scam!!!! My friend got scamed by this Indian woman! My friend paid $600 for renting car for 2 days But that woman forged signature and now wants more money! Harassing my friend every day! She should be in jail together with her gang!

Do not use. Scumbags.

Stay away from this car rent. This is scam, fraud and theft. If you dont have a choice, record all your communications on cellphone,and demand receipts, especially if youre paying cash.

How these people are in business and not in jail makes no sense to me. They took a $500 deposit and will not give it back. I used the car for less then 1 day.

0 STARS - SCAM - Do Not Use This CompanyMaria, assured me that the $500 was a deposit and a credit would absolutely be returned to my bank card. Obviously that never happened. She insisted that it was a bank debit card and that I pay only cash for the rental. She even drove me to an ATM because I didnt have enough cash on me. The car broke down within two hours of renting it. After calling my mechanic we were able to get it running. We then discovered that when you got over 50 on the highway the RPMs were in the 5000! I called her and she got upset me with saying that she had been using her Mechanic for 12 years and he inspects every vehicle....Shady, shady operation. I would NEVER rent from them again. Thats what I get for not checking reviews first!

DO NOT RENT HERE! Their cars are in horrible condition and they WILL NOT give you your deposit back! No matter how sweet and sincere Maria seems, don’t do it!

Zero stars. Honestly have no idea how this place hasnt been shut down. We used it out of desperation because we dont have a credit card. She told us originally $500 cash but when we got there she told us she needed $600 cash because she suggested to use the SUV car rental (89.99 a day). We only needed it for 4 days so we should have been charged around $360 total. So when we signed the papers she said we would get the remaining money $240. In order to return the car ...she wanted us to leave the car in an abandoned parking lot with the keys in them which was pretty weird. So when we wanted to drop the car off at the office, no one was there so we had to trick her into coming to properly give the keys back. The car ran fine but we dont think it was insured. Try and find a different solution before wasting your money on this place.

Worst car rental ever! The car was unsafe and the people are liars and thieves! Do not use this company! They need to be shut down!

My husband and I had the worst experience ever. The airport denied us a car rental because we did not have a major credit card and the young lady at the register suggested that we use a company that she knew of and gave me a business card for SeaTac car rental. They charged my husband and I $400 from Monday to Thursday and we drove the car less than 10 miles and it broke down twice. we asked for our money back and they told us no refunds then the lady Sarah that we signed the rental agreement with Threatened to call my husband’s job because She said we were harassing her. The cars are very old over 200,000 miles and we didn’t know until we got the vehicle home. Whatever you do, do not rent from this so-called company even if you are in a desperate situation. I couldn’t believe the way we were treated. We are now a few hours in to the rental and we are returning the car with or without the money Returned to us. I did not read the reviews before I rented this vehicle. I had no clue that this vehicle was in three robberies and a rape case.

Big mistake. Turned down at Alamo counter due to prepaid card not accepted. Came here as recommended by Alamo agent. Crappy old and beat Carolla cost $300 for Friday at 6 pm to Sunday at 11 am. Total ripoff

This car rental agency is a scam! Only gave one star so that I could make this post. They tell you one price to include the tax, yet charge a much higher price when you turn the vehicle in. They refuse to refund you. When trying to call and resolve the matter, they will hang up on you or not answer at all. Do not use them!

Do not use. Would not give back deposit because they "sold" the business last night...Lady who runs the place is an illegal alien. I have contacted bbb as well as ice over this matter.

Yeah I obviously didnt check out the ratings.... About a month ago I tried renting from Fox rent a car at the airport and since I didnt have a major credit card she sent me to this place. On the phone she said she only had one car left, a Toyota Camry. I was headed to Spokane that next day and hertz was out around me so I need it because my AC is out. I get there and its like a Toyota from 1999 or something! I literally had to roll down the windows... She lets me know after I spend 300 for 2 days, that the whole radio is busted and I specifically asked if the aux works and she was saying yeah yeah.... But no.... So after my prego ass cried for 20 mins, I left, like at least I drives and has AC, plus be good on mileage. Called her that morninh before i left abouy the squeaking breaks, she said "Its because theyre new, itll go away". Hit the road next day and the engine and maintence light comes on. I let her know and she said everything is ok, but thanks for letting me know. It didnt break down surprisingly, but the breaks squeaked the whole time.... I learned my lesson lolDONT GO HERE0 STARS

DO NOT use this car rental company! if i could give ZERO stars I WOULD we had a prepaid credit card so the reservation with expedia didnt work out. so a guy at the car company we were going to use recommended this place. so we went it was supposed to be 54.00 a day for 3 days..... they charged the card 416.00 and kept the 100.00 cash!!!!!!we are thinking about taking them to court!!! im disputing the charge with the credit card company because they are FRAUDS!!!!unless you have no problem paying 516.00 for a POS toyota corolla for 3 days then STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
