T mobile messed up our account, added (and charged fora new number we never wanted and "gave" us a "free" phone that we still are paying for. Then after my identify was stolen in their data breach they offer zero support- not even a person to talk to- just a letter that says it was stolen.

We were told we could choose any iPhone for buy 1 get 1 free only to find out for the second time this was untrue and it was buy 1 get one $700 off. T-Mobile has done this to us twice saying one thing and then the bill comes back higher. Very unpleased how they try to sell things to their customers and lie about it. This never happened when I was with AT&T or Verizon before.

I went in for a transfer pin to switch to metro. The man working there was super rude and told me we don’t do transfer pin. Then when I said well this isn’t working he looked up at me and said why all rude. I left angry and frustrated. Do not go here

I came here recently because I heard Sprint customers can get the upgrade to iPhone 13. I was helped by Luis O, he was an awesome help in getting me set up and he also put the screen protector on my new iPhone 13 and did a phenomenal job of it. I highly recommend this place.

Had nothing I needed in stock, first internet receiver did not work then second one was not in stock so went back to pick up and lost all paperwork and had to wait for them to receiveit into their system. Spent 3 to 4 hours in the store in 3 days. Every time I have to come here its a 20 minute drive so not happy at all!

Asked for advice in selecting a new phone. I wanted one specific feature and was assured multiple times that the phone they had in stock was compatible with that feature. Get home and guess what? The phone is not compatible with the *only* feature I asked for. Terrible knowledge about the products theyre selling. Am not going to pay a restocking fee for being lied to.

Bad customer service at this place from Adrian the agent working there. I approached for my issue and he has a bad and risen attitude. He looks mad and rude. I left the store unhappy with his bad service. I will never go there again. I am a long term customer with this company and he don’t appreciate it. I don’t appreciate this bad experience. This T-Mobile store in Ogden is by far the best store we have visited. The Staff is so helpful, professional and courteous. One Staff Member in particular, her name is Carolina, has been incredibly awesome during our many visits to her store. My girlfriend is from Korea, and English is her second language; moreover, she isnt very "technically-minded."Carolina has gone WAY over the top, in helping my girlfriend set up her account, transfer and upgrade her phones, install and modify various applications, assist with passwords and helped her with so many other technical challenges she encountered. We are grateful for Carolina, and the entire Team at this T-Mobile store, in the WinCo shopping center in Ogden.

Franco was really helpful through the entire process, even when the WiFi wasn’t working so my data wasn’t transferring! My only suggestion is that T-Mobile, as in corporate, make sure their stores have the WiFi capability to do what they need to do so that employees don’t have to shoulder the blame for something that’s totally out of their control.

Store associate lied to my girlfriend about being able to add a new phone to an existing Sprint account!Said we had to switch to Tmoble and start a new plan just so that he could get his commission.2 weeks later Tmoble called asked if we wanted a free line!!!Dont go to this store unless you dont mind getting ripped off for their commission!!!

Months ago one of the sales associates gave us a buy one get one free... or so we thought. Through talking with many people we come to find out that promotion had actually ended when the sales person "gave" it to us. Our bill is now to high and NOBODY will do anything about it. The manager seems to rarely, if ever, be in the store and WILL NOT call us. This is a perfect example of untrained people screwing someone over and the manager not taking any responsibility. Tmo customer service cant do anything except tell us to talk with the manager... but we can never get a hold of the manager. So now months later we are calling to get the money comped every month and still trying to get the manager to contact us. Will not be buying anything from this store again.

I went to the store to purchase 3 phones for my family. They were very busy for a Sunday afternoon, but I received excellent customer service. Bri and Alex both helped me out with my purchase and they were amazing. They were warm, friendly, and professional. I am going to send all my friends and family to this location. As a bonus they speak Spanish if necessary.

Associate was very nice at first, all I was trying to do was activate a new line, manager by the name of Luis tells me I have to pay the activation fee, sim card fee, & then 55$ for a new line. How? Why? His answer; "because I havent been with tmobile for a year" so bringing in my own phone & activating a new line to my existing account I would have to pay 85$ I called customer service & they advised me that is wrong, they took off the 55$, waved the activation & sim card fee & pretty much gave me a free line along with an Apology & is filing a formal complaint to the employees of this tmobile store.

I recently went in to get a couple new phones because of the S10e promotion. My phone was on the fritz and my wife had a damaged screen. I knew they would push the screen protector and case on us. I told the guy who helped us (identified himself as the managerI would just order them online from Amazon at a fraction of the price. I even asked him if the phones had gorilla glass, he said they didnt. Outright lie or total lack of product knowledge. To be fair, he did give us a break on the cases. However, I dont like being lied to. When he asked about insurance I declined, said I didnt need it. I called the corporate office and sure enough it had been added to our plan on my phone. The more I think about it the more frustrated I am. I work in retail. It takes a lot to aggravate me as I have pretty thick skin. I called the store and a manager in training offered to make it all good. Havent gone in yet but whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. This is the only time in six years of being with T-Mobile that I have had a bad experience.

Service was great. Was there tooooooo long. It Always takes to long. And my kids were so stir crazy they were trying to tear up the store. But the customer service guy was great. Friendly even through my wife complaining overtly about the service, phones, updates that screw up your phones..... So all in all we were taken care of but it wasnt fun. It never is.

All of the team members were very helpful. I had to go back 3 times because I was transferring 8 different lines and didnt have them all together. Different work schedules. But everything went smoothly even with the different days to complete it all. Bonus it cut my bill in half!

Very poor service for two days in a row they tried to charge me 320 to add a line to my account that I have had for over 3years and already have two lines on it and also I was paying cash 500$ for a band new phone. So I told them never mind on the adding a line and just bought the phone. Then the next day I get a text saying thanks for adding the line and charged over 300$ to my bill. Then was rude about taking it off. Very poor service every time I go in to store. And their phone service has gone way down hill!! Im going to switch carriers.....

It seems like you never get to compliment Cell Phone sales people or Cell Phone companies. BUT I have never been treated so nicely before!!! My phone broke this week and this store and all their workers went out of their way to help me. I cannot recommend them enough. You always hear about bad experiences, but this was literally the BEST customer service I have ever received. I hope you all go to the T-Mobile store on 12th street near Wall St. Everyone was great to work with but extra praise to Hector and Austen! Thank you for turning a frustrating situation into one where I felt like someone cared and was trying to help! I have never seen employees or a company try so hard to help and be so accommodating. Also, big shout out to Brie Calvert she has done amazing things with these T-Mobile teams! I should add that I have gone to every single phone company this week and hands down T-Mobile blew the rest out of the water.

Went and bought two tablets on 8/20/2017 from sales rep 9363752 and they have one of my tablet in but they said that the other one had to be shipped because they didnt have it in stock so I agreed to go ahead and do that because she said it would ship within 2 days and that I would get a confirmation number letting me know that will be shipping within a couple hours after ordering it I waited a couple days for confirmation number nothing came so I went into the store and lady said oh it was shipped so I called tmobile today on 8/24/17 and they said its on backorder and they do not know when it will be shipped so I go back into the store thinking I can cancel the order and just get more of and expensive tablet and a separate lady told me she cant do anything just want to let people know do not get anything shipped to you if they do not have it in stock do not get it because they actually dont know if its actually going to be shipped on the date that says on the paper

I went in to the store to add a phone line for $10, an employee told me that I had to upgrade to a higher cost plan in order to add a line. I refused to upgrade cause it would increase my monthly bill by $35. I went home and called T- Mobile, they added my extra line for the $10 with no upgrades on my existing plan. VERY DISHONEST EMPLOYEES!

I dont normally post reviews but this has been my worst experience with this store. Long story short, an employee upgraded my phone without checking my previous phone. I come back to this store once my new phone arrives and they say its damaged and cannot be accepted. But its supposed to be T-Mobile company policy to check phones first before trade ins and now Im screwed with having to pay to get an old phone fixed just so I can trade it in. Manager was absolutely no help either and accusatory of me saying that she cant verify the employee didnt check it.THIS STORE IS RETAIL AND NOT AN ACTUAL T-MOBILE. GO TO RIVERDALE THE CORPORATE STORE IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Really terrible experience! I bought a phone here, Samsung 7, been having problems since day one. SD card was the latest. Person at the counter said it was no good and i needed a new one at $30. I told him i just got the phone a few months ago and he said it was too late and they didnt have that one anymore because it was an 8g. I asked to speak to the manager and she got snippy. Seemed like she was having a bad day, we all have em. I was told i could go ahead and take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely horrific customer service to the point of blatant lying and deceit. I never have been treated so disrespectfully by their "manager", Jeff. Never agree to anything unless you are 100% sure of what you are signing, no matter how appealing and promising they make it out to be. Very pretentious, arrogant service from that man that I would never wish upon any fellow customers. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from any T-mobile locations operated by this clown, unless you are willing to fork out hundreds and countless hours of lost time trying to resolve HIS mess ups. Jeffery, you are a very, very terrible person and I am completely in awe at your ability to retain a professional job with your very unprofessional demeanor.

This is probably your worst choice for a T-Mobile retail location. They are understaffed and the two people there dont know what they are doing while a dozen customers wait in line. My SIM card stopped working. Over the phone I was told come get a replacement, for free. After waiting in their ridiculous line this kid tried charging me 20+ dollars for the SIM card. I walked out obviously irritated, went to the Harrisville store and had a free working card in 5 minutes. I highly recommend avoiding this location.
