T-mobile inside the Mall at Stonecrest... I was very impressed with the assistance I received. Courtney answered all my questions and even made a few suggestions based on what they thought would work for me. They were patient and patience is everything in customer service. Knowledge of the product and services was excellent!

I visited the store because my Samsung Flip 3, that I ordered direct from Samsung months ago and not T-Mobile, blue screened and froze on a screen saying that an update was in progress - for 2 hours. The store was scheduled to close at 8pm. I showed up at approximately 7:40 pm. I wasnt expecting a miracle with my late arrival. At best, I was hoping the store wasnt too crowded and that someone could open my phone and pull the battery to reset. At minimum, I was hoping to be able to drop off my Flip 3 for repair, then find an employee to help me forward new calls and texts from my frozen phone to my spare phone. Well, the store was crowded but the staff on duty pulled though. Despite the crowd, I was acknowledged and welcomed when I entered. There was no sign in sheet nor was I asked to pull a number, but they seemed to have a team knowledge of where I stood in the queue. Somehow 3 different associates got involved in helping me quickly fix the problem. Luckily my battery completely died while in the store, so that killed the frozen issue. One associate that was very familiar with this sort of problem on the Flip 3 (or Samsung in generalwalked me to an available charger and assured me that the total battery drain and quick recharge would be all I needed. She was right. All 3 associates were able to bounce off of each other to get me fixed up and answer other questions I had about my specific phone. They BEAT my expectation!
I went to the store for assistance and received the best of help from Fe Johnson, this young lady went above and beyond helping me and every other person that came into the store. She was handling me and several other people as they came in for payment assistance and help with their phones without neglecting me during the process. She is a very talented customer service person and t-mobile should be proud to have her. I say kudos to this lady and may she continue to conduct herself above and beyond her talents. The service on the other hand has been horrible wish I was back with sprint

This store never has any stock of accessories.. The people that work here are not even knowledgeable of anything technology related.. Only good for paying your bill here. Worthless store...

It was ok. Just make sure you do your research first on the phone youre looking for before going into the store. Dont be misinformed. But other than that the representatives were nice.
Went there yesterday to buy a phone 10 minutes before the store close was already in the store waited online, then came to find out they cannot sell me a phone or help me because they are closing in 5 minutes, that the worse excuses I ever herd..
I went in to the mall location to have my SPRINT phone updated on the TMOBILE network. The young lady with dreads told me I needed to go to the Tmobile store outside the mall. I didnt understand the difference. So she scanned a SIM card handed it too me and told me I could update myself. I guess since I wasnt spending money she wasnt interested in helping me. I went too another location and was helped without any issues.
Nijala was outstanding! My wife had a problem with her phone and Nijala took the time to fix the problem all while I was asking a bunch of questions at her. She was patient and understanding all the while, I was very appreciative that she took the time the explain everything I asked.
Double excellent service...could not get my phone updated no matter what...but Nijala sorted it out. This is more than customer service if you ask me..thanks girl you rock!!

I switched from Xfinity to Tmobile last weekend, however i conducted the switch and the Sandhills Location in Columbia South Carolina. The porting process wasnt properly handled and I had to have Tiffany and Kennisha at Stonecrest diagnose my issue. They immediately called customer service and walked them through the issue. I was really impressed because it was near closing time and they stayed late to help me. This kind of service is the reason I returned to Tmobile. Thanks ladies.

Worst service ever! Sales representative Tina is really rude. We asked her few questions and she got frustrated and started cursing, this is not a way to talk to a customer. We are paying for the service, she ain’t giving us anything on her side. If it was possible my rating for her would have been in negative. I don’t mind paying whatever the cost for the service is, but the sales person have to be pleasant while dealing with a customer. I would really appreciate u guys taking this issue in presence!

Yesterday I went to this location to do an upgrade for a phone under my line. Initially when we got there we wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged. Secondly James acted as if he was super annoyed with the questions my stepdad was asking. We were told the wrong price of $150 for “taxes & fees” for the upgrade from James, but once another associate took over she told me the same price I had been quoted over the phone which was $79.99 plus taxes & fees. So they were trying to get us to add on accessories, had I not been there my stepdad would’ve gotten them because he’s so gullible. They were basically talking him into buying the accessories of course for they benefit. So I left and came back to them saying their system went down. So I said I only have a card. James tell me “oh it’s an ATM close by” I tell him I’m not about to take no money out no ATM when I could just go to my bank. So then the lady says I could cash app her the money? So after that I just told them not to even worry about it. I absolutely won’t be returning to this location. I was able to order my stepdads phone online.
I came in to get a upgrade for my daughter phone. Mesha had the absolute BEST customer service. She went over and beyond. She looked at my bill and saved me $205 with the jump on demand. Also she noticed I was paying too much for the plan I had and switched my plan to a cheaper and better plan. If you ever come Tmobile inside Stonecrest Mall ask for Mesha. Thank you so much Mesha!!!

Very upset. I went to the store prior with a phone issue. The guy at the store called me back and asked me to come in so he can take a look at the phone because i told him i couldnt afford the insurance deductible at this time. I got off work drove all the way out there only for him to pull up my account to see if i eligible for a upgrade. Which was discussed initially and prior to me driving out there!! Im pissed with T-mobile!!!!!
We went there to upgrade our phones. Tya and the other young ladies were so very helpful and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Ive experienced not so great service from other stores but this is definitely one of your better stores.
Went to attempt to get my kids phones. Not really a up on customer service. I chose to go to Verizon.
The location inside of the mall is great. Shorter lines and the staff is extremely knowledgeable the got my bill lower and got me a new 7 edge.
