Great place for used vehicles. Friendly salesmen who are upfront & honest about their inventory. Be prepared as most vehicles will have high mileage so be sure to do your research on price vs. vehicles life expectancy if you dont know much about the type of car or truck youre interested in. Most, if not all credit types are accepted.

If you are tired of the run arounds and hearing the answer NO Swans Autoplex is the way to go! It made all the NO’s worth it an so much more. Eric and Jorge were amazing at working with us and finding the perfect vehicle for my husband! I could tell from the moment we first spoke with Eric that NO wasn’t going to be an option and he took pride in making his customers happy! Eric was very honest with us about their inventory and what would be best for my husband and the type Of driving he does! He went above and beyond and it just doesn’t get any better then that. They made what had been such a stressful process for us, quick easy and FUN! So much fun we had to come back and get my Mother-In-Law in a new ride! Got a Pontiac Vibe from them. I drove it home it over heated by the time I got home. I replaced the radiator and thermostat finally stopped overheating. Then in less than a month the motor locked up. Then I had to pay to tow it to their lot.. They said they would help me get a motor to replace it two weeks later motor came in it was no good either. The said they would put me in another car. First car was dirty on the inside. Looked like it had been abandoned it had cobwebs on the seats. Dash was all broken i didnt like it. Next one the offered was in the shop they said give them 2 days and it would be ready gave them 4 days. Went to test drive it A/C didnt work blinkers didnt work so now Im waiting for them to fix it again. They tell you that they will call and let you know whats going on but they dont. Me or my wife have to call and try to get ahold of them. At this point I wish I had never stepped foot in there.

The salesman we spoke with at the location wasnt very professional, he was friendly enough at first, but was smoking and cursed a lot. He got mad at me for turning off a truck that we were looking at. ( it had battery issues and he had to try and jump it again, it was my mistake but he was quite rude about it despite my apologies)

Sorry to say but Ill never go to swan s again bought a truck. Had no AC onone side took it in and. Still the same then again and the same so sad to say Ill fix it on My own. The mechanic there was very nice. But that all he could do give them O Star
