Customer service wasnt great. And at checkout they needed a unreasonable amount of information. Dont recommend but Ive seen worst
I noticed their highway billboard and headed over to check selection. Bought a few pairs of nice jeans. I needed to ship some purchases to my home out West and asked the cashier if she knew where I could get that done? A minute later the owner came out, boxed up my purchases from another vendor and shipped them to UT for me at his cost. Above and Beyond! Will come back!
Staff has always been helpful and courteous when I have visited. Just today, they exchanged a pair of stirups that I bought last week (for a different kindwith no issues. I will definitely continue to return!
Customer service was awful especially after leaving a review I received a very nasty harassing style voicemail! Incredible they are still having repeat customers considering the person who was with me did in fact purchase several pairs of boots and attire! I’ll keep my business elsewhere where customers aren’t harassed for leaving a review!

Bought my first pair of Ariat boots from the Tack Room in December. The staff was helpful and fun to do business with. A few weeks after, the boots started making a squeaking sound. Took the boots back with less than high expectations. Upon explaining my problem I was trying on a replacement pair. Absolutely loved the whole experience and will definitely return. Thank you to all the employees.

This has been the worst experience by far that I have ever had with a company. After one week of not seeing any status change to my order, I sent an email to request an update. One would think that a reply email would be sent directly to you and not posted under your account at their website! Only after placing a call to the company did I learn of this reply. Of course, both items I ordered were not in stock. I revised the order. The order was said to have shipped on August 23rd. It is now the 26th and when I looked up the tracking number, it says that only the label has been created and to check back for further updates. Seriously! Im only one state away....perhaps I should have driven to PA to get my order. Never again will I do business here.Response to business owners response (8/28/2021):I most certainly did do business with you. I purchased BoT bell boots from you. Apparently you simply did a search for the name mentioned above which is simply the name on my gmail account and not the account under which I placed the order).
Very disappointed in the service. I am in b/w sizes with almost all of my riding clothes as I am not blessed with an amazing riding figure only being 52 with a square build. Most riding show coats have to be tried on and altered for me. Over the past several years I have tried buying show coats from this store because they had seemed to have had what I needed and showed up in google searches, but I had returned several coats over the years because they did not fit. I have NEVER returned an item without tags or damaged in anyway. I have NEVER taken longer then a few days to send a return. If you have an ON line presence you should always accept returns. I was recently trying to purchase a shadbelley. 3 days after I placed my order I asked for a status to be told they would not send me the item as I had returned many items in the past. I find this truly bad service. They obviously pay money on google for key words searches as this store shows up ALL THE TIME when I am searching for a coat and size. If they do not want to be an online store then do not be one, but if you are an online store then they should accept returns. I buy many items from the stores like saks, bloomingdales and nordstroms. I also return many items. I have NEVER been told I cant buy an item as I return to much. I will never buy another item from this store. I would think twice before buying anything online from them. I am also a business owner that has an online presence in the service industry so I know first hand how important customer service is and I would never treat a customer this way.

Satisfied with my purchase, got to try on my jeans before I bought them too. I surprisingly didnt have to buy longs either 🙂. They are alittle pricey but good quality and friendly people!

Ordered a pair of boots for my wife for Christmas, paid for 3 day shipping. 16 days later called about the order status, got a message that could only be a joke from there shipping department, telling me it went out regular mail and that is just the way it is. The guy said if "that doesnt work I guess you can call me back but, left no number". Sent the boots back for a refund, had to contact them to remind them that they had received the boots and I still had no refund. They said they were busy and would get to it in 3-5 business days. Once they refunded it they kept the amount I paid for 3 day shipping...which is fair because I didnt really get 3 day shipping in the first place. Maybe the just like boots and shipping fees and not customers.
Never been there. The only reason Im filling this out is that Google keeps saying I was there. Ive driven past it many times on route 45, but Ive never been there I believe they sell equestrian supplies but Im not even sure of that. If somebody actually reads this please ask them to stop saying Ive been there when I havent been.
Awesome tack store! Super helpful and welcoming. I’ve been going here since I started riding (2 years ago). Very helpful and understanding to new equestrians. Extremely educated staff with horses.
I placed an online order july 5th its Aug 5th. Still no items. I emailed them July 25 they politely told me there merchants have not sent it to them and they would check into it.. im still waiting in limbo. Ugh. Im about to go to paypal file a complaint.

Very nice store. However we found the staff to be very condescending and rude. They made it clear we were not their type of clientele. Our money was not as good as someone elses. It is sad this type of treatment goes on even as an adult in 2019. We will not be returning.

I brought my niece and nephew to purchase items to ride their new horse (Blake),and the staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring for their needs. If I had a horse, this is the place to shop and ask questions. A plus in my opinion!

Ive been a Tack Room shopper for years. Quality English & Western clothing, boots, horse gear & supplies. Nice selection, latest styles for show, schooling & around town. I love exploring for great deals in the sale room, too! If they dont have it in the store, they will order for you, and they have an online store if you cant make the trip. Have had great customer service experiences shopping both in store & online.
I never write a google review but I was compelled to write one today after I made an order for a two item matching set (sold individually). When the team at Tack Room, Inc, discovered that I had missed the mark on the matching set, they didnt just ship it.. they called me to verify, and ended up modifying the order to fix MY mistake, and were exceedingly nice about it. This is the kind of service you become a loyal customer for.
Visited this tack shop a few times & travelling all the way from Canada in order to do so. Lot of good brands & new collections. Staff is always willing to help out & order if the sizing or colors do not fit. A must go for every horse person!

Visited the store last week. Outrageously large selection of high quality, high end merchandise. The two sales people went out of their way to find the items that I needed since I am hard to fit size wize and I am very particular. I was VERY pleased with the service, the selection, and the price points.

Horse Enthusiasts BEWARE! Eva and her staff greet me at the door every time I enter! They help me find whatever I need and the Tack Room Inc. has it in 20 colors (oh the choices)! This place (seriouslyis addictive! If they don’t have it exactly the way I want it, they find it & call me when its in! Make sure you don’t ever plan a “quick” trip to this store because if you’re like me its impossible to leave without exploring all of the new arrivals! There’s always something new and shiny to distract you! Love this place! My MIL always gets me a gift card here for Christmas, I can’t wait to see that hot pink card show up in my stocking this December!
Service? Not here! Sent two messages (contact form and facebook messagerregarding shipping costs outside US. No reply at all, ordered anyway and paid via PayPal $8 shipping were added automatically. Next day they came up with horrendous costs! Apology for not replying? Not at all. Think about buying there? Forget about it!
I placed an order for a helmet in December, provided payment, received a confirmation email, etc. A very easy, standard online-ordering process. I waited almost a month before following up with the company as to why the order had not shipped yet. The woman I called was friendly, and apologized for not telling me that the item I ordered had been placed on backorder. She said she would call the supply company and call me back in the next several minutes. I never received a call. Two months later, I received an email stating that they never received my helmet, and they were cancelling my order. It has been a frustrating experience and I feel the company could have done a better job informing me on the status of my order.
Ordered Ariat boots in a US size 7.5. Received a size 8.5 a few days later - needless to say they are way too big. Emailed to request a return shipping label since they specifically state they pay return shipping on sized items. First I was told I should recheck the size to make sure I didnt look at UK sizing - slightly ridiculous, but whatever. So I emailed back and confirmed that they are an 8.5. Jessica sent me an email back and said I would receive a shipping label 11/13 by end of day. Never received. Emailed again 11/15, no response. Finally called them this afternoon 11/16. Spoke with a nice lady named Linette who said she would look into it. Asked me to text her pictures of the tags on the boots I received. Sent a picture of the size printed on inside of boot as well as manufacturer tag on outside of the box. Got a phone call back about fifteen minutes later from Eva berating me. Accusing me of returning boots I bought elsewhere. Told me she shipped the boots herself - and that the UPC number of the boots I received isnt the same as what she scanned prior to shipping. She seriously yelled at me for five minutes until I just hung up. I have no idea what her problem is, but to attack a customer and yell at them because YOU sent the wrong size is absolutely ridiculous. I do almost all of my shopping online and I have never had such horrible customer service. Do not walk, but RUN away from this place! Now I have to deal with disputing through PayPal and my credit card to get my money back. All because she sent the wrong size. And then yelled at me for it? Maybe she shouldnt offer online sales if their business practices are so poor!

I ordered my Cowboy Mounted Shoot Saddle, Rock Clark Model and just love it. I appreciated the great service and updates I got from the Tack Room and the workers there. I would buy thru the Tack Room again. I also appreciate that they support my sport. Cowboy Mounted Shooting!

Even if you dont ride, the vast array of clothing lines and boot manufactures that are available is fantastic. Their newly updated website for online customers is truly refreshing.Its nice to see a "Mom and Pop" business survive in this cyber world we live in. Their support of area riding clubs including the High School Rodeo and College Equestrians teams is rewarding.
I received gifts of "Fifty Shades Of Hay" night shirts and just loved them. When I asked her where she purchased them she told me Tack Room in PA. I was so pleased that I to ordered a few for gifts for my friends. Was very pleased with the order process since I live in Fl. Thanks Tack Room!!!!
I ordered a jacket that was 70% off. 3 days later they called and said, "oh sorry that jacket was sold". I said ok, well thats not my issue, I would like something comparable, but for the same price. They said they could not do that, that I would have to pay more, and that their "SYSTEM" isnt setup right. LAME!!! Moral of the story, its not the customers fault your "SYSTEM" isnt setup right, you advertised a product ON YOUR WEBSITE, but then you tell us its not available. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!
