Terrible terrible terrible never fast almost always has something wrong zero stars

Their new burrito is pretty good. Its got steak, rice and cheese...best of all its filling.

Seem to be out of stuff a lot. My order was wrong. But the staff was friendly.

The Mexican Pizza is back!!!!!! The shells of the pizza tasted very "chemically". I did not eat it and left disappointed. It was not the same ole Mexican Pizza of old. 😔 I ask another guest and they agreed, something is not right with the taste of the Mexican Pizza. Its been hours and Im not sick..... so theres that!Fix the bad taste on the Mexican Pizza and Ill up my rating. Tacos were great!

We usually have a good experience at this location but today our order was incorrect and the food was unsatisfactory at best.

They are constantly and consistently screwing up or forgetting items.

Overall I like this Taco Bell. But it is always freezing inside the store.

Lobby was locked. One employee working. Order was incorrect.

This one sucks! 10 people wandering around the kitchen, no one waiting on customers they were to busy making there own personal meals then clocking out to go eat.

Use to be a great place go to. Now everytime I go there and request no sour cream, they always put sour cream on there.

Night shift is really rude and I have never gone pass 8 pm and then get my order right I order my food supreme ..they charge me but never made it right …they are open till 3am so I go after work around 1 am and the staff is very rude and have attitudes while taking my order and I even had the bag of food tossed onto my lap and then they slam the window ..I called the store to complain and the person who answered the phone told me to “pay him more than $8.25 and he and he might care” then hung up …won’t every go if something eles is open

Went for Mexican Pizza. No longer have it on menu!! Again it has been pulled by Corp. Unhappy!

Went through drive thru. They were busy. Didnt ask me if I wanted sauce. You cant eat a taco without sauce!

The food is typically good. There are major issues with them not having the items/ingredients you order in. You can definitely tell a difference in the day and night shifts. Day shift seems to care about customer experience and quality product. Night shift is a roll of the dice as to whether youre going to get everything you ordered or not. Then when you go in to correct them they get the attitude. Unfortunately for people that work late nights this is one of the only places to eat late.

Again staff is always 100% incompetent besides jasper I swear sometimes I wonder how they where even able to land a job here.

We need more flavors of mt. Dew....Maybe a spicy cucumber.... or a chipotle lime.

Service is always friendly to me my order gets messed up sometimes but they try their best and are always friendly about fixing it, the food is great

Ive been to a lot of taco bells and this one is by far the worst. The only reason they get the business they do is because theyre the only ones open later than 10 pm anymore. It doesnt matter what time I go to this location they are always out of something and they always mess my order up. The staff is extremely rude and dont care about getting things done right, and then if you dont out that your stuff is wrong the staff catches an attitude. They need a completely new staff because it just keeps getting worse and worse.

Not sure what was going on but we waited for a half hour in the drive thru and the line never moved. We ended up leaving.

They made special vegetarian tacos for me Yum. I went right back through the drive-through and got four more

When it comes to Taco Bell restaurants, this one nailed it. The food looked like the items pictured on their menu and not just thrown together like most others do. As well, all of it was off the burner fresh. Its nice to see someone still putting pride in their work.

Drive thru kinda sucked and the Baja Blast tasted like syrupOther times theyve been great.

Once again a lack of ingredients to make menu items is continuing to plague this Taco Bell. They used the pandemic as the original excuse for supply issues, but this now seems to be an everyday problem with this store.I recommend that when placing your order the that you first inquire as to what menu items they have “all” the ingredients for. That should definitely narrow your choices and help you avoid disappointment in the end.The Huntington store seems to have major issue with inventory management and it has shown no signs of overcoming it for well over a year now.“Make a run for somewhere else “

The drive through ordering time was quick, the window attendant was courteous and the food was ok. The only complaint is that the driving area needs to be wider so standard size pickups dont have to hop the curb pulling in and out of the drive through.

Employees to busy to help you at counter, ordered on internet, had to wait again. Manager not very smart, takes money from safe with several customer in restaurant and proceeds to count money from 5 or 6 moneys bags AT THE FRONT COUNTER WHILE A CUSTOMER WAITS FOR HER TO FINISH SO SHE CAN TAKE HIS ORDER!OWNER NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS!

Extremely dissatisfied with our food, service and quality. If you want quality go somewhere else because Huntington Taco Bell is not worth it.

My husband and I stopped in the drive thru. There were several cars in front of us so he went ahead and ordered online. We get to the window and this guy hands us a box. O said check the box because that looks like a party pack of tacos box. Yep, and we did not order any tacos. So the guy comes back and we explain that was not our order. He goes back personally and makes our food or gets it together or what have ya...he explains thats theres new people working. We were in line for an hour. I gave 3 stars because the food we finally received was all there and correct.

Used to be my favorite place in town for fast food but today they forgot a quesadilla and the one I had came with a very long hair💔

Couple months ago I ate here and later that night got sick...I chalked it up to a stomach bug....last night I ate here again and I am STILL in my bathroom throwing up 4 hours later... Idk if Ive gotten food poisoning or what....probably not going back here again now that it has happened twice in the last 4 months....

This taco bell is usually really bad and has workers that dont work very quickly at all (Im talking multiple times waiting 45 minutes for 3/4 of the food I paid for). I only gave it a 2 because of the few times I have had good service.

This used to be my favorite location but now every time I come they say they are either out of half the menu or the order system is down. Its a real shame because the night time drive thru people are usually so nice!

Where did the meat and toppings go on my just purchased cheeses Gordita crunch!

The food is good and the staff is always nice with me even if they made a mistake. If I have any problems they always fix it .

Very nice staff and food was freshly made except the cinnabons tasted like they were really old. And the wait can be extremely long sometimes like alot actually.

9:30am and had to ask if they quit selling breakfast because there wasn’t a single breakfast item on the menu. I was told no we still serve breakfast but we’re serving lunch to do you wanna stand here and wait while I flip all the menus around just for you to see them. No actually I didn’t want to wait the breakfast menu should’ve been up already not lunch items when it’s still hours from lunch

Well lets just say slow. There were 5 paying customers inside and we all were waiting for a very long time. My husband and I were 2nd and we waited over a half an hour for our food. So much for fast food.

Had 2 crunchy tacos and they were very good. Store was clean and everything was stocked as far as I could see. My only complaint was the 17 min. wait in the lobby.

Never open. No staff. Lines are insane. People walking out. No meat or cheese to serve orders? No one runs to store next door?? Buy it! Keep moving. Not these people. No manager or Assistant manager or even a team leader to talk to. They left and havent been replaced. This one is going down hard and fast!!!

This has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. On 7/25/2021 @ 1:15 I’m saying the date because everyone making or trying to make food should be fired!!! They tried to remake the trash they sent out! And the nice young lady looked at this trash and said would you like your money back? I said yes. Another incompetent guy came to the front to give me money back and said you have the receipt. Dummy it’s in the bag they had in the back. He couldn’t add the junk they messed up. So now he asking all the incompetent staff where’s the receipt lol everyone is saying I don’t know. I said keep the money and I walked out. Went here a week ago. Spent 1 hour stuck in the drive thru. I wanted to leave but I was trapped between the curbs. Ordering my food was painful because I asked for these new nachos and the board literally said "Try our new Veggie Grande Nacho Box". She told me that that wasnt a thing. Then after explaining to her that it was a thing because I was looking right at it, she found it. The girl was rude when I asked for them to repeat my order at the window (because it has been 40 minutes since I ordered, I wanted to make sure it was right). Got my food and drove off. Then found that my nacho box nachos were soggy and that they didnt even give me the right bag of food. There were at least 4 workers inside and they were not taking orders from the front counter, just drive through. There was only 6-7 cars max in front of me when I pulled in, I think I started in line at 2 cars behind the order screen. How in the heck could it take 1 hour to get through six cars. I was actually turning off my truck between moving because it was taking so long and it was wasting all of my gas, not to mention wasting my entire evening... Emailed corporate about my experience because I want a refund and I havent heard anything back. I have noticed that the service has been terrible for at least the last month. Im not going back to this Taco Bell until something changes.

Not one employee greeted me or acknowledged me when I walked in. The drive through was packed. I waited awhile before my order was taken. The 6 employees working in the back were laughing and talking and not working on getting the food/orders out in a timely manner. This isnt the first time this has happened at this Taco Bell.

Order here all the time. Never is my entire order correct. This time I cant even get no lettuce on a couple tacos. On top of that I order chicken chipotle melts and have extra chicken added which costs almost double the original melt and is there extra chicken? Nope. Im a very disappointed customer and may not return for a while

I know talent is hard to come by these days but putting an order in for a couple of tacos and waiting in the lobbyfor 20 minutes with people still ahead of you waiting on their food isnt anyones definition of fast. There are some very polite and nice people working there but no efficiency whatsoever.

Its taco bell. The food is decent. The line here has become an issue. I dont know if its a staffing issue or maybe it does take this long to make all the various dishes. Just avoid peak times because a 30-40 min wait is not uncommon.

You guys need to put a sign on the door letting people know that they have to go through the drive thru line to pick up food that was ordered on the app. We along with many others went to the door to pick up our orders and the door was locked. A little confusing.

Waited three minutes at the drive through order window. No one took my order or said "well be with you shortly." So I ended up leaving, despite the impossible to exit drive thru setup. Of course, someone pulled up right as I was starting to back out, so I inconvenienced them by making them wait for me. Its called fast food for a reason, Taco Bell; I had somewhere I needed to be! I will never use this location again.

Theyre food is good, customer friendly, and yes fast. What makes it bad is they cant do just one cravings box you have to buy 2 for $10. I get it, its the system not them, which to me makes it worse because it means the company itself is not giving me the choice.

It is rare to give any fast food restaurant a good review (sorry to say), but especially a 5-Star review! This Taco Bell has to be the best fast food restaurant Ive ever been to. They havent just gotten it right once or twice. Nearly every time we go through the drive-thru at this Taco Bell we are met with a VERY sincere and audible welcome. They are prompt to take our order, but also give us time if we need it. We rarely have to wait for them to be ready to accept our order and they do so with efficiency and accuracy. They really make me wonder why other establishments cant get it right! The manager(shere must be very attentive and dedicated to their jobs and employees. Im proud to have this place in my town! Keep up the good work!!
