Susan Swader is a by the books professional that Ive used both for my personal and business tax returns. She is fair and honest and I highly recommend her.

I had a very BAD experience with this business. Ms Hall handled my tax return, and the IRS found issues with it. I gave miss Hall all the information I had, and everything she ask for. When I received notice from the IRS, I went to Ms Hall. She looked at the letter talked to me for a very few minutes. Not even long enough to sit down. After some emails, me doing the leg work she ask for. The end result was a bill for $615 Which she graciously discounted to $450. For her to tell me to pay more to the IRS. She claimed around four hours of her time. I dont know, but it seemed excessive to me. I talked with the CPA I had been using before moving to Valdosta area. She told me had it been her, she would not have charged me anything. Even if it was an error by me, if she did the return. After telling Ms Hall she had not informed she would charge me for a follow up on a tax issues she had filed, and my request to not charge me, because of the circumstances or at lest reduce it to a more reasonable amount. All she would do is agree to not charge me interest on her charges. To add insult to injury. After she sent me the bill. I called and she never has time to talk to me. All she will do is wait for weeks and then send me a text!. Im sure she has a different view. You decide if this is the kind of business you want to use. And as a final note. She charged be almost $300 for a tax return I had been getting done for about $75. Mine is not a complicated tax return. I dont have much money.Charles Jones
