すばらしい!This is a really interesting museum for any motorcycle or car enthusiast.
Note: Advance admission reservation via internet is required. However, it is flexible to some extent during the off-season.From the invented automatic loom to motorcycles to the latest cars, Suzukis notable models are preserved in perfect condition. You can enjoy the story of the first motorcycle "Suzuki Power Free" and the car "Suzulight" in the video. And watch Hamamatsu in the 1960s with the latest video technology. Its not just classic cars. You can check out the latest Katana and Hayabusa. In addition, a concrete explanation of how the Suzuki factory is designed, developed, and operated is displayed. Suzuki was founded in 1909. The head office near Hamamatsu station was burnt down in the war and moved here in 1947. Suzukis corporate motto is, "If we can reduce costs, we will omit even the engine. Make such efforts. Cheap prices will make customers happy."#letsguide #SuzukiHQ
I went there 3 times. Got to know about history of Suzuki which started from handlooms and then to bicycle, bike and cars. The journey of car making from concept to reality was well displayed.3D show was awesome.Souvenir car was small scale model of XBee.Indian stall was best.
Very interesting place. This museum represents the era of Suzuki and various car assembling process. It has lots of information at every area with AV too. There are language options . The museum opposite is where Suzuki HQ is located, you can get a view of it . This place is must visit for automobile enthusiasts .
Well worth a visit. Very well put together and interesting. The 3d theatre wasnt running for us but enjoyed everything else. Free but requires a reservation. Free parking.
Great museum with free admission. I had no particular interest in Suzuki or its history before coming here, but the museum was very interesting!
Great collection of suzuki product, many interactive information, games and the history of hamamatsu.
Beautiful and very tastefully designed. Also, it displays the knowledge about building cars in a nice manner.
Awsome
Best place, all suzuki varian in one place
Outstanding museum with a lot of history and great machinery. Learnt a lot about the workings of production lines for cars and the Suzuki family
Located across Suzuki factory, this non-descript museum has a small historical showcasing the beginnings of the founders and some of their past notable creations and a replica of their factory production floors. While it is free to visit with free parking onsite as well, there is really nothing much to see. There is no emphasis on Suzuki motorsports rich history, mostly alot of old bikes and old cars from across the generations and a few weird concept cars here and there.Unless you have absolutely nothing to do and have spare time, otherwise you can safely skip this one. Really nothing much to see or do.
Wonderful museum. Lots of excellent exhibits going back to the start as a maker of looms.
Very beautiful , i like the staff and very informative museum 👌
Automobile lovers can enjoy a lot.
Worth going to if youre in Hamamatsu and like mechanical things. Toyota techno museum is better though...
Fun!
A lot of history. Lot of educational things
More racing motorcycles from 1960s please.
Excellent, interesting and informative.
For being free admission, good if you like a bit of history on a Japanese entrepreneur. Especially after World war 2.
Amazing museum of suzuky history from the origin to today. Lot of motor bikes and car through the manufactoring process. Yuo have to visit it!
Give this place a (free!visit if youre a fan of Suzuki or simply curious about the history of a company that started off making fabric making looms and ended up with cars, motorcycles as well as marine products. Take note: The historical loom works and only "comes to life" on Tuesdays and Wednesdays! If youre coming by car/bike, make use of the onsite open air parking area right next to the museum. Else, this place is also easy accessible via train or bus.
Good for auto and bike mania.
Iconic place
Must visit in order to understand history of suzuki motors
Highly recommended to visit this place if you are in Hamamatsu city! It is located only 10 minutes on foot from the station. You can learn how the automobiles are made in Suzuki factory. You will see many kinds of cars, motorbikes, marine engines and other machines from Suzuki here. You also can explore the miracles of Hamamatsu city.
Large selection of suzuki motorcycles and vehicles dating back to when the company first started operating until today. There is also alot of information about their manufacturing facilities in the country as well as abroad.
Very beautiful museum depicting the whole history and current existence of Suzuki industry

This place is very informative.! Explains how Mr. Suzuki created everything!

Very detailed display on the design process, prototyping, manufacturing, factories inside Japan and around the world. There is also a history display from the beginning of the company in textile machines to bicycle, motorised bicycle, bike and then automobiles and 4wd.
This place is heaven for Suzuki fan. Note that youll need to make reservation upon your visit.
Compared with BMW Museum, it needs lots of improvement. However, it is good place to know about Suzuki history.

Recommended to suzuki car/bike fans. You will need online reservation before visit and it will be a self-tour visit that you can enjoy every moment in your own speed.
Commonly known as Suzuki Plaza. It is just outside Suzuki plant and the entry is free of charge for all.1st floor (In Japan, there is nothing such as Ground floorhas the reception area and it showcases few of recent Suzuki cars and bikes. Suzuki souvenirs can be purchased here.2nd floor shows Suzukis work culture and its global presence. It also shows the entire process of manufacturing a car, from the Design Intricacies to Vehicle Testing to Mass Production. Various manufacturing processes like forging, moulding, welding and machining have been very clearly explained using audio-visual guides. The visitors can see life-size replicas of vehicle assembly line with working models, creating an experience close to visiting the actual factory. Then there is also a flight simulator. A section also shows culture and traditions of Hamamatsu.3rd floor shows the entire history of Suzuki, from its Loom works to 1st motorcycle to the present cars and future concepts. How to reach: The place is at walking distance from Takatsuka Station.
