Waited for at least an hour and watched 5 employees walk by me and my wife didnt acknowledge us or even a hi just walked to the back and hid doing i dont know what . No welcome to tmobile or anything horrible horrible customer service the only person that was decent was kenzie . Makes me dread going back to that store for anything and maybe the employees that work there need to take some classes involving how to properly run a customer service based business.

Ive been coming to this location A LOT to fix either my phone screen or just get some stuff done and they definitely hook it up. They are very professional and knowledgeable on this stuff man lol half the time Im like huh ?Thanks to this store for yalls time and sheesh I went in one day they were SLAMMED and they were still so kind and accommodating to my boyfriends family, this gentlemen with shoulder length dirty blond hair was literally getting asked a million questions at a time. Awesome that they can handle this type of pressure and still put a smile on your face cus thats not always easy!!Will be returning soon!

I came into this store on Thursday, after an experience at the Harrisville location that was so bad, I thought about leaving tmobile, who I have been with since 2004. My phone was not holding a charge and I wanted to one try and make sure my pictures were backed up and two see if it can be fixed before purchasing another phone. Chris was the one who welcomed me and looked at my phone. He was able to get it to charge and all I needed was a new charger. He also made sure my pictures were backed up and let my phone charge enough to make it home. He was the sweetest tmobile rep I have had in the almost 20 years I have had service with the company. Chris is a great employee and I will be returning to this location with any issues and purchases.

The best customer service from a phone company I have ever had came from Brett Davis and this location. Outstanding support after another location made a mistake, was not kind, and had no urgency to correct the mistake. Brett listened and genuinely cared about our business. He took the steps to have it resolved quickly and went above and beyond. T-Mobile would have lost our account if it hadn’t been for him. Thank you for the help and the care you gave. Highly recommend this location, and especially Brett!

I was looking to upgrade two of my lines, 1st I went to T-Mobile in Clinton, Ut. The gentleman was not friendly at all, he seemed like he wanted to go home. So I decided to leave and go to T-Mobile in Riverdale, Ut. I was helped by Christopher, he provided excellent customer service, very knowledgeable.

I really love everyone who works there. I ALWAYS get ALL of my questions answered, all of my needs taken care of. Theyre also funny and laid-back (while maintaining a professional demeanor, of courseand make me feel welcome. We actually live closer to a different store, but I go (only a littleout of my way because I love the experience in this store. Thanks, guys.

We had the best experience trading our service over from Verizon. Alex made it clear and easy. He has a great personality and was awesome to work with. He also went out of his way to make sure I got the color of phone I wanted. I thought it was going to be more stressful but the whole experience was really simple thanks to him.

I came in and ordered a iPhone 13 Max Pro- the employee who helped us was very kind and was able to answer a lot of questions.BUT- when the phone wasn’t in stock, I was told to have it ordered to the store. Which was fine, I didn’t ask to verify the shipping address because it was obvious. Well, I checked the shipping address when the tracking became available (3 weeks laterand it showed it was being delivered to the account holders home in CA… Not UT 😬 I was able to call shipping support and spend an hour on the phone to change the address in time.This could have been prevented. The employee should have double checked the shipping address and verified with me. I think he was doing too many things at once and maybe assumed it was all good to go.Let hope I actually get the phone delivered during the holiday rush 🤞🏼

Purchased a screen protector and had it put on by a T mobile employee at the Riverdale store.One week later it began to crack, apparently from my wallet case. I return to the store thinking it would be replaced, because it had not been dropped or abused. I was told it had done its job and was meant to crack, they would not stand behind it. Then I was told for a couple dollars more I could have purchased one that was guaranteed. Would have been nice if I was told that when I purchased the first one.At first I just ask the employee for a screen Procter, she picked it out (T-Mobilebrand. I wasn’t told for a couple dollars more a better brand was available and guaranteed. Help your customers!

Went in to pay off the remaining balance I owed on my phone and instead they guy just made my monthly payment instead. I was the only person in the store. He also put my new screen protector on crooked. Another day another tech wiz kid who doesnt care about doing his job enough to listen to the most basic request from a customer..shocker

I may have had the wrong store, but I feel that you as the owner still did not listen to what I was saying. And again, pushing me to what I I have been doing and waiting my time doing and it not working is my issue. To me its not about wanting to help your customers, its just about money and moving on to the next for the samething. I will not remove my review, and I will not give you a better star number. Regardless of what store, I am a customer. And you being a T Mobile representative you should have wanted to go above and beyond to keep me satisfied.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place blows. Chase lied to my face about having a phone when a Corporate store told me that they still had 2. He tried to get me to buy the more expensive phone. He told me that the other store couldnt know their inventory, which isnt true. I called the other store. It wasnt until we got mad that he said he would have to open the safe.

Went in yesterday to sort out some issues with a new phone set up. Cody helped us out and did a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable. This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this store for service and sales help and both times left happy. Great store! Great people! Very happy!

We had a fantastic experience at this particular location. After bad customer service at two other local locations at two seperate times we came to this one and were very impressed. Sydney and the Manager were fantastic with our somewhat difficult transactions. Will definitely be going back to this location again. Theyll have our business from here on out!

This store is my favorite to come to and I will always come up this one! Every time I come in they are so helpful and kind. I needed to buy a tablet for my son for his birthday and when I got there I noticed my kids had fallen asleep in the car. I called and told them what had happened and I had planned on just asking to get it sorted out through the phone until I needed to come in and pay. Instead, Kara came out, TO MY CAR, told me about promotions and got my tablet ready and everything. I didn’t have to leave my car and my babies got to sleep. That was seriously appreciated and one of the many many reasons I stay with tmobile. The customer service is A1 whether you’re on the phone or in store. Thank you, Kara!!!

Went in for a promotional deal on the internet. The sales here is way to aggressive. They wouldn’t even listen to what we wanted. Kept pushing to the new IPhone 12. I didn’t want that. So I left, I guess their sale team is go big or go home. So we went home. You could’ve had a 10 year Verizon customer switch. Shame on you.I’ve done sales for years, I am incredibly frustrated. Do you know what it’s like to not have a salesman not listen to a single thing you say?Edit: it was the manager Kalston that was rude.

The T-Mobile store has very nice people to help you but T-Mobile as a conglomerate is the worst company to be in. I canceled my phones back in July, they kept billing me and then threatened to take it to collections. They tried to force me to pay two months worth of phone bill when I canceled two months ago. The people you call have no clue what they are doing because I talked to somebody in July, August and September, they all assured me that I wouldnt have to pay anything and at the end of August they sent me a letter saying it was going to collections. It took me an hour at the T-Mobile store and I still ended up paying $38 because they forgot to shut it off. T-Mobile is a worthless company who only wants your money.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for many years now and I have been trying to convince my girlfriend to become one as well because the customer service has always been great. She finally decides to go and switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and sign up for two plans at the Riverdale location. Cody was who helped her but I don’t even think the word “help” can be used because it was more like Cody RUSHED her into deciding what to do and RUSHED her into getting two new phones which wasn’t necessary because the phones that she has are fine and rather new. A password to find my iPhone on one of the phones could not be recalled so instead of Cody being helpful and patient Cody told her to go home and do it at home then said to call back so that they can be activated but no later than 6pm because then he can’t help her which the store closes at 8 PM. Everything Cody did was in a hurry and would walk away when having to wait for her to do anything on her phone. Terrible service for a new T-Mobile customer!!!

My daughter didnt receive the help she needed in one of the other T-mobile stores. I called this one multiple time ahead and spoke to Anna. She was super friendly, super courteous and helped my daughter to move her sims card to her google pixel phone and educated her about it. She went above and beyond.

Went in just to pay my bill. Not one employee acknowledged me or any other customer that walked in after me. It feels that once you buy the equipment they have no use for you,. I know they make their money on selling phones and equipment BUT if they want to keep existing customers they should pay attention to existing customers too. Hey heres an idea, have someone dedicated to taking payments and taking care of existing phone problems. Seriously thinking about changing providers

Walked in and employee just stared at us then said “what do you need” in a bored tone. When we said we wanted to switch to T-Mobile all we got was a monotone “okay”. We asked about a deal they “said sorry it just ended the day before “and that’s all, then walked away. Not helpful or considerate at all!

Twice Ive come in for the galaxy bogo special to this location. First time they screwed up my paperwork and did one as a lease so I didnt get the bogo. Dont know why I went back but the 2nd time the salesman tricked me and charged me for a sim card ($20)that I didnt need the new phones come with them and then 25 for calling tmobile for assistance!! They dont even tell you they will charge you I only found out after the fact!

Called today the new gate mall broke my screen protector putting in on and he well we dont have anymore so he told me I pretty much had to take care of it myself called these guys Jace answered he was super under standing and he had Dani help me man she is great she looked at what they did to my bill and told me they jacked me over made me pay for the 80 for the case and screen cover when it should have been free like they told me Dani called and the store manager told me hed figure it out hopefully it does get figured out i will now only be going here to the riverdale store they are so nice Dani is AWESOME!! Thanks guys

The entire T-Mobile company is crooked and dishonest. I will never again have service with this company. If you have T-Mobile keep a close eye on your monthly bill, they like to randomly add 10-20 dollar fees that they have no way of explaining what they are for. They tried this 3 different times with me and every time I called them on it they pretended it was an accident but wouldnt refund me the money. Then a couple months later the fee would pop back up again in my bill and the same thing would happen over and over. So I dropped them.

I’ve had T-mobile for the last few years and recently switched to Verizon. I went into the Riverdale, UT location today to have my phone unlocked so I could sell it, since I got a new one. The customer service rep was absolutely no help at all and then proceeded to try and make a sell off from me. I was told it would be several days before my phone could be unlocked and that he couldn’t call into customer care to help me. I could go on and on about the negative experience I had here. I called the North Ogden, UT location and spoke with Ty. He was a huge help and got me taken care of in minutes!!! If you want anything accomplished DO NOT GO TO THE RIVERDALE LOCATION, Ty at the North Ogden store will get you helped out in a timely manner. Thanks for the Awesome service Ty!

Today there is 3 workers and tunz of customers. Problem is it has been 45 mins and no employee has completes their sale and moved to the next in line. Several groups of people come in and wait for a few then leave. There is no way for the employees to tell who is next in line, like they do at verizon. It is a bunch of people standing around waitting and getting irritated. i wish i didnt have t-mobile.

I’ve had T-Mobile for YEARS and they have some of the best customer service ever! I especially love this store on Riverdale road and their customer service. These guys were so awesome in helping me upgrade (went from android to Apple which is quite a switch). I now have the best deals I could have ever asked for on all my new tech!!! Thanks again guys! I would 100% recommend this store to everyone I know 😀👍

One of the most knowledgeable storefront staffs Ive found. T-Mobile is always a cut above the other three carriers in my experience of their stores (I left Verizon two years ago and briefly shopped Sprint and ATT and was unimpressed), and this store beats the other T-Mob outlets Ive visited.At least two of the staff remembered me since my last visit about 9 months ago. They reviewed my plan against current offers and helped cut my bill by $10/mo. And while theyre always busy when Ive been there (3-4 times), someone has always gotten to me quickly, unlike Verizons sign in and wait around until called system.I was even offered a bottle of water while browsing!

I came into the store today to trade my note 5 for a iphone 7+. Waited patiently for about 45 minutes for the next available sells person. He greets me looks at the account and tells me Im eligible for an upgrade, goes to the back gets the phone. Starts looking at my note and tells me they cannot trade the phone because I have lost the $5 stylus. Offer no solution, no fee for not having it either pay it off for the new phone or order a stylus they dont carry any in the store! Frustrated after being excited abot getting a new phone only to be turned away for $5. Blows my mind they would ruin a $900 sell over $5!

Tmobile is the best. They are so friendly and eager to tell me about the deals going on. They always save me a bunch of money. Service is great, only a rare instance where coverage slows. Even on road trips my kids are able to Netflix like crazy. The only time our car rides are sane.

This store has been wonderful to my family for over 5 years now. Today was especially excellent. We were promptly greeted by the Manager Sean, even tho they were very busy. Within 2 minutes, we were helped by Associate Shalynn, who went above and beyond to help us with lots of things. We may have spent an 1 1/2 hr in the store but we left with smiles and a Fabulous day!!

My boyfriend and I have been having many problems with our phones. He went into this store after they did a warranty exchange and the phone was even worse then the one he exchanged. When he went into this store, he was told that it "isnt their problem" and that he would have to go to Samsung to fix it. Since he is paying extra each month for T-mobiles warranty, how is it Samsungs issue? He has been having a problem ever since he bought his phone from this store (over a year agoand no one seems to care to help fix the issue. He gets the run-a-round every time he comes to this location. I would not recommend going to this location if you have any issues. He has been dealing with them for over a year and a half now and his phone still does not work correctly. I wouldnt even give this store a 1 star except it wont post unless I do.

Everyone at this store is always helpful! This store is the only T Mobile authorized dealer that I know of. MY family and I only buy for phones from this store. Been with them since 1999. Never wanted to leave. :0)
