trade in my car for something else. Samantha the dealer was so helpful, nice, and informative about everything. Stay away from this dealership! This dealership is truly exercising price gouging during the pandemic. For instance, see attached pic, MSRP on a RAV4 is 32,092 and the salesperson increased the sales price to 34,092 when I completed the test drive. This dealership will guarantee you disappointment and waste your time if you are not willing to pay more than MSRP. I’m reaching out to a law firm to see if price gouging is legal at this time. Got a used Highlander with a detailed CarFax report. I needed to handle 3 unhandled recalls. I called Supreme Toyota to set up my service call. I placed the call and was immediately put with service department. The service tech took my preliminary info then told me he would order the parts to be there for my appointment. Then he set up my appointment for about 10 days after my call. Honestly, since hurricane Ida, I have had to speak to numerous companies and this was the easiest call I have had. I didn’t have to struggle through an endless voice tree. I got a live person who immediately handled all my needs. My call was completed in less than 15minutes and my appointment was set. Very easy and the people were pleasant. This is how it should always go. Many companies could take a lesson from Supreme Toyota.

We recently purchased a Lexus GX 460 from a different dealership. Well, it had a problem with its radiator and the dealership told us we could bring it to any nearby Lexus or Toyota dealership to have it fixed. Mondo was our service associate. He was very helpful and nice to deal with. The work that was done was great and our vehicle is running like new again. If you need work done on your vehicle Id highly recommend Supreme Toyota. They were amazing to deal with and for once I can say I have no issues bringing my car to an actual dealership for maintenance rather than a third-party company.

We bought a used car for our son at this dealership. It was the best ever car buying experience for us. Everyone at the dealership treated us like friends rather than just customers. The sales staff (Joey / Ryangave us an excellent price without much haggling. The finance manager processed our paperwork in the most efficient way possible and got us on our way. We identified a minor mechanical issue that they fixed the following week (even washed the car again and filled up our gas since we drove there from out of town). Purchased a Toyota 4Runner at Supreme, David (Salesmanmade the experience a breeze. Purchase and trade in was smooth! Even got a text the following day to ensure all was okay, you don’t get customer service like that everyday.Also, I’ve seen in reviews where people complain about the vin etching charge and not being informed, but David was upfront and honest about that charge and in no way tried to hide the fact.

Personally I had a very good experience when buying the car but all the bad came after the purchase. They did not tell me that the car did not have a key fob only a key with no buttons to unlock and lock my car even though it has power locks which isn’t a big deal but I have to pay $200 to put a brand new alarm system on to get a key fob. I know it may seem small but for someone who works at a bar and is walking to the car at 2 AM it’s a big deal to have a button and to not be worried to unlock the car fast enough. Another issue I encountered just recently was that Toyota ran my credit a total of 12 times half of which my names are spelled wrong. I personally don’t know how they misspelled my name since I had my license but I’ve called multiple times and left messages yet they have not returned my calls and it is affecting my credit To the point where I can’t have any credit cards. Personally I don’t think I will ever be buying from Toyota in Hammond again and if you do just be cautious and know what you’re getting into.

Excellent experience working with Samantha. I live about 45 minutes away, and we were able to negotiate the deal via phone, text and email. Samantha was extremely responsive, friendly, and answered all my questions. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership for pickup, Samantha had if cleaned up and ready. She inspected it with me for any issues and showed me how to use all of the important features, which apps to download that work with it, and made sure I didn’t have any additional questions. Next I met with the finance department. We went through all of the terms of the financing. There were no random fees snuck in, and all options like GAP insurance and warranties were fully explained. I know it is their job to sell those add-ons, but never felt like I was being overly pressured to purchase anything I didn’t want. To contrast, during my previous car purchase at a different dealership, the finance department added in every little possible item from the start and wanted me to sign the forms without explaining the costs and then made me feel very uncomfortable when I asked to remove them. This experience was much more positive and didn’t leave me feeling like I was being deceived. A few days after I purchased the new vehicle, Samantha called to check in and let me know that she was mailing me a personal item that I had accidentally left in my trade. I have nothing but positive feedback about my experience working with Samantha and Supreme Toyota and would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future!

I highly recommend Josh Gant at Supreme Toyota of Hammond. I’d never purchased a vehicle all by myself, so I was very nervous & worried that I may be taken advantage of by a pushy salesman. I went to 4 other dealerships & all the salesmen didn’t seem super trustworthy. Mike and Ryan and the entire team were awesome to deal with at Supreme Toyota. Not only did they give me a good offer on my trade but they also had a great selection of vehicles to show. Had a great experience right up until I bought the vehicle, everything after that was a joke. I had to make 3 extra visits to the dealership after the sale. All of the paperwork was filled out wrong and I had to go back up there to sign everything again. Then they forgot some of their paperwork in my folder so I had to go back again to bring them their own paperwork. My vehicle never got detailed even after giving them 2 different attempts ( you can barely call it an attempt if all you do is hit a car wash and spray stuff on the tires). I finally just detailed it myself after I was offered nothing more than an apology after explaining all of this to their management. Its almost like after the sale was made nobody cared at all. Im very disappointed with the after sales service and what they consider "detailed". These photos are after the "second detailing".....

Just traded my Sierra for a Tacoma. I would say it was an easy experience. My salesman was new and I thought he did a great job. Didnt hassle me on the phone. My only holdout in the whole deal was I got home and realized my navigation wasnt working. It took me about 30 minutes to figure out it required a SIM card to activate. Luckily it was in the owners manual. I thought they should have done that, or at least informed me about it. And my vin wasnt etched into my windows so I will have to go back and get that done. I can tell you that of all the Hammond dealerships they are the only one I trust to work on my vehicles. Ive had a rear end replaced in a 4runner, flood damaged car repaired ( new carpet and paddingand have nothing bad to say about the service dept. I will be taking my Tacoma there for all my needs.

Bought a used 2016 ford focus and had one of the easiest buying experiences ever. No double talk, bait and switch, or any of the other questionable tactics at a car dealership. Everything went very smooth and took less than a hour to process paperwork.
