Lisa is great. She answers promptly and I have been very happy with the customer service, quality and transition. She is kind and communicative. I have had zero issues with this shop and it is always my first go to.

They can be condescending. Shop anywhere else!

Unhelpful, very rude and harrassing.Kept texting & calling me threatening me because she said I yelled at her for not knowing how much fragrance to use. I never yelled & she kept trying to fight w me until I had to contact the police after repeated threats. Unbelievable.
