T-Mobile in Wake County

If I could give an extra 5stars for superb customer service I would!! Charlese and Areana are both knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help you. I walk out of the Zebulon, NC store beyond happy with my new phone.

I went here for home internet service but unfortunately it was not a good fit for our home. However, I am giving this store and this team (Areana and Charnece5 stars for my experience. From the first time I went in to get the internet box to the time I return the box, Areana was awesome! She has the most pleasant and positive vibe/attitude and I have the feeling that she really loves what she does. She made both transactions a smooth one for me. She went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I would recommend any T-Mobile customer visiting this store to ask for Areana or Charnece for assistance. Areana is definitely a jewel to work with! Areana and Charnece, please keep up the great customer service!

Great service best ever in my whole spring time

I am posting this review because I had a very good experience with the technician this morning at the Zebulon store. The young lady was very willing to help to solve the problem that I had. She went the extra mile to insure that my phone was working properly. She was friendly and very knowledgeable as to what she had to do. Thanks Zebulon you guys are the best, signed another happy customer.

I havent consulted with a better service provider she Glenis Diaz always check to see if everything is alright with me and my phone I love it when this office is open.

Glenis and Demetra works really well with customers and are very straightforward. I would recommend a lot of people to come and visit them in your local Zebulon Sprint store.

She was so patient with us here along with my 5 year old son chatting it up the whole time. It took three hours but it was a great experience for sure!

The service was very straightforward. The spirit worker definitely is used to working with stupid people or people who dont know what theyre doing. But she was great in helping me through the process as fast as possible.

My husband and I went in with our 3 year old to get myself a new phone. First I was very happy with how helpful and welcoming both Roger and Glenis were. I was blown away I was actually able to get the account in my name as well, as my credit hasnt always been the best 😐 anyway, we were there for awhile and they both were very friendly and we were all talking like we had known each other for years. I left with my NEW phone and they transferred EVERYTHING from my old one to the new one. Amazing customer service and amazing deals. If your looking for a new phone/service go check them out!

Love the Zebulon store! Went to the Knightdale store yesterday and they were not helpful at all. Just trying to sell me on items that were not needed and not trying to help or LISTEN to the questions I was asking. So, I went to the Zebulon store today and Amelia was AMAZING! She was so helpful, listened to my questions, ANSWERED them + helped me better understand my plan and figure out what was best for my situation. So pleased with this store and the service that was provided!
