Been with tmobile 20 years. This lady 1 1/2 years been too frustrating w tmobile store staff doing their job. I guess if u can operate a phone you can do their paperwork and repairs for tmobile.

These folks usually do a great job. Do your research before you visit and you can help them help you. This location can get busy. Try not to take up parking spots for the other businesses.

Jean Shaw was so very nice, he helped us with our phone plan, and purchasing of a new iPhone, working with the manager who was also very nice, Jean went above and beyond, making sure we were getting the best price, he is so professional, knowledgeable, making time to stop and answer questions for his customer who stopped in, and did it with ease. We also came back to purchase an iPhone case from Jean because we trust his recommendations, we now come here for all of our mobile phone needs, the entire staff is always friendly and welcoming even though they can get very busy, I definitely would recommend this location to friends and family!!

I took my mom here to get her on my plan, her old phone was junk and through straight talk! The representatives Larry, Justin and Jamie were absolutely wonderful. They made the afternoon very eventful and never once made us feel like a burden even when my moms old phone wouldn’t cooperate! They greeted us immediately when we walked in and was very patient. I highly recommend this store and the representatives. Although we’re probably not allowed back after my wife set all the display phones to go off for after we left!

Save your time just call customer service. If you have to go in store DO NOT RECOMMEND, just use another. Almost everything the manger told me about my account was wrong. Said I still owed on accessories and phone which was false. He is lazy and lied about options I had when I asked customer service if it was possible. Also put my monthly at $60 more than stated by customer service.

Very rude and confrontational. Not helpful. Was told fixing my phone was a favor to me. Not true it’s a service I pay for with my contract. I have been sprint customer for many years. Have had 2 very bad issues in last few months at this location. Very poorly managed!

My agent Jamie Doty helped me out by staying an hour over to get my phone switched to something cheaper and was nothing but nice the whole time. I know a lot of people would have been annoyed and even if she was she did a great job not showing it.

Awful lies about what bill should be ask for explanation, cant even pull up your account. About 50-60 over what was told on 5 line. Paid off all 4 phones after flex lease. Billed for 323 in Oct. Paid 267 and 257 back to back months when told my bill should drop 50 dollars. Call to cancel, tried to get me to upgrade, when made aware 100% wanted to cancel. Then corporate argued over what I was billed when I have the payment auto-withdrawed. And have it removed from my account already. Would never recommend to anyone.

Horrible customer service. The manager there Justin was extremely rude. When I commented on how appalling his behavior was, he said he could do whatever he wanted because it was a privately owned store. Avoid this place! Go to a true corporate sprint store. I have been a sprint customer for almost 20 years. I have never been treated so badly by any retail worker anywhere!Justin thought he could hold my phone that I paid for and not give it to me (because again it was a private store and he could do whatever he wanted without repercussion or fear of reprisal). He thought he could bully me by yelling and pocket my phone. It is clear that he literally thought he was untouchable. As a prior military service member, intimidation doesnt scare me. I called the police and sprint corporate to help take care of it. It is absolutely ridiculous that I had to do that, for what should have been a very simple transaction. True sprint corporate was very helpful and gave me financial compensation for surviving their emotional trainwreck of an employee (third party representativeand the local police were very helpful in offering to give me a police escort, to ensure I would be successful in picking up my bought and paid for phone. I will also be reporting this location to the better business bureau. With the hoards of negative reviews on Google for this store....and mostly over the emotional or attitude problems of the employees....it is clear they need to make some drastic staffing changes.

This place is HORRIBLE. We have been trying to give them there horrible phones back for 30 days now. We have tried to call corporate we have done everything. And they still eat take their phones back. We had their service for not even 7 days and went back to the store. They are trying to make us pay a restocking fee of $45 per phone. But the Sprint has a 30 day NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY. They are worse than used car salesmen. DO NOT GO WITH SPRINT WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD

Liars, thieves, money hungry people... keep raising my bill and cant give me an actual explanation or reason why. Customer Service keeps saying theres nothing they can do, only got 2 lines and Im paying more then what my car payment is. Once my phones are paid off Im switching companies, and never will I recommend them to anybody ever again. Me and my wife has been nothing but loyal customers for 2 1/2 years, never missed a payment or have been late on one even if it was higher then before. Terrible place -10 out of 10 would be the rating I would give them.

stopped by to make a payment. and there was an older gentleman that walked in as well. He was def and needed help with a phone and they had no idea to help in. the girl come up to the desk and was laughing with the other co worker. BOTH OF YOU YOUNG KIDS SHOULD BE FIRED. OVER THAT. TUESDAY 1130.

Terrible Customer Service. I ordered a watch from them and put a $400 down payment. They delivered the watch to the wrong location. The watch was luckily rejected at the address it was sent to. I fought with them for a month to get a refund (which I still havent received). They said they had put in a request for a refund which would come as a check, which they said would be delivered in 14 days. Its been 20 so I called to see what was going on, and after calling customer care it turns out they never even sent in the request for a refund.These people have no idea what theyre doing, took my money and gave me the runaround. Dont order anything from them, they will steal your money and give you the runaround.

Customer service at this store is awful. I was told I would be given a credit and when I recieved the bill the credit wasn’t on my bill, so I called customer service thinking it was a billing error. Nope, come to find out I wasn’t eligible for the credit. So I was promised a credit I wasn’t Eligible for in order to upgrade our phones. And we spent several hours in the store making sure that all of our information was transferred to our new phones (we have lefties before and nothing transfer and lost all data I wasn’t doing this againIf I would have known this in store I would have never changed phones. customer service would not help me so I was patched through to the store. I spoke with Larry the assistant store manager, I was upset about being on the phone with customer service for an hour at this point and was trying not to get upset with him. However when explaining the situation my tone apparently had gotten too “hostile” for him and he proceeded to tell me how I do not need to speak with him in that way. I told him I was not trying to be “hostile” with him but was upset about the situation and had an attitude but in no way did I feel like I was being “hostile” as he put it. After going back and forth about “proper phone Etiquette, he told me that he would contact the account executive and be in touch with me on a specific day even if just to update me. I thanked him and we got off the phone. The day came and passed with no call. I waited another day and still no call. On the 3rd day I called and spoke with an associate who informed me that he was not in nor was the store manager and took my name and number. Then further asked me to explain why I was calling I did not feel it necessary to give the whole story but he insisted. Then he tried to explain that he probably just hasn’t heard anything from the account executive and I explained that is not what he said he told me I would hear from him regardless on that date. He proceeded to tell me I did not need to be “hostile” he was just explaining. Again in no way was I being hostile, yelling or cursing, I too was just explaining. This seems outrageous to me that I am being told I’m being hostile when all I want is for them to fix their mistake and own up to what they have done. But it appears they are not willing to do so, so they make me out as the bad person. Guess it’s time to find another provider.

My start was good but wen I wanted to upgrade to business accounts to set up with Google Microsoft and other technology companies the manager was taking his way with accessing in my phone with out asking me or working with me. Now I have no service for phone to set up Business. So they suck.

I was at the sprint store today and had an awful experience. The young lady that helped me was very pleasant. Steve the manager on the other hand was rude. He was very demining to the young lady. He was short and didnt want to stop what he was doing to enter in his manager number in the computer so she could adequately do her job. He was rude from the minute she begun to help me. He didnt want to take my lease phone even though my contract was up and I had already purchased another phone. I believe he didnt want the extra paperwork. He told me how much faster and easier it would be for me to to send it back myself. Dont care! Just take the damn phone. Hope his attitude toward customers and his employees change very quickly.

We had a fantastic experience! I can only recommend this place. We had to transfer 4 phones along with sd cards he answered all our questions took the time to make sure we understood everything. Ask for Patrick.

I put one star because there is no zero. They told us if we switch to their plan they will give us up to 650 dollars depending on how much we owe verizon on our device on one line. They did not even give us half of what they said they would give us even though they said based of our verizon bill we should get 635

This place isnt even a real Sprint store , just a place that sells Sprint stuff . They are rude, unhelpful, unintelligent and dont care about you or the service they represent . Drive to Easton town center and go to the real deal. Walked right in ,with my phone the lancaster store refused to acknowledge as having a problem , and they checked it out and sent me a new one. I hope the employees of the lancaster store read this, I hope Sprint reads this, I hope they shut this embarrassment down and blacklist every employee in that store from ever working for Sprint again
