Im hearing impaired I went to the store to switch my number to t mobile, the attention was horrible, we asked to please lower the volume of the music because I use hearing aids and the attitude of the girl who attended us and I assume the boss was completely discriminatory and disrespectful . Having a disability does not make you different. Unfortunately we live in a country with lousy customer service and no empathy.

all the people who work in this store are a bunch of clowns, very unprofessional clowns who get money to NOT listen to the client, REPEAT the same information 10 times. The only exception is Devon. This guy gave me his time, gave me a business card, but alas, I cant contact him, as he is on vacation now. Just had a terrible conversation with Michelle from their store just a couple of seconds ago. Who immediately after "Hello" started saying that she cant help me without hearing what I want. It was only after I explained to her that I was recording her voice that she left her hatred for humanity and abruptly changed her selfish attitude, trying to help me. If youre in this store, just call Devon. With the rest of the rude and pathetic employees like Michelle, you will simply waste your time.

Not a good store. First time I went to store, it was closed during the store hours. Next time I was there, store manager tried to sell me new phones slyly instead of doing something to address my signal issues.

This location is terrible. I have been by 3 times in the past 2 weeks trying to get my new phone since I had to switch over and they were not opened 2 of the times the other time it opened up 30 minutes late. Store is supposed to open at 11:00. The one time they finally did open, the employee that helped me, he was awesome.

I ordered a phone for pickup today. I’ve called up to the location 3 times today with no answer. I went to the location, and all of the lights are on but the door is locked. No one is coming to the door. It is 6:30 and their business hours say 8pm. BIG THUMBS DOWN

Went in to buy an iPad air with a keyboard and the staff is just lazy. The sales rep was leaning against the counter with his arms crossed giving one word answers. They would rather hold up the counter than make a sale. I ended up ordering online from Apple. Dont waste your time with this location.

Management and staff were extremely rude and professional as I have every experienced at T-Mobile at any location. They were unflrxible and unwilling to work with clients even though phone support authorized all actions to provide a phone exchange. Said I had to relinquish my phone for a "day or 2" while they transfered data. And they were rude about the whole experience. It is nice when the staff is so imature that they play the "you are dead to me game" nd refuse to discuss the problem with their clients who have been here for over 11 years.

Second visit here since sprint and tmobile merged. Service stios working. Sprint says you need a new sim card. Go to tmobile to get the sim. They say they are getting an error message. They will give you a sum card but you are on your own getting it installed. Asked if they cant call someone to get it straightened out and told there is noone to call. If they cant figure it out, how are we supposed to? This is the opposite of service.

Horrible customer service!!! went to this store to buy two s 21 phones and pay bll. Black girl at door had negative energy as i walk in. i asking about a phone shes going on about a bill i was paying anyway, refused to sell me the phones until i paid a bill. went to best buy paid cash for two phones and no headache. I see why its always empty. she didnt even know her store number to log in wow. stop self hate.

I just wanted to take a minute and say thank you for the continued customer service that I receive from the employees in this store. I have been in the store on numerous occasions to get help with my phone, my tablet, and while trying to connect my speakers that I purchased from the store. They were always happy to help me even if I was not making a purchase, just getting help. Jennifer and Brandon we especially helpful every time. I will continue to visit this store and recommend it to other Sprint and TMobile customers. Thank you for your continued customer service.

I tried to get a screen protector replacement at this store yesterday. The blonde rep that helped me had no idea what she was doing. She said she didn’t have an 11 pro screen protector in the store and put an 11 on my phone thinking it would be the same size. After telling her twice I don’t think She’s putting on the right protector for my phone she said “I know what I’m doing.” She applied a total of two of the same protectors in a blue case on my phone and both times they had bubbles and just didn’t fit the size of my phone whatsoever. As I was leaving she said you can try a different store we don’t have the invisible shield in stock here (which is what I originally paid for when I upgraded my phone). This is also false. I called the store afterwards to see if this was true and it’s not. I left to go to a different store in Durham and they were able to help me easily. This is ridiculous. She couldn’t even tell me what phone I had by looking at it. How are you working at a T-Mobile store and know nothing about phones. She had to open my settings up for me to prove I had an 11pro....you can’t tell by the cameras ?

I must say I hate to ever go to cell phone carrier stores, however, I must say I was greeted and handled by the most wonderful staff ever: Tash, Jennifer, and Ivan. What a wonderful, friendly, upbeat environment that did their best to help me and help everyone that came in along the way. Im so glad I was greeted and had these people and the staff helping me. I will go back to this store anytime. Thank you to all of you!

I had a terrible experience at this location. I was first greeted with an attitude from Natasha D. Who I explained that I needed to upgrade my phone and fix my screen (which meant pay the fee). She instantly said to me "we dont do that here". Which I told her that I had already called to make sure that I could trade in my phone even if the screen was cracked. Which she proceeded to say that I called the wrong store which I told her I did not. Basically she kept going back and worth with me until I suggested that she ask her coworkers if anyone spoke to me which one of them did. Did I get an apology? Nope. She then asked me what phone I wanted with an attitude. Then tried to pull up my account. There were some issues pulling up the account because they WERE NOT TRAINED ON SOMETHING THAT COULD MAKE ME AN AUTHORIZED USER. The operations manager or whatever she is Danielle then got involved which she as well had an attitude. The whole time they were all laughing and joking around and not taking the issue seriously. Moral of the story is DO NOT GO TO THE LOCATION FOR ANY OF YOUR PHONE NEEDS. The location in Durham on Fayetteville Rd were very nice and WERE TRAINED ON THE ISSUE.

The women employee name (kylaafriacn american women with dread locks she is rasict and called me a cracker as i walk away. Flagged me when i was already pre-approved for two lines. Lies too me and tells me then are out of the phone and gives me a list to where i can go to pick up the phones. Both places are miles away one way 22miles away other was like 18 miles .. So we go to another location mind you we sat at the brier creek location for over an hour . But we hear from the other employee at another store that i was flagged. So you flag me an send me to another store cuz.. Why... And onm top of that you call me names. They did this because i was going to do a 18 month lease and i would put 300 down for each phone . I was pre approved they did a credit check which i have perfect credit. I was switching one of my phones from metro pcs. That has a number an the other phone was going to be a new number what is the problem now what the heck do you think im not goimg to pay you .. What am i suppose to put down 2 grand an pay the phones off right there when i had 600$ to put down now .. An a 18 month lease . So on top of being raisct you know judge me and you judge whats in my bank account when i was Pre-Approved with a credit check. .. So ive had the worst experience ever in my life these sprint stores where you have racist empolyees and i guess now too they judge you by looking at you . Thanks (kylafor having me drive all over an for flagging my account cuz your raicst and the rudest salesmen women in Histroy. You should be ashamed for the way you treat people just cuz im white. Smh i will never ever ever use sprint again i will also be calling the corporate office and letting them know how there empolyees from sprint treat there custumers. Im going to get my phone online or from your custumer service your stores are a joke. Called me a cracker wow. 2019 lady..

Bad customer service. They will not help if there are any complications in switching your old service to Sprint. The staff will not tell you the time limits until after the fact when they then deny to pay for the switch which seemed so sure when they sell you a plan.

My experience at this Sprint store in Raleigh was great; The staff was patient and took real good care of me! I went in for an upgrade, Tumeka gave me the 411 on all my options! I even was approved for a credit card, I wanted to buy lunch for the store after that! Thanks for being so helpful, hope to see yall again!

Ive been going to this store for years. The staff is always helpful. I never leave wondering if I made the right decision. Today I purchased a new phone. Austin said my old phone was "mean" and would not cooperate. It took a while, but my stubborn old phone finally allowed him to transfer data to the new one. I know other stores would have told me "Sorry, we couldnt do it." Thanks again to Tumeka, Austin and the other staff members that helped today.

I went to pay my bill and get a new phone. I asked not to do two separate transactions, just one. The representative that helped me didn’t listen and ran my card just for the bill anyway. Then, I was informed that sprint no longer lets you buy the phone outright, but that a payment plan is required. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me the same thing. What a dumb and greedy policy. I understand that decision is not up to the store though. Then, I left dissatisfied and told them that this is just another reason out of many that they are losing my business. That should have been it. Instead the manager sends me a text repeating the same pricing that she had just told me and to come back and call for assistance. She knew I wasn’t angry when I left and r felt like that message was either sent out of spite or her not thinking I understood what she was saying. Which, obviously, I did, so it felt disrespectful. What a crappy store representing a company with crappy service.

I ordered an htc phone from this center and paid for it in full at that time. 12 days later, I had had no contact from Sprint, so I called and asked if the phone would be delivered to the store or my home. I was informed the store. I asked if it were there and was told that it MAY be on backorder. I said Wow, was thanked for using Sprint and disconnected. I called customer service, who called the store speaking with Austin, the manager (with whom I had spoken). She responded that she was informed that he had spoken with me about 10 minutes earlier and that he was busy with customers. She said that she would refer me to her supervisor. I waited about 20 min, she said hello, I said hello and was disconnected. I called customer service again and was assisted by very concerned agent, to no avail. I visited the store and was told that I could get a refund...two days later. Looking to use a different carrier as soon as I receive the refund.

The customer service at this store was exceptional, even tho we had a complicated situation to resolve and they were quite busy. Anthony specifically helped us a great deal but everyone we spoke to on staff was great (afternoon of 12/5and we left happy with our new phones/plan.

The entire staff as a whole has no knowledge about ensuring that you the customer will receive the best plan at a good rate for you.Very unprofessional. If you call in to ask about bill or being mislead(lied tofrom the Sale person (Anthonythey will give you the run around.They will say they can help you, knowing they cant.BTW: THE ONE STAR WAS ONLY GIVEN TO SUBMIT THIS REVIEW!The manager said that he would follow up with another manager and call back to speak with you about the problem. Absolute total waste of time to visit this store. I had a couple of questions about tablets, hot spots, and pricing for my current account. After waiting for 35 minutes and watching the staff of 4 chat and clown around we left. Staff made eye contact but not a word was spoken as we left. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time by going to this store. Instead call Sprint...was on the phone for 5 minutes and all my questions were answered. Take this review, as with all reviews, with a grain of salt. Our first visit a year ago to this store was good, dropped Verizon and switched to Sprint, bought 4 phones everything went smooth. But after this time, I will not be back.

I dealt with Phillip and he seemed nice and genuine. He was very busy but helpful. Little did I know what was going to happen.I needed to transfer a land line number to another phone and I couldnt use another land line (something about crossing districts). The Sprint Phone Connect 3 was recommended and after learning more, sounded like a great idea. I was told the bill would be $19.99 per month. Nothing was mentioned about a connect fee or the taxes. Granted, taxes are on everything but the bottom line is that the cost expectations were not fully explained. My monthly bill will actually be about $40 per month.When I received my first bill, it was $78.66 and past due! I never received a first bill and this rate is almost four times the rate I expected to pay. When I called customer service, I was told there was a $36 connect fee and taxes. Really!? I needed the number because it was on job applications and resumes. What a crock!All the customer service rep continued to repeat is "Im sorry". No youre not and quit saying you are. If you were sorry, youd do something about it like waive the activation fee.At this point, all I can say is Im glad I didnt switch my cell phone to them.

I had a bad experience at this store. The staff treated my mom poorly after they sold her a broken phone. They tried to make up every excuse that the phone wasnt broken while my father and I have the same exact model and was bought at the same time. We ended up returning the phone and going next door to Best Buy where the phone was actually cheaper. It took an entire day to get her phone though. The staff at the sprint store made errors on my moms account after we returned the phone and we struggled to fix their mistakes.

My issue is not with the store per se but Sprint itself...It advertises one price ($125and when the bill came it was a completely different price ($375)... Phones were already paid for and activation was supposed to be free. After numerous calls..customer service claims they cannot be held liable for sales associates mistakes... AVOID SPRINT at all costs. They are liars! I know of several people who have had the exact same problem..
