A few years ago I would have never considered T Mobile. But now they have better service than Verizon where I live & the staff here made it painless to add a couple more lines to the account. They make sure youre getting the best options. It took longer than it did to buy my truck, but they saved me $. Highly recommend the staff here.

While waiting in store it was busy and the employees were great. Customer was getting mad and yelling 1 worker defused the situation and no bad vibes. 5 🌟

I had a bad experience with the assistant manager who prejudge us. He was rude and disrespectful and left us not wanting to join T-Mobile. If I had a way to report him, I would.

Came in to replace a stolen iPhone11. Ken S couldnt have been more helpful! Got my son all setup quickly, while offering helpful tips. Excellent service!

The service counter folks were very very helpful. Knowledgeable too. The issue was there were no phones there nor in the surrounding area of the phone I wanted. Tried another style and still no luck. They said due to the time of year was the issue. Oh well not their fault. Just be awhile longer until I can get a phone. Disappointed with TMOBILE not the store!!

The most Awful experience at this store yesterday (09/20/2020). I walked in and was greeted and asked what brought me into the store, I explained that I was looking to upgrade/purchase a new tablet. The lady behind the counter explained no problem I will be right with you after I finished up with another customer. Waited over an HOUR, then when it was my turn. Oh I am sorry we dont have any tablets in this store. WHAT, you could not tell me that before, I waited over an hour for you to finish up with the other customer. Not to mention the manger was in the back and never came out to help either myself or the customers that came in after me. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a T-Mobil Store. NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. THIS STORE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT AND ASSOICIATES OR TO BE SHUT DOWN.

I came into get a new phone and service plan and was in and out quick and pain free, Eddie really very straightforward and professional and exceeded my expectation on getting my set up with the phone I wanted.

I had a very good experience for going to the Enola t mobile for first time. It was easy and quick. They were kind and funny. I had a good time getting my new Note 10 plus 5g. I would go again

Being with T-MOBILE for 10 Years. I Decided to stop in The Enola Store with my wife to find out what they Had on new Phones. Both of us interested in the i-phones. No one else in the store and was no phone calls. anyways the Guy behind the counter asked if he could help us. i told him were interested in knowing more about plans and phones. he asked for my phone number. he typed it into the system. He said yes you have been with us since 2010. and that was it. never said another word to us. we spent 20 minutes looking at phones by our selfs.he just stands behind counter typing on his phone. Have been in this store before and have bought phones from there. This time was treated like they did not want or care to sell us anything.10 years and never once late on a payment. guess its time to look else where for a new carrier

Went to this store instead of the mall since the mall location is always a long wait. Walked in and the 2 gentlemen in the store helped us immediately. In and out in under a half an hour! I took 1 star from the review not for the store itself but for the fact tmobile only stocks stores with expensive models of phones and never any of the less expensive models they display on the sales floor.

Phone and service is great but the speed of my hotspot is a lot slower than the 3G speed that is stated.Download 0.10 Mbps. 😥Upload 0.70 Mbps. 😥But on my phone,Download 33.7 Mbps. 😁Upload 15.7 Mbps. 😁
