Its true that the interior is very beautiful, but the service was horrible. We waited for 20 minutes for a simple cocktail, a coffee and tea although there were only 4 or 5 customers. Besides, the waiter seemed too busy chatting with other people.

I highly recommend this place. It was really cheap! We paid only €6.90 for a bagel with egg paste and fresh vegetables. Fresh orange/grapefruit juice and coffee were included in the price. We also received free water. Everything was super tasty and the coffee was delicious. The waiter with glasses and long beard was extremely nice! Loved the place!

Absolutely breathtaking space. Definitely one of the best places Ive ever seen a cafe in. Definitely recommend a visit. Coffee or homemade lemonade also good quality 👍

Beautiful historic building with good use right now. However, the atmosphere in it was destroyed for us by unpleasant staff. We waited until the waiter arrived so long, and when he arrived and we finally ordered, we waited for about 30 minutes to get two drinks. Just two drinks. I have no problem to wait and I understand his work, but this waiter served other guests who came after us and brought them drinks and cakes and to us he didnt even look. After this experience, we didnt wait for drinks and left, Get better staff and it will be a nice place.

Beautiful interior, loved the atmosphere! One of the nicest café houses I have been.The service however has been absolute disaster. There was no system and we were waiting for our coffees over 20 minutes while customers that came after us got served in the meantime. When we asked nicely if they have forgotten about us the waitress ( a blond girlmade sure we regret we dared to ask. She served the coffee with such an aggression that even spilled the water all over the table and left without cleaning it or apologizing. We were respectful customers I dont believe we deserved that treatment.I would love to visit the place again but would ask the management the address the issue.

Beautiful cafe located inside historical building which used to be synagogue. Atmosphere inside is very distinc - Jewish symbolism on frescoes, various paintings and photographs displayed, theres lots of books everywhere. Extremely nice staff. Chocolate cake and coconut cheesecake were bomb. Salty caramel late was also great.

This coffee shop is amazing! The interior has a very calming vibe, the old Jewish paintings give it almost a surreal atmosphere.Cafe offers a variety of coffees, teas, drinks, snacks and munchies.They have a small selection of cakes, too.I love the private seating areas with mini libraries, separated from the rest of the cafe by see through glass doors.The loose teas are very tasty, I highly recommend them.

Good coffee ,great lemonades, beautiful interior in historical synagogue in Trnava city center but service very slow. There is like 7/8 people behind the bar and another 2 guys are waiters, why? We waited for coffee like 20 minutes. 🤨 This is not first review that mentions slow service. Guys change it !!

decent coffee and cake,but slow service.it looked like only one person was working,however there was a whole platoon of them inside.stuff after previous guests left on the tables...nobody checked covid vaccination,tests or a confirmation of recovery.one would say pubs,restaurants and cafes would be happy lock down is over and try their best to make their visitors come back again.not the case with this one...still has a sentimental value for me and my gf,so mandatory 3 stars

It is very beautiful inside. It is an oldy synagog converted to a cafe, but still it is possible to see that it is a synagogue. The prices are good, the staff is working a little bit slow. It has a nice garden, too.

Interior is unique and in terms of the history of Trnava has been preserved with a great deal of respect. Service is polite, pleasant, and quick. Plenty of room inside and out. Could benefit from an increased service offering (more items on the menubut my experience here has been positive. Would visit again.

Disappointed this time. Waiting for pancakes for over 45 minutres, as there was too many orders. then waitresses were bringing pancakes to all other desks, but not to us.. trying to make them aware they forgotten and they believed this is ok, as they are working on it. Then we left frustrated.

This place is the must visit when in Trnava. Despite amazing interior, where you can just sit, sip coffee and stare for hours, youll also get great coffee and desserts. If you are not driving, I recommend to try Espresso Martini with chocolate cheesecake (which tastes a little bit like Termix, which is a good thing for me), its a mighty combo.

Beautiful cafe - one of the most interesting and beautiful cafes in Slovakia, if not central Europe. The cappuccino I had was delicious and prices were reasonable. Really hope the management will keep up the good services and quality level. Will definitely return again!

Im so happy that my friend showed me this beauty hidden in the town. Apart from good coffee and innovative lemonades I was totally overwhelmed by its interior design. A huge plus was kind staff that has taken a good care of us.

Beautiful work of art. It has been amazingly done up and the way its set out just adds to the beauty. The food and drinks are like any other cafe but they intricate ceiling keeps you from drinking them.

Big caffe place in old building next to synagogue in city center. Coffee is really good, we didnt try cakes. Interior is nicely equipped with historical ceiling and lot of books. Its always busy so prepare to wait a bit if you come in bigger group.

Nice cafe in a renovated former synagogue. Well furnished and comfortable, plus the booths give a little privacy. Not the quickest service but the food is well worth it and the breakfast deal is excellent value. If you like apples, go for the oatmeal and you will not be disappointed, mine had loads in.

Omg this is the most beautiful cafe I have ever seen. I didnt get a chance to eat there, just had a quick look around and it was jaw dropping. This is an amazing use of what would have been a rarely used place of worship. As more and more churches, temples etc. fall out of use this can be a great example of how to keep a space alive.

The place is beautiful, the synagogue was reconstructed in 2010, even though it is coffee bar they did the renovation with great respect to its history. The coffee and deserts are delicious, good service, reasonable prices...

Very nice place created from the old synagogue but the quality of the services are not adequate to this place.Two times our longtime reservations were changed just few hours before event and we got smaller table than we needed.Usually for some events you may also order some anti pasta but dont try it - for that money the quality is inadequate

Great place to enjoy coffee and some homemade lemonades. The venue is amazing with old meeting new style with comfy sofas and great atmosphere.

The venue is amazing, but the service and the drinks themselves were average. They claimed to have "home made lemonade" which was just juice with water... quite disappointing. The waitresses didnt show willingness to answer questions or show interest in us, the customers.

Nice place with charming atmosphere. During week& day its little bit crowded. Staff is nice and welcoming, but on the run. There was a great offer of the cakes, and also few raw. What was a little disappointing for me, that was a coffee. Italian bitter and burned espresso needed sugar, so lost any kind of taste.

Soya milk option! Unsweetened would be better. Try oat milk as well. Beautiful interior, professional and friendly staff and most importantly great coffee 👍 thank you guys!

Love it! Beautifully restored and converted into a café offering coffees, drinks/cocktails, and limited menu (try the bagel breakfast combo with various spreads for €4.80). The painted ceilings, comfortable upholstered chairs and sofas, and soft music made it easy for us to turn a short stop into a lazy afternoon drinking coffee. There are numerous outlets available for charging your devices as you use the fairly fast wifi, as well old books and odd bits lining the shelves. There are glass walls separating the sides of the café (where the sofas arefrom the center (where the tables and chairs are), and while one reviewer thought they were ugly, I found it to be a great solution for dampening noise and creating more coziness while still allowing for views of the gorgeous interior. This is easily the most interesting, beautiful, and cozy coffee shop/café weve ever been to. You must stop here!

Ive been to dozens of countries and hundreds, if not thousands, of cities in my travels, and Ive never found a more wonderful coffee house than this one.The building is beautiful. Theyve remodeled, decorated, and set up the inside superbly. The furniture creates different zones: everything from couches and plush chairs for lounging, tables for business or general laptop use, to chess board tables. Bookshelves separate many of the subdivisions.The coffee is quite good (try the flat white with coconut milk). The music is pretty good as well and played at a perfect volume which is easy to listen to or ignore and have a conversation (the things people used to do before smartphones were invented).Service is fantastic. No problems with English. They dont overly bother you when you just want to relax even if youve only ordered one drink and been there three hours.Most of the food offerings end at 10 on weekdays and noon on weekends.More than worth a trip; worth going out of your way.

A very interesting café set in a former synagogue in the historical centre of Trnava. The place has great atmosphere and good coffee. The service was quite slow at the time, but we didnt mind, had a nice chat in this very good-looking place.

Had a very pleasant experience here. Highly recommend to have coffee / food here and use the space for a work session or meeting. I like the architecture and repurposing of the building. The only thing that was ugly and not fitting were the glass walls inside - get rid of those!

Waited 15 minutes without any notice from waitress, they didnt even bring us menu, we took it ourselves. When I told her that we want to order, she came 8 minutes later. Without any apology. Other people were served in 6mins. We left after 40 mins without having our coffee. I told waitress that we are leaving. She didnt even care.
