Taco Bell in Stanislaus County

I went thru the drive thru, they took my order 5 crunchy tacos extra meat no cheese and a green freeze for the drink. Got home and had 5 crunchy tacos with extra cheese and no lettuce. . Yes I did drive all the way back they were nice about fixing my order. But that was a long drive hone then to return.

good for a fast munchie but not for a great Mexican dinner

Food was really good but the friendly part just not there. No greet at all and waited about 15 min with no one in line inside and drive thru only had one car. Ive been in here before and the same thing. Need to work on this but like I said the food was hot and tasty....

If you teenagers dont like to work here you should just find work somewhere else. My order was incorrect, the food was horrible and so was the service!! Ill never eat Taco Bell again!!

Bunch of kids working here that don’t want to do their job. Food is cold and taste like it’s been sitting there for 40min. I believe it cause all I see is just a bunch of kids standing around and even the food gets put in bags they’re just dumping whatever into the bags while NOONE is actually cooking anything. They just have food sitting there for 40min waiting for it to be called. Gross , no more taco bell

The green sauce gave me indigestion all night until next morning. No cream cheese inside half of the cinnabon balls. Barely any cheese on one of my tacos, but plenty of cheese on one of my tacos. VERY FAST SERVICE THRU DRIVE THRU. They did not forget any item in my order. The "large" mango smoothies are not LARGE, they are the size of a medium cup.

This TB on Prescott the food was terrible! I jad chalupa the shell wasnt even cooked all the way thru some doughy parts and gave me chicken instead of beef wasnt even hot or fresh. The one on 9th street was thr best!! I just womt come back here this locationand was soo freezing inside. If I could I wouod gave it no stars at all. Thumbs down

Google and their app says they close at 2:00am but in reality they close at 1:00am. I put a mobile order in around 12:55 not knowing the hours were incorrect and when I pulled up shortly after 1 and they wouldnt make my order even though I placed it before closing. They should FIX their hours and honor orders placed before they close

Came here the other night, nobody was in line. Made my order of two crunchy tacos, two soft tacos, and a burrito supreme. So we got to the window, and it was all done. I pulled it out to start eating, on the road, I didnt even make it home and my food was all cold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That wasnt even the worst part!!!!!!!! They had a COCKROACH ON THEIR WALL RIGHT NEXT TO THE WINDOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND IT WASNT A "WATER BEETLE" THING. AN ACTUAL FREAKING COCKROACH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And i didnt get a receipt to review them to corporate. Never again!!!!!!!!!! First and LAST time going here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Average Taco Bell, but the cashier here is a real standout. Its been awhile since Ive had good service from a fastfood place (I get it- its not the funnest jobbut Jeremy does an outstanding job. Like he really enjoys his job.

We shared the bundle box of chicken tacos and burritos. It was very good.

Apparently there are menu items that only apply to online and being a delivery driver I was told that they didnt have that but when I found out I was a delivery driver then they had the item

I showed up today around 5 o clock got cravings box and added sour cream too tacos for extra 2 dollars no sour cream was added on top of that i asked for alot of hot sauce i was given 2 what a joke i dont have high expectations from fast food but cmon if u charge me extra give me what i payed for.... you people want to make more then you do and cant even get an order right get outta here

Would get 5 stars if they had enough forgot a few items forgot to add sour cream and nacho cheese to a few items forgot to give me nacho cheese for my nacho fries and gave us different burritos LOL

Someone actually brought me a nacho cheese burrito from there. It was cold but edible. No fault of taco bell. No wonder taco bell was the only one to survive the fast food wars. Demolition Man status. I believe taco bell and twinkles have some similar components.

My mother is a 75 year old Tejana( die hard LatinTexan). So ya....food knows Mexican Food. And she always eats at this Taco Bell! She particularly request the Nacho Bell Grande. Go TB,Go TB!!!!@

Horrible, only 2 people working there. Food was cold, took a long time, definitely not fast food. Tortialla was not even cooked. Bad management as far as Im concerned. Ever since covid 19 all restarants have gone down a lot.

After waiting in the line for more than 20 minutes I finally get to the window to pay and the guy told me “my card reader just went out cash only” like seriously I get things happen but he didn’t even apologize I just drove off with no food waiting in a dam line wasting my time.... he could’ve been nicer about the situation, very annoyed

On Friday, May 29, 2020 decided to go to Taco Bell with my son ordered two chicken Chalupa supreme and a taco supreme and also a five dollar box so I went home found out that they gave me the wrong order so I went back and I asked him to fix my order please so I waited for A few minutes a The door Then a lady open the door and put a bag on the floor and shut the door told me to pick it up off the ground and leave I found it very offensive I just think that we as a Comunity we should treat people better

The employees at the Standiford/Tully Taco Bell are friendly and theyre good about fixing mistakes. I do however wish they would expand their menu and bring back the apple empanada and watermelon freeze.

I normally go to Taco Bell at Pelandale and Sisk, however, this morning I was closer to this TB. I ordered my usual 2 bacon grillers and coffee. The coffee was warm but, that’s ok , it’s good coffee. Finished it and went back for a refill, was told it would be .75 ...For A Refill at TACO BELL?? Ask for the manager, she told me the policy had been in place for ‘about 2 months ‘, this just isn’t true, I was there 9 days ago and the refills were free then. I called 4 other TB’s and none charged for refills.Call Me Cheap but I refuse to go back to this Taco Bell!!

Dont know why I keep giving them chances. Ordered the beef chalupa and everytime the shell looks old, cold, and hard. The crunchy shells are chewy and hard like beef jerky. I love tacobell but this place is off my list.

Always order Burrito Supreme No Onion pretty simple request always put onion and never get any mild taco sauce pretty simple requests too much to ask for they always mess up my order.

Never eat here. Was using the bathroom while cockroaches were crawling by my feet giving me a heart attack. Told the manager who said " I dont know what to tell you. We have a pest control guy and just passed pest inspection. They must come from outside.". Then just walked into the bathroom and killed it. That is nasty!!!! they are use to them being there. Id hate to see the kitchen yuke!!

Very slow speed of serviceI really would like to ask what your icos is in packet taco sauces. And aces in their places makes for good speed of service and customer service.They need training on the icos.Waste. Customer service and speed of service...

Ground beef is way to greasey, burrito,taco , tostada was not eatableThrough them away. I have not had Taco Bell for over 6 month, thought Id give it another chance. But I was very disappointed.I think its going to be another 6 months before trying again.

Ordered crunchy tacos no lettuce i swear they use a baby spoon to scoop meat into the tacos, literally nothing but the shell, but i bet when they fix food for themselves its loaded, dont come here!

Best experience ever. The Manager Andrea is very humble and greets you with a smiling face. Never seen such a down to earth Manager. Just bought a chicken chalupa for kids, but she made sure that it was cooked according to my requirements. Not only this she herself came out & handed over to me. Simply the best.

Just ordered the 10 taco box. I got home and my 2 bean burritos were so called none of the cheese even melted. I also asked for extra onions and sauce which they charge extra for and I didn’t even get that. It’s too late to go back so I just heated them in the microwave. This was the worse Taco Bell I have been to in the area. 🤢🤮

This is my all-time favorite fast food place. The Gourmet of fast food places. Have you eaten Taco Bell in four states and we use that a reward on Saturday after we finish working in the yard we go up there and have that nice casual lunch love the food.

First of all they need to start letting people know that you need an ID in order to pay with a card before they let you order because they let me put my whole order in before telling me that. Then the lady said if you go over a certain amount then you have to have your ID so I went to ask her if I put $10 on do we still have to have our ID and thats when Im pretty sure the manager hopped on extremely rudely said that we were not going to accept your card at all because we dont have an ID and I told her that it is a gift card and they still would not let me pay with a gift card because I needed my ID to match the name on the card after we went and pulled out cash because we couldnt use a gift card went back order the same order I got a grande chicken enchilada burrito $5 box which it says right on the receipt and they gave me a beef nacho burrito not only that they forgot one of our tacos and not only that all our food barely had anything on it and our receipt is missing items that we ordered but we still got the food like their whole place is a mess I dont even want to call them back because the manager was so rude so instead Im just going to call corporate and let them know because it is unacceptable to treat people like that especially if you have a gift card to your business why would somebody need a ID if they have a gift card to the business obviously its not going to have a name but the manager wouldnt let me finish my sentence to know that.

I came in to get a bite to eat and a lady named Collette helped me out. I told her I wasnt sure what I wanted, so she went and cleaned the lobby and by the time she came back I was ready. She was very helpful and answered all my questions, when I was eating in the lobby I noticed she greeted customers, offered special deals and took out the trash. Taco bell claims to hire friendly people and because of Collette I believe it!

No carbonation for sodas on a Saturday? Are you kidding me? Then, to top it off, I waited 5 min for them to take my order, with only one car in the drive thru and no one eating in. The burritos looked like someone threw the stuff in and didnt care. Nothing like other Taco Bells. Poor service, poor food.

The girl that took my order was hella rude and gave me attitude cause I asked what the change amount was. She did not say hi have a good night nothing you could tell she really hates her job. I got 5 quesodillas and 4 of them were burnt so bad they were black on both sides. I work in retail and know sometimes you have a bad day but seriously its not the customers fault. That girl needs a different job

Food is always good. Service is good. My daughter LOVES Taco Bell and this one is a well cared for establishment.

Normally its a great place but they keep trying to charge me extra for graded 3 cheese.and they put liquid cheese in the value burrito.I think its stupid!It used to be straight cheddar,beans and rice.Gimmy a break

Employees are always professional and polite. Quick service and food is always perfect (And they give you extra chips with their nachos!)

I wanted a zero star.... The workers here cant seem to understand simple substitution or a change to the order.... Such as i dont want the taco, i just want chips and cheese... Their response...
