Swarovski in Albany County

Made a return on April 18th and was told it possibly wouldn’t work because the return was put in manually. I originally purchased with cash and put the remaining balance on my card. Instead of refunding it in the same way, the employee attempted to put it all back onto my card. She gave me the store number and told me to call in a few days if it did not appear on my bank statement. I gave it 3. days and called and was told to give it a few more days, even though there was no pending transaction on my bank for the return. I then called a few days after that and was told they were aware of my situation and that on there end, it says the return would be completed that day or the next day. It has now been several days since that last conversation and still no return. I called the store yesterday and was told they would look into it??? And then was told the manager is out of office and they were not sure when she would be back in but assured me that someone would get in contact with me. I still have not heard from anyone. Every time I call the store I have to call 3 times before someone answers. I am very frustrated with this situation as it has been almost 3 weeks since my return and I still have not received my money back for an expensive purchase and have been offered no resolution - just to keep waiting. I expect someone to get in contact with me ASAP

Im in ❤️ with the staff, store, and merchandise. Swarovski takes really good care of its customers and they have wonderful product guarantees. Ive shopped everywhere but have found that Swarovski 💎 💍 has the best quality/value combination. Super chic designs too! 💛💛💛
