Taco Bell has always been a fav of mine and my familys.

We loved the food, thou there could be e bought meat and sauce for all the nachos we get. I ended up having hal my order left of chips. But I do love Taco Bell. .and the workers were a little overwhelmed, but was still nice and courteous. And I love it being open almost all night .. we mal like tacos later at night..

My family genuinely likes Taco Bell but we were disgusted with the condition of the Dining room it was very dirty every table had food left on it the floors looked as tho they had not been swept or mopped in weeks the walls had greasy handprints all over them.

I definitely eat here more than I should. The drive through is usually pretty fast and the workers are very friendly. I recommend the new double steak grilled cheese burrito 😍 its enough for 2 meals.

Always a great place to go for a middle of the night craving. The service is good no matter how busy, and employees are friendly and work hard to get your order out to you in a timely manner. Plus they have cheap items if you are on a low budget!

Who doesnt love taco bell ? Its fast, clean, and tacos are life !

Wish all taco bells would bring back Mexican pizza overall this place is conviently located when I was missing stuff from my order the manager was more than happy to help. Keep up the great work!

Sucked .waited in line for twenty minutes and at almost five dollars a gallon and they charged me 47 dollars for food lol cant go back there unless I start getting a welfare assistance or something

Sat in line for 30 min and they forgot half of our food. Called in the store to ask if they could just bring it out to us so we didn’t have to sit in line for another 30 min. We were told they couldn’t do that we would just have to sit in the line again. So I told them I wanted my Food and my money back when I got to the window and was told they could either give me my food or my money but not both. They could have offered me something to compensate for the trouble but I was just told there was nothing they could about it. Let me just mention that I am a General Manager at another local restaurant and I know things are bad right now with short staffing but the customer should not walk away from your business unhappy you do what it takes to make the customer happy. Worst customer service experience I have ever had

Fairly fast. Forgot to give or ask about sauces. They could be a little nicer when greeting quests.

Everytime I order door dash from this taco bell, they never send ALL of my drinks, never send my sauce packets that I put on my order. And they always forget to send a taco or 2. This is ridiculous. Yall really need to read the orders better and double check that youre sending everything. 🤬

This location has good service and friendly most of the time I noticed that their menu changes very frequently but I think that might be the taco bell way but it can be annoying when you go in and want a certain item and they say we no longer have that item. It happens frequently with me. if anyone else has this problem your not alone.

I ordered the five dollar box. I love Taco Bell. And I earned shopkicks by scanning my reciept.

I love Tacobell I worked there for almost 6years an the ppl I seen come an go they was so friendly an amazing. But I love my job there an I hope I can further my career there

Good food and quick service, however youll have to deal with the blind exit to the drive through and the numerous crackheads that roam around asking for change and cigarettes.

I ordered a couple of things and the potatoes tasted burnt or stale. Had to eat it cause you know working for most of my day I was starving but just don’t see how food can taste that bad.

Ive been to this place many times in my life, so I know what to expect when coming here. Great food, and friendly service is always second to none.

I live right next door to the restaurant and I love that it is right there and I can get a good meal for a fair price. Also,the staff members are very polite and do a great job preparing the food.

The food is great and the service is greater. The lobby is open and eat in is allowed. Its funny because they are right across from McDonalds that has a closed lobby.

Went to McDonalds very disappointed with the happy meal they gave me, went to Taco Bell instead. Wasn’t really hunger after being called a child, went on a diet and decided to get a tortilla/quasadilla thing with cheese! Tasted good with a little sweet and spicy tang. Also I got me a Strawberry Icee which I didn’t choke on the ice. Made me very happy, love you guys need ❤️

Pricey on some items but all together a good, quick fast food restaurant. Hardly never a line in the drive thru and when there is, you usually dont have to wait more than 10 minutes.

My food was fine but what I found disturbing is I came to there 2 separate occasions yesterday at different times of the day. I didnt see a single employee have a mask over their nose. I counted 6 employees without a mask over their nose. Even more disturbing was last night in the drive through the girl handing out orders didnt even have her mask on at all. Any explanation for this?

Staff is super fun and nice, they’ve never messed up any of my orders and the food is always fully cooked and super hot when you get it. Unlike the one in Burg these people actually listen to their customers and treat them with respect. Have never had a single issue with my food or the people here, 10/10 the best Tbell in town.

The late night crew is probably true best workers, good and fast service. Thursday night thru Saturday night expect a long line. The other nights theres practically no wait. I stop by here every night I work for my lunch break.

I went here when I found out my sister started dollar General in Portsmouth and I got her a fritoburrito for her lunch and to see how she was doing she was surprised I showed up I work in lucasville dollar General and I got off at 3 and seen her at 5 . Everyone likes my sister I knew she would do good at the dollar general in Portsmouth. And she loves her job she has been there almost 3 weeks and thanks me alot cause I recommend her to the store manager and the store manager told me she really liked my sister and that she would become a good asset to the company cause I knew she could do the job as well as me.. The manager asked and I said my sister and my sister was hired that following Saturday.. Im so happy for her and Im glad she loves her job.. She will do great at this. Thank u for letting me leave a comment I recommend taco bell as a quick bite to eat for a loved one that just started working and take them lunch.. 🌮🌯🌮🌯🌮🌯

The manager there is a monster. I called in because my entire order was botched and I heard her in the background call me a liar. I should have known when she threw my food in the window and the girl asked if it was all in there and she said “I don’t know, should be. I’m done with today” while the window was open and I could hear that I shouldn’t have high hopes. Unprofessional.

I went to taco bell in portsmouth today and they messed up my order. I was dinning in as i was sitting there they screwed up on two other orders. Another thing is personal business doesnt need to be heard by the customers. One more thing as my husband and i left we were the only two in the lobby so please explain to me why all parking spaces was taking up by the building all the employees must be handicapped or poor management that dont enforce rules. 😡

They are always busy in the drive thru! I just go ahead and go inside. The associates are very timely, very polite and point out the soda area, if you happen to get one. Every person so far has been friendly. I will always go back unless they get poor associates then I just wont go again.

The night shift drive thru employee was amazing. We had a wait for our food,(only two or three minutesand she had me rolling. Such professional staff and friendly service. If I could give ten stars I would.

Love/hate relationship with this place. Love that its open til 4am. Hate the quality of the food. It is a busy place, but they need to do better. Workers are great with customers though. Highly recommend nacho fries!!

Pulled into the drive thru at 10:30 pm when they are open til 4am they ignored the car in front of me who sat there for 6 minutes. I pulled up assuming they had spent that time ordering to find they turned their sign off and were ignoring customers so they could clean. Now this wasnt some sort of scenario where they didnt notice I seen a worker walk within feet of my car to take the trash out look at me walk back inside and talked to another employee whom then moved so they couldnt be seen form the drive thru. I then had to pull around park and walk in to the same person who went and hid reluctantly coming out to take my order since I had walked in at that point and couldnt be ignored. Been going here for a decade or more never once have I been treated in such a manner before and honestly its likely the last time Ill ever go to the taco Bell in Portsmouth. Ive pulled in at 3am before and gotten prompt polite accurate service and I try to order 6 hours before close and I get treated like an inconvenience.

The workers are pretty decent, but they forget to give me my chips and salsa almost every single time I order them. I’ve gone back for them maybe 4 out of literally around 15 times they’ve forgotten. I use to come every night and the same person still forgot every time. I don’t even think they double check the order before they hand them out, so I think the manager needs to step up and actually do their job for once. Absolutely no reason to forget the same thing over and over and over again. Also, to add it’s not always just chips and salsa. They’ve forgotten multiple things on way too many occasions. Wish the other Taco Bell was open later so I could avoid going to this one all together.

You cant really expect too much from Taco Bell with its inexpensive menu items and late night hours. This location is no different than the average expectation with some exceptions.The drive-thru line is reasonably fast and accurate, but dont expect the food to look like the advertisements, and they are super stingy with napkins. Youd think for a business that sells food that falls out at both ends that they would be more liberal with them, but nah. My recommendation is to use the drive-thru.If you choose to venture inside, well, its a bit like visiting an old colonial town. At one point lots of money was thrown at this location to update it. New tables, furniture, bar style seating with electrical outlets. But since the update it appears as though the ruling colonials have left and the locals have allowed it to go to sod. Floors are tacky. Drink machines are dirty and disheveled. Tables and floors go uncleaned from trash. And for some reason the music is always at MAX level so you have to avoid sitting under an overhead speaker. This isnt all on the employees as they are most likely tasked with other work tasks other than cleaning and people here seem to not understand how to clean up after themselves. However, I cant defend the employees who gather outside the customer entrance smoking and then return to the front service counter to take orders when people come in the door. Honestly, it feels like management probably needs to do an unannounced check in here a little more often.

It took 3 mins for someone to stop staring at me and take my order then asked me what I meant when I ordered my food. Then i had paid to dine in while the woman was super rude by throwing my BAG of food on the counter when I had clearly stated "dine in".

I didnt like much of the furniture since it kept sliding around like an ice rink and the meat from the tacos tasted so fresh the meat kept rolling out of the soft shells like, wth? Still a decent place to party hard for taco lovers.
