Sami helped me replace my hail damaged Tarago with an Estima for my business. Its a great car, runs well and the interior and exterior are in mint condition, and well priced with legitimate odometer reading. Sami is trustworthy - I highly recommend him if youre buying a Japanese import.

Despite my want to buy from Sami, it was not to be due to Covid and stock issues. This did not stop him from helping me get the right car and look after me once I had bought it. I recommend Sydney City Traders all the time when people ask me about my Delica. Great guy with great cars.

The Toyota 2004 Estima Aeras S is a dream to drive, and because of her small stature she has a panoramic view from the comfort of the drivers seat, which was an unexpected surprise. I had a very good experience buying my Japanese imported Cube from Sami at Sydney City Traders. He is a patient man and answered all my questions and is still helping me with a few minor enquiries. His garage is very clean and looks well organised and he has helpful staff.

I just bought estima from them.i confessed they very nice BUT only before they got your money.its began when the reverse camera doesnt goes very well.and sami told me its from after market.so just dont expected it will perfect.and the time paperwork need to handed to RMS,i and my husband asking the wife.DO WE NEED TO PAY ANYTHING AT RMS?she told me.no.nothing to pay.a few time we asked and weve got the same answer.NO.JUST GIVE TO THE RMS,IT FOR FREE.and just 2days a go i went to RMS,they asking me to pay the GOV. STAMP DUTY.then i called them to clarify,then i just realised that how they doing the business.i argue with them for nothing.they doesnt to confessed even say sorry.how can i cheating on this.i am a buyer.not a seller.sorry to say,but if you have time and choices,better go to the other dealer who will clarify for all details.even the sound sytem boy,very rude.

The Delica D5. Awesome car and this one is super clean and impressive. Looks like a an older Japanese family took care of this D5 like it was their baby. People have asked if it was a new car but its 10 years old! Looks nothing like a 108 KM car in Australia, not only is it clean, it looks like it has never even been dirty! It was a 4.B at auction which is the way to go. So clean and new. Sami was a great help and honest and easy to deal with. CEVA delivery was slow and kinda expensive but that is COVID TBH. Want a clean D5? Sami is your man, he is a man of his word. When he says good condition, non smoking and no rust. Thats what you get.

Sami was extremely patient and answered all the million questions I had throughout the purchase. I already had faith in him, but it was when I actually pulled out of the purchase and seeing how professionally and respectfully he handled the situation - I felt even more comfortable with how he does business.I took a few more days to look at other vehicles but they were all sub par compared to the immaculate ones there on the floor, so I ended up coming back and going through with the original purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I purchased a vehicle from here which had existing issues. After multiple times taking it into their nominated mechanic the first issue was finally resolved however as this was a work vehicle I ended up thousands of dollars out of pocket. A few months later I got hit with an issue that would have been picked up had they bothered to check the vehicle properly. After sales care does not exist! Terrible dealership which just confirms the old saying.....never trust a used car dealer. This has put me off ever wanting to purchase another vehicle from any used car dealership.This dealership does not check their vehicles they sell and dont care what happens to the buyer after the car has left the dealership.If you buy from here you will not get a good deal and a vehicle that will break down sooner than you expect!!NEVER AGAIN!!
